Fantastic experience: May 2023: We had a marvellous 2 weeks in Euphorbe 5 in Nice. We enjoyed exploring Nice, and travelling up the coast by train to Menton and Monaco, and taking the mountain train to Annot. The comfortable apartment had such a wonderful view of the comings and goings in the port, kept us entertained! And very convenient for food, drink and shopping venues around the port. The public transport (tram and bus) was well organised and so we had no need to hire a car. Buy an online carnet of 10 tickets from Nice Ticket for 10 euros and just validate a ticket at the start of each journey. Helpful support and advice from Paul and Sandra. An excellent experience all round.

Fantastic experience: Due to a COVID-cancellation we had a last minute opportunity via Joie de Vivre Holidays on this great villa at the Côte. A nice villa with A/C in the bedrooms, a lovely swimmingpool and an astionishing view. Further we worked with Paul on the booking and with Susan locally. Both of them managed away all (small) issues) and contributed to a great relaxing experience.

Fantastic experience: Excellent holiday rental agency. Helen, the manager, is very professional, very serious, and attentive to the smallest detail. This agency is family-run, easily reachable at any time, even on Sundays. It is worth noting that their margins on rentals are quite reasonable compared to other agencies. I highly recommend it; you have the security of a very serious agency. Ideal for a peaceful holiday.
