Fantastic experience: Salam all, The brothers were very professional in providing advise and guidance on ummrah packages. I was previously nervous to go as I suffer from a disability affecting my mobility but the brothers reassured me of the facilities available especially when going to perform my ummrah. Mashallah this was my very first time going for ummrah and I had great support from the brothers. From the get go my visa/flights/hotels/ internal traveling once arriving in Saudi up to guidance on performing my ummrah was all provided as well as historical site visits included in the package. From my experience I highly recommend ibadah tours for anyone wanting to go for ummrah as this was an easy experience for anyone who doesnt travel often.

Fantastic experience: I chose to go on Umrah with Ibadah Tours because of their 5 star rating. The brothers, Ali and Aida, who organised the spiritual trip lived up to their rating. Brother Ali was always available to answer our questions. I wonder if he ever slept, mashallah! He offered invaluable operational guidance and more. It's thanks to him that my sister and I managed a second Umrah on a single visit. Fantastic experience: It was my first time with Ibadah tours in conjunction with Ibrahim tours. The staff are professional and very helpful, they took their time to make sure that the entire group was up to date with all matters relating to the trip. I feel I was looked after and my umrah experience was very pleasant. I was able to enjoy two jumah, one at each blessed city. A whatsaap group was created for communication for the entire group. We were met at the airport by the tour staff, given bags and lanyards. Ihraam was provided for us. Any feedback given was taken seriously. Very grateful for the service and I highly recommend them. They provide professional tours with highly reputable english speaking scholars. May Allah reward you all.

Fantastic experience: Alhumdulilah, firstly start by saying if you want experienced operators and highly renowned and knowledgeable sheikh's then book with Ibadah tours, your amanah is fully protected and is in good hands. I did the Nov 2024 Umrah. My first umrah with my wife and visiting the blessed lands. 10/10 service from communication, booking, iteninery, flights, accomodation, 24/7 support on the ground, transportation, ziyara's, lectures. Hotels are all walking distances. 3min walk from hotel door to walking inside masjid nabwi (literally inside the masjid, not the courtyard). I also witnessed how ibadah tours personalised the requirements of those needing wheelchairs, had children and elderly people. May Allah reward them for their efforts. Ziyara's included, walking tour of masjid nabwi, visiting masjid Quba, masjid Qiblatain, mount Uhad, date farm visit, Mina, Arafat, Jabal al Thawr, Jabal al Nour etc there are probably more that I have missed out. Having sheikh Wasim Kempson was amazing, May Allah preserve him, so knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions privately, his knowledge of the blessed lands and nasiha's were beautiful reminders of our purpose in life as well as giving us great context into the life of rasoolilah SAW within the actual lands. I definitely feel like my knowledge of the deen has increased and feel more prepared for hajj when Allah wills to call me. I think going to Madinah helped first, which allowed you to build up your ibadah, acclimatise, physically condition with the amount of walking, increase your knowledge prior to going makkah for umrah, which then meant your lasting memory is one of performing umrah and seeing the Kaabah. And lastly, brother Ali, what a legend, really clear with what needed to be done, a humble and charismatic person, his energy rejuvenates yours. Great nasiha too. May Allah continue to increase his rizq and put barakh in his life. Inshallah, many Allah allow me to perform hajj and visit al Aqsa with ibadah tours.

Fantastic experience: Alhumdollilah. This is my second umrah this year with Ibadah. I would not hesitate to recommend them. I went on a group and tailor made pilgrimage. Both times went smoothly. In the group I had my elderly mother with me, all the group leaders assisted with whatever I required. In the tailor made trip, Ibadah were just a whatsapp away for any support. Fantastic experience: Had a few issues with regards to my visa for my upcoming Umrah trip through a different agency and directly through the Saudi EVisa system but then I spoke with Ibadah travels and explained the situation. Ibadah travels advised me on the best solution and eventually went for the Umrah visa. I applied for it on a Monday and by Wednesday i finally had my visa come through which was a relief! Highly recommended and honest staff

Fantastic experience: No amount of words can explain how beautiful my trip to Al Aqsa was.. truly I've left a part of myself in Quds I did not realise how much my love for the beloved land can grow until I was physically there. Cannot recommend Ibaadah Tours enough for their service. We booked Umrah with them last year and came back for Al Aqsa Sep 2024 الحمد لله. Fantastic experience: We would like to thank Ibadah tours for an excellent experience to complete our umrah. My family and I had a lovely time and would especially like to thank our group leader Aidarus who always ensured the trip was smooth and all our needs were met. He also has a great sense of humour and kept the whole group happy throughout the tour. Thank you Ibadah tour for a memorable trip where we met some great people and learnt a lot of valuable things that we will take away with us such as from the Ziyarat tours and lectures from Sheik Al Haddad. Next time we would like if the tour could be extended for more than 10 days to enable more time for recovery between travel time medinah to makah.

Fantastic experience: I was having issues trying to obtain a visa for ummrah. My applications via the e-visa website were rejected without reason and no refunds were given. I was recommended by a friend to get in touch with Aida. It was the best recommendation ever! Aida dealt with my application professionally. My visa has been approved and going forward I will be using these guys.

Fantastic experience: From our initial enquiries to our return to the airport, Ibadah Tours gave detailed advice, support and guidance. Brother Ali and Sheikh Saleh in Jerusalem were a wealth of knowledge, both on the history of Palestine and also on the religious aspect. Ustaad Yusuf provided regular Islamic knowledge and reminders. Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed the Islamic Spain tour that I did with Ibadah tours. Everything was included in the package from hotels, food, transportation and so on. Fantastic experience: A truly amazing place, words can not do justice to Al Quds, you have to visit it to truly appreciate the history, beauty and grandeur of the blessed lands of Ambiya AS. We travelled to Al Aqsa for the first time as a family of 4 with our daughter aged 13 and our son aged 15 with Ibadah Tours. Alhamdulillah no issues whatsoever coming in and out of Tel Aviv airport and whilst there. Food 10/10, the group 10/10, ziyarah 10/10, the people there 11/10! Honestly a must visit destination and no complaints or issues whatsoever. Our first qiblah is crying for the ummah to visit.

Fantastic experience: I have just returned from a 5 day trip to Al Aqsa with my parents. Al Ibadah tours was recommended from my cousin who went a month before with the same group. Had a beautiful trip... difficult to describe the serenity of Aqsa, so much to see, so much to learn. I'd recommend everyone to gather the courage and go pray in Aqsa, there were no safety concerns during my trip, we travelled everywhere as a group. Our stay in Al Hashimi hotel was very convenient. The only Muslim hotel in the Old City. Helpful staff, clean rooms and most importantly good food. My first group trip and it was a positive experience, alhamdullillah. Brother Ali has been a fantastic tour leader. Sheikh Saleh was our knowledgeable local guide. Usthada Aamena's lectures were informative. No one can beat the local people's hospitality. I'd definitely travel again with Al Ibadah Tours.

Fantastic experience: A huge huge thank you to Ibadah Tours and Brother Ali for the trip of a lifetime!!! Travelling to Al Aqsa during this time meant me and my family were naturally quite nervous but brother Ali reassured as and made sure any questions we had were answered. I travelled with a large group of my family including children and the elderly, Alhamdulillah everything was perfect and Ibadah tours accommodated all our needs. We got to visit some iconic places like Jericho and multiple Muqams for many prophets travelling all across Jerusalem either on foot or by coach. We did so much within the 5 days we had and it was all possible thanks to the brilliant organisation skills of Ibadah tours. Although there is a lot going on there right now, Ibadah tours professionalism and compassion made us feel so safe as they reassured us that we would be fine, and we were! We really enjoyed the experience and we have definitely all made friends for life, Alhamdulillah. Fantastic experience: Very thankful to brother Ali and his tour group for keeping members of my family safe. I was unable to attend the tour myself however from what I heard brother Ali worked tirelessly to ensure everyone on the tour was safe, well looked after and most importantly enjoyed themselves given the current circumstances surrounding Jerusalem right now. Ibadah tours as an organisation were very attentive and came across as caring and compassionate. Fantastic experience: "Are you crazy, is it safe?" "Why visit Jerusalem now?" Those were some of the questions my friends and family were asking when I decided to book my Eid Ul Adha trip to Al Aqsa, Jerusalem in June 2024. From the moment I spoke with Brother Ali at Ibadah Tours, I knew instantly that they have the knowledge, experience and expertise to provide the best tour experience that I was looking for. Alhamdulillah. Although they came highly recommended, my own research and due diligence revealed that Ibadah Tours truly stand out as leaders of the niche, packaged tours market. Their expertise in delivering the best customer experience is second to none and I am a live testimony to that. I can honestly say Ibadah Tours provide value for money hands down. It's crazy how they only charge an average price for their packages but deliver a premium service unmatched by others. Subhaan Allah. The Land of the Prophets is a truly blessed place...it's spiritually uplifting...from the moment we entered via Damascus Gate and walked past the market stalls to the famous Hashimi Hotel, I knew six days were not going to be enough...we had the opportunity to pray in so many places of worship, visit iconic places, savour some of the best food and meet some of the warmest people on our journey while enjoying their hospitality. Truly magical! The locals want nothing more than for us and visitors around the world to visit Jerusalem and Al Aqsa frequently. Looking from the outside, in, they seemingly have little but they have much, trust me...one is easily moved by their strength of character, love and humanity. That is immense and unconditional faith personified! I'd consider myself extremely fortunate to be in their shoes. In six days, we absolutely enjoyed and experienced so much that others would not in six months in terms of exclusively visiting all the historical places of interest including a wonderful, surprise visit to Banksy's Walled Off Hotel in Bethlehem and Jericho! The team at Ibadah Tours comprising of brother Ali and Sheikh Saleh treated us like family...that's priceless and can not be taught and simply done out of genuine love. Those are the fond memories that I will cherish forever. Since safely returning to the UK, the family and friends who questioned initially, wish to travel with me next year. In Shaa Allah. The amount of love I have for these brothers is unreal… Of course without Allah’s permission I would not have been able to step foot in the holy lands of Makkah and Madinah! Alhamdulillah I was invited by Allah … Thank you to Ibadah tours as well for arranging everything for me, from the accommodation, to the transfers and treating me with so much love… At the start, I was very skeptical, along with my uncles when I shared the cheap packages they offered but in the name of Allah, I went along with this beautiful company… I am so glad I did. Fantastic experience: I am a new muslim and Alhamdulillah this is my second time performing Umrah through Ibadah Tours and honestly i highly recommended which is why myself has used them twice in two years, they go above and beyond the organisation and attention to detail is immaculate from the moment you confirm you booking you are given a clear itinerary and are placed in a WhatsApp group with any questions or concerns being answered promptly as what to pack and what to expect down to the type or tours or talks you shall be doing. Upon arrival to the airport they take all they stress and hassle of the check ins the visas the transportation out of your hands. Once in Makkah and medina there are clear instructions and meeting points and lots of information and wisdom passed on throughout by the wonderful brothers from Ibadah tours that travel with you, and I must give a special mention to Brother Ali who touched my heart with his kindness and also brother Hamza, they also have the best Imam, imam shakeel give you the history of both Makkah and Medina so eloquently. The Day before umrah they sit with everyone again to answer all questions and concerns do's and dont's to put your mind at ease. This trip for Umrah/ Hajj is truly life changing and I couldn't recommend Ibadah tours highly enough, I wouldn't use anybody else, and I'd personally like to thank them all once again. Fantastic experience: Seerah Umrah Tour February 2024 A beautiful spiritual experience from the start of the tour till the end. Ibadah tours were extremely organised, very professional and helpful. They provided a 5 star service, which helped us enjoy our time in the 2 holy cities, Medinah and Makkah. The hotels were of a high standard and close to the 2 holy mosques. The lectures that were provided by Ustad Asim Khan, were insightful and helped us understand what we were experiencing in the 2 cities, but also gave us a better understanding of our deen and the life of our Prophet p.b.u.h. The trips that Ibadah Tours provided, were great as they also gave more insight into our deen. All the tour leaders, Brother Aidurus, Brother Ali, Sister Rizwana and Ustad Asim Khan were wonderful and were able to help with any query or issues we had. We’ve just returned from a 10 day Umrah Seerah Tour (8 family members) and words cannot describe our journey, absolutely amazing from start to finish. Fantastic experience: Genuinely the best company to go with. Alhamdulillah we had no problems with them and they went above and beyond with their customer service. My friend went to umrah the same time as me but unfortunately had nothing good to say about her agency whereas I had the complete opposite experience with mine. May Allah grant Jannah to all those that worked hard in ibadah tours to make our experience as fantastic as it was. Also, I wanted to add that this was mine and my families first ever umrah so it meant a lot to us and I wanted to find a company that would really look after my family as after losing my dad less than a year ago we’ve been feeling quite vulnerable. in the beginning before booking with Ibadah tours I was doing my research day and night to find the perfect package and Alhamdulillah I came across Ibadah tours. From right away I had a really good feeling about this company but with my mum being an anxious person she had a lot of questions and just needed reassurance. Ibadah tours spent an hour over the phone with me to break down exactly how the trip would work and the kind of things that we will need to take with us. It was so helpful and reassuring and I just knew that there was no better company to go with than them. Alhamdulillah we booked our trip and their customer service was even better than I could’ve imagined when we were there, if something went wrong, they tried their best to compensate with better. They were always there when we needed them and never left anyone behind (even though we were often late to our trips because we tried to squeeze in as much as time for worship as we could as we just don’t know if Allah would ever invite us again. Sorry for the inconvenience ibadah tours, In’Shaa’Allah if Allah invites us again we will try our best to be on time with everything) Anyways may Allah put endless barakah in your business and may Allah be proud of every single one of you for your hard work. Our first time visiting Makkah and Medina, Ibadah made this completely stress free and very well organised. Thank you to them for their patience with our Group and my family. I seemed to lose my husband every once in a while. Sheikh Wasim’s talks and guidance were really appreciated and a great knowledge boost on our visits to the ziyarahs. Our hotels were very close to the masjids which was really helpful as we could take our kids and parents back and forth. Thank you to the brothers who gave their time to answer any questions we used to have at the hotel. In sha Allah we will be able to go again, look forward to it already.

Fantastic experience: Went for Umrah for the first time this month, and booked through Ibadah tours and felt very well looked after from day one. Any questions I had with regards to booking in, the flights, visas etc. Once in Saudi, the ibadah tour coordinators and spiritual guide who travelled with us, kept us all, the whole group informed and organised and imparted all their knowledge to us. Fantastic experience: Went to Umrah with Ibadah Tours. In short, it was a great experience. But I must mention a few details. Tours like Hajj or Umrah with a large group are not easy to arrange; it will never go as planned. Thus, the quality of the agency depends on how well they manage ad hoc changes. Ibadah should get 10 on 10 for that. Hotels, transportation, and everything else was as promised; moreover, we got more support from them than they promised, like transportation for the 2nd Umrah. Our team leader Hamza, was earnest about his job and seemed to know Saudi systems very well. Most importantly, having Imam Ashraf Dabous with us was an absolute blessing. Not only did he help us to perform Umrah, but he also ensured the trip remained spiritually meaningful all the way. His knowledge and wisdom on Quran and Hadith helped us to develop a better perspective on life. Inshallah, I will go with Ibadah Tours again.

Fantastic experience: السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته I went on this trip recently and I have to say, it was an amazing, unforgettable and eye-opening experience Alhamdulillah. Brother Ali (the tour leader) was a highly professional, friendly and gracious guide, who was very approachable, patient and knowledgeable about many of the aspects of visiting this blessed land. The trip was 6 days but was packed with activities and ziyarahs in and out of Jerusalem, and the days passed quickly (time flies when you're enjoying yourself). Ibadah tours, brother Ali and the local guide Shaykh Saleh (may Allah preserve them), ensured a lovely experience and allayed any concerns the group had throughout the tour, especially due to how the situation may seem in people's minds when they haven't visited before. The hotel was brilliant with friendly, hospitable staff and amazing food, and only a short walk from Al-Aqsa in the old city. All I will say is, please don't hesitate to go to Al-Aqsa, make the intention and visit as soon as you are able to, and I would HIGHLY recommend Ibadah tours due to the professionalism, hospitality and great communication they have - which is an essential component with this type of trip and something which, unfortunately, some other tour groups lack from my own experience. To summarise, I would rate Ibadah tours 10/10, and I would strongly recommend you book with them if you are thinking of going - iA you will have an amazing experience!

Fantastic experience: I went to Palestine alone from 14 august till 19 august. In my second day brother Metin who when to Palestine with Ibadah Tours. He introduced me to the tour guide brother Ali and asked if I could join them with the rest of their programs the following days. Alhamdullilah brother Ali was so incredibly nice. He let me join with every program for free. He paid for my food at the restaurant when we had a dinner with some Palestinian orphans. I insisted to pay but he wouldn’t let me. Eventually our return flight was at the same day so I also went back with them with their bus to the airport and again did not had to pay for anything. The tours were amazing. Before I met them I went solo to Al-khaleel and Bethelhem. The next day I went there again with the tour and it was a totally different experience. Learned and saw much with the tour. Another thing that was great was the group. Very nice people Alhamdullilah. Brother Ali if you see this, I love you from the bottom of my heart akhi. Thank you again for everything and in shaa Allah I’ll see you next time in Palestine.

Fantastic experience: Having recently visited Al Aqsa with Ibadah tours, Alhamdulillah I can honestly say that the experience that I had and the tour that was provided by Ibadah tours was surreal from start to finish. They explained everything and provided an itinerary for each and everyday which was very helpful. The itinerary explained each place that we were visiting and the islamic history behind them, such as the prophets or Sahabas. The coach tour was an entire day and we visited many places across Palestine which Alhamdulillah is a blessing. The walking tour of the compound of Al Aqsa gave us a fortunate amount of knowledge, explaining how each part of the compound was created and why, for example kubbah sakhra, masjid Qibli, Masjid Marwani and so forth. To top it all off, our hotel was the Hashimi which has an amazing rooftop view of Al Aqsa & is stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset. Breakfast and dinner were included and the meals did not disappoint at all!!

We thank brother Ali for his very well detailed tour in which he took care of us our safety and those who supported (coach, porters, hotel etc.) him in making this a phenomenal experience and Sheikh Saleh for educating us with strong knowledge of mind blowing Islamic history. I took this trip with my 4 children (24-17), they have come back with so much appreciation for the deep rooted historical stories of the past prophets that they didn't know in detail. Fantastic experience: Ibadah Tours and Ali were true professionals. The journey to Jeruselam was without doubt the most well organised and genuine experiences I have ever had. Moreover the sincerity in their work truly shines through. I felt as a family supported throughout the tour and received far more than I could have ever expected. From the walking tour to the bus tour. To day to day guidance it was just a dream. Having gone with two small children, Ali was extremely supportive and understanding. Fantastic experience: I booked the July 2023 Aqsa tour with Ibadah, and I can honestly say one of the best decisions I have made. I was a bit reluctant to go to Aqsa because of what I had seen on the news and social media, especially travelling alone as a 35 year old male. I would like to thank(may Allah bless you all)for: Explaining the Jummah Prayer to me with kindness as we all walked to Masjid Qibli for Fajr Prayer. The tips in regards to the Congregational Prayer and the welcoming smiles and Salaams each time I came across any of the ladies from our group during prayer time in the Masjid. Offering to take a pic for me so I could be in the photos with others. The hilarious chats that resulted in uncontrollable laughter The chance to have dinner with our wee guests of honour and then the ice cream party The charity day which was a humbling experience. The epic food in the hotel including the chips for breakfast. Oh man how did u know The brillant banter between our two guides/organisers - Palestinian Accent v English Accent - fab combination. Finally I hope that all that suffered aliaments due to stumbles make a speedy recovery (my first stumble of many was when I missed the step into the Masjid Qibli the first time I went in - first expressions and all that) You guys have the best bunch that I have ever shared a tour with and I hope our paths cross again. Regardless its been a privilege Just a wee side note: if you are considering going on the tour(journey of a lifetime ) but are apprehensive may that be to doubts within your own hearts or whispers from family members and friends. Fantastic experience: We had excellent service by the tour group organisors. We were well informed in all aspects of the tour. The renowned Hashmi hotel provided excellent service as well as breathtaking views of Al Aqsa. The tour leader was excellent he genuinely cared about us his clients and made sure we were safe and always kept the group united and he did not desert anyone.May Allah reward him for his service he didn’t take our money and ditch us, he provided the service he said and went above and beyond what he needed to. Fantastic experience: Fantastic life changing journey which has opened my eyes to the beauty of Jerusalem and Palestine. Loved visiting the historic islamic places of interest and engaging with locals. Was a little apprehensive and unsure of what to expect during our trip, but Alhamdulillah, thanks to the Qadr of Allah and the guidance provided during our trip, these concerns were nothing more than an after thought. Brother Ali went above and beyond and exceeded all my expectations.He had excellent organisation and management skills and ensured the itinery ran smoothly and on time and he was always on hand to deal with any queries. Hashimi hotel was excellent with the perfect location and approximately a quick 10 minutes walk from Masjid Al Aqsa. We also had the privilege of meeting Ustadha Ameena and Sheik Saleh and received beneficial knowledge through regular reminders. Fantastic experience: The best experience I could have expected . I was extremely sceptical to go to Palestine after the rising tensions recently and what was being shown main stream media . After visiting Al aqsa I have changed my view I was treated with relative respect I mange to visit every important holy location . I was pleasantly surprised how safe and secure I felt .
