Negative experience: HELEN. The rudest woman I've come across. I would suggest grunting after everything is said wouldn't be the best way to encourage someone to buy a holiday. It seemed like she was more of an expert in all-inclusive package holidays to Benidorm, rather than a travel advisor to world-renowned destinations.
