Fantastic experience: Another year - another fantastic holiday organised by Paul. This year he booked us a fantastic 4 stop holiday in Sri Lanka. All of the hotels were top class with fantastic food and staff. 2 of the hotels were based by the beach and 2 were in land, one by a safari park and another up a mountain. The overall experience was amazing and the holiday could not have worked out better.

Fantastic experience: We’ve just returned from a fabulous 2 week 3 location holiday to California that was expertly organised by Paul. We had 7 nights in San Diego, 3 nights in Santa Barbara and 4 nights in LA. Paul recommended 3 superb hotels, took care of the hire car booking and the flights and messaged us during our time away to make sure everything was ok. Fantastic experience: World Travel Planner organised my trip to Canada which included the amazing Rocky Mountaineer train journey, from Vancouver to Banff. Every detail was sorted by Paul, who was always ready to answer my many questions. He has infinite patience! The whole trip was amazing, and Vancouver is a beautiful city. The train was just wonderful, and the scenery without exception, was stunning. All the hotels arranged for us by Paul were really good, and were centrally placed for shops and restaurants. My husband can't walk far so it was good that we were close to everything. I would thoroughly recommend using this service.

Positive experience: Went away with World Travel Planner for 2 weeks in March - to Fort Lauderdale for 3 days and then on a cruise with Princess and it was fabulous! Everything went to plan except our transfer from the airport to the Hotel didn't arrive and were cancelled for the rest of the trip. Few hiccups at the Hotel in FL but nothing that Paul could have done about anything about this and he has been so helpful since we've been back in getting us a refund for the transfers. He even tried to assist whilst we were away. In summary he was outstanding as normal and sorry to deduct a star for the transfer problems.

Fantastic experience: I have been part of a large party of 19 that has just return from Club Med, Serre-Chevalier, France, Alps. The hotel whilst very large, it was run well and was fully inclusive with great food, drinks and fabulous entertainment. it was unfortunate that the almost on site ski lift was closed the week we were there but a very regally bus replacement was laid on and compensation was given. World Travel Action has successfully sorted a great holiday

Fantastic experience: Paul arranged our cruise on Oasis of the Seas in 1999 (apparently the biggest in the world, 6,500 passengers , 2,500 crew but surprisingly never felt over crowded!) and all went so smoothly; was within our budget which we'd advised and Paul also found a drinks package which gave us free drinks for the duration of the cruise. Food and entertainment on board was brilliant. He also worked out best position for our cabin re comfort and views - flights and transfers were fab , another brilliant holiday arranged via WorldTravelPlanner, certainly beats going to a high street travel agent as the personal service is highly valued and Paul remembers your requirements for each holiday !
