Negative experience: This is the worst travel agents I have ever booked with. They are all smiles and can’t do enough while they are taking your money, however if you have a complaint it’s a different story, they do not want to know and twists your words to suit themselves. My self 75 years and my sister 69 years were sold a holiday which is termed as a vibe holiday. As two pensioners have never heard of the word vibe we were unaware of what it actually was but surely the assistant ( Andrea ) was very aware and should never have sold us the holiday. We booked it on her recommendation as she said her parents go there a lot and as she isn’t that young we assumed her parents were of similar ages as ourselves. The hotel Las Piramides in Tenerife was one of the worst hotels for our ages as it was full of young noisy holidaymakers, the smell of weed was overpowering. The staff in the hotel were obnoxious, we were all inclusive however we were asked to pay for Wi-Fi , a hairdryer and the television which we declined. Avoid this hotel unless you are 40 years or under. As for the travel house in Cwmbran we will never book with them again.

Had a very slight issue following our booking and again Craig was there to resolve. Outstanding Customer Service a massive thanks.
