Fantastic experience: I would like to thank Addy for his assistance when he picked me up from Heathrow Terminal 5 yesterday evening. I mistakenly got into the wrong taxi and when I got out I left my laptop on the back seat. All my devices are Apple so I was able track my laptop/iPad with the “find me app” and with the help of Addy I tracked my laptop to McDonald’s at Heathrow and retrieved it So again I would like to thank Addy for his help.

Fantastic experience: Velocity were absolutely brilliant. Used from as pick up to and from Heathrow. On time on both trips, clean, efficient, called 5 min before the pick up at H/R to check exactly where i was, and will definitely use them again.

Fantastic experience: I ordered an executive car to collect my partner and I from Heathrow Airport. The driver Eddie, tracked the flight, which was delayed by an hour, and was ready waiting for us when we exited arrivals. He took care of our luggage, escorted us to the car, had water ready for us, which was very welcome, and did it all very courteously. I can thoroughly recommend Velocity Executive Cars and we shall certainly be using them again.

Fantastic experience: Used for drop off and collection from Gatwick airport. Perfect service - booking was easy, no issues with collection at early hours with driver arriving promptly, car was in good condition, driver met me at arrivals. I fell asleep on the drop off and forgot my phone in the back of the car. Driver was an absolute gem and returned it to me as soon as I contacted him. Would definitely use Velocity again.

Fantastic experience: Very professional service. We were nervous about getting a taxi to and from the airport as have never done it before but had nothing to worry about. Communication was excellent and they were exactly on time picking us up at 3:30 in the morning and were waiting for us in arrivals at Gatwick. Highly recommended and will use again.

The drivers arrived on time on both occasions and the vehicles were clean and spacious. The drivers were polite, friendly and courteous. For the pick up the driver rang to let me know where he was in the terminal and was waiting on our arrival. The folks at Velocity are cheaper, caring and kind and at the airport have a meet and greet that's always on time. Even when I book last minute they never fail me - From now on I will always book Velocity. The cars are always clean and the service efficient, drivers are lovely. Adil, goes above and beyond. Fantastic experience: I and my family have used this service for some time now. The drivers are lovely, friendly and reliable. The drivers are very helpful too. My daughter who uses the service with her baby has always received help with carrying the baby’s car seat, and I received help with heavy bags whilst traveling to and from the airport. Drivers are exceptionally courteous , very chatty and we’re on time for both trips which was super as it was my 1st day back in our London office. Costs are reasonable IMHO, car was clean inside and out. Great trip, on time during rush hour both ways. I’ve used so called chauffeured Services before many times for London and airport trips and they have been late, or not polite , etc and very expensive. Velocity Executive cars are really great and I will not look around for my next trip, I will just use this company and team. Everything you expect and need.
