Fantastic experience: Excellent service from Lucy Clarke at Saffron Walden when we had problems abroad due to a serious accident with one of our party being hospitalised and missing flights home. She went way beyond what might have been expected. Helpful, calm, problem solving re difficulties with our insurance company in getting us repatriated. Very impressed by Premier Travel . Superb customer service.
