Roland and Duncan who have looked after us have been tireless in their work to get everything we have ever needed right. From managing our utilities, tradesmen call outs, maintenance works and general runarounds to helping oversee the smooth running of staff and day to day life at our property. Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with The Key Concierge, always SUPER responsive, very professional, flexible, and several times even going the extra mile to make sure our apartment was serviced well. They took care of so many things, from managing contractors for apartment's repairs; to dealing with our real state broker, which many times was difficult to handle. At home, we never worried about leaving work to take care of any matter related to the apartment, as Key Concierge was there to help. Fully trustful and reliable team. I recommend them hands down!!
