Fantastic experience: Sarah from the Haywards Heath branch arranged a terrific holiday for me in Sicily earlier this year. Everything ran like clockwork and the accomodation that was booked was beyond all our expectations. So I have of course returned to the branch to book a complicated itinerary to Australia and New Zealand later this year. Pratibha has done the most incredible juggling act to get everything arranged and come in £500 less than I thought it would be. Could not he happier.

Fantastic experience: I used Marie at the HH branch to book a trip to Euro Disney in Dec 23. Nothing was too much trouble and she was able to meet all my requirements for our pre Christmas break. Even when there was a problem with the Euro tunnel on our return. Marie was really helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had all options for a crossing available to us.
