Fantastic experience: We traveled as a group of 12, ages, 62 to 82. We all had the most amazing experience in Bali and Komodo Island national Park. The itinerary was arranged with our goal in mind of sightseeing, which included Bali and the Komodo dragons. The local tour company and guide were excellent. Fantastic experience: Wow, just wow! We got recomended Rickshaw, and after speaking to a couple of other companies we felt like Rickshaw were the only ones who listened to us. Bhavin organised everything for us and gave us great advice and choices. We ended up deciding a weeks safari followed by a week in Zanzibar on the beach. Bhavin was always there if needed or if we had any questions. Our guide Kelvin was there ready and waiting when we arrived at the airport. He had great knowledge of the animals and Tanzania. Everyday we felt he went the extra mile for us, he always planned the day to our needs and how we liked. We had a small issue, our bags didn't arrive (airlines fault ofcourse). The Rickshaw team put us at ease telling us they would sort it. The next day, we got a phone call from the office saying they had our luggage and they are bringing them to us at no extra cost. So they drove from Arusha to Lake manyara (100km away) to help us. All the places we stayed in were superb and have super friendly staff! Overall the Rickshaw team are superb! They have made our honeymoon even better then we imagined. Highly recomend!

Fantastic experience: Our family of 8 recently embarked on an 8-day hike of Kilimanjaro, organized by Bhavin, and it was an incredible experience. The guides provided by Bhavin were not only knowledgeable but also extremely helpful throughout the journey. They cared for all our needs, including providing us with food, water, tents, and sleeping bags. Bhavin had given us a lot of information about the hike before the trip and was always available to answer any questions during the trek. In addition, Bhavin had arranged our pre and post-climb accommodations and transportation well. We didn't have to worry about anything, as the Rickshaw Travels team handled everything. The support staff available in Tanzania was also excellent, making our experience even more memorable. After the climb, Bhavin arranged a private safari for our family of 15. It was an incredible experience, with fantastic guides/drivers, Robie and Edward. We saw lots of animals and had excellent accommodations in the Serengeti. The drivers/guides were phenomenal, and we felt safe and comfortable throughout the safari. Overall, our experience with Bhavin and Rickshaw Travels was terrific. Fantastic experience: Rickshaw Travels is fantastic and has helped us organise travel even at very short notice and on emergency. Bhavin is very personable, always keen to help and has been always very flexible and available. He has given me an impression that he truly cares for his customers. The flight fares that he has quoted for have also been comparable or more economic than some of the bigger Travel agencies. Fantastic experience: I've used Rickshaw Travels a number of times. They are my go to travel company for my annual holidays because they are professional, attentive and always deliver. My family and I really enjoy the personal service and Bhavin tailors the holidays based on our requirements. We recently used Rickshaw Travels when I was looking to book a holiday in the Maldives and Dubai. We were celebrating my wife's birthday and we needed separate bookings for other family members who would be meeting us and surprising my wife in Dubai. The logistics were a potential nightmare for me with different requests regarding flight times and durations etc. Bhavin and the team and Rickshaw Travels made the whole process seamless. They spoke directly with the family members and logically assembled a plan that would work for us all. Bhavin secured a lovely resort in the Maldives that was child friendly for a cheaper price than I could find anywhere myself on the internet. The flights and connections including the sea plane were booked with minimal stopover time and he kindly reserved the basset seats at the front of the plane for our baby too. The family arrived in Dubai a few hours earlier than we did and were waiting in the lobby to suprise my wife. Fantastic experience: Bhavin was spot on, and empathetically listened to the immediate travel requirement. In hardly 45 mins, he managed to book the right booking to fly to Guawahati from London, and return, and also issue the boarding pass. Even he suggested to consider the return domestic flight instead of returning by the same airline to Delhi airport, before taking the main Vistara international flight. This suggestion led to reduction of waiting time by some 10hours. This is what we expect from a travel agent, who will understand the customer's crisis situation, and promptly respond with a solution diligently. So keep doing the good work, Rickshaw Travels.

He understood our requirements well in first chat and came back with relevant options, did booking with all the small details and provided info very clearly. Fantastic experience: Rickshaw Travels helped with organising the trip for the participants of a development bank traveling to Rwanda for a Global Summit. The entire process run smoothly and efficiently. The travel agent coordinated the travels of participants coming from 6 different countries and understood the needs of each participant. What is more, the travel agent has worked and lived in Africa and has experience of the local culture. Great communication. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Our experience with booking through Rickshaw Travels was incredible! For reference, our group consisted of 3 ~25 year olds. Bhavin (from Rickshaw Travels) helped us plan out the perfect week-long trip to Morocco, giving multiple different itineraries and taking our requests into consideration. We provided some details of we wanted to see in Morocco (including a day-long hiking excursion) and they were all accommodated without a problem. During the planning phase, it was very clear that Bhavin placed our interests and enjoyment in front of everything else! The tour itself was orchestrated really well, and we had a smooth and enjoyable week in Morocco. The driver assigned to us for the week, Hakim, was an incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable guy! All the arranged accommodations were picture-perfect and comfortable. The only critique that we may have would be to leave a little bit more time for unguided exploration. The city guides were helpful and knowledgeable, but we would have appreciated a bit more time to explore the cities for ourselves (without a guide). Overall, Rickshaw Travels helped organize a phenomenal week in Morocco for our group. I would certainly use Rickshaw again for future vacations.

Fantastic experience: Rickshaw Travel helped us book our trip to Masai Mara, Kenya very last minute. From the beginning Bhavin was very attentive and quick with all our questions, and available at any time of the day. We were given all options, and not just what they wanted us to do – which us made very comfortable with booking with Rickshaw Travel. From day one of our trip till right till the end, we were treated with great care by our driver Morris – who was excellent at his job. He had great knowledge of the National Park and Kenya itself. Fantastic experience: Dear Bhavin: As requested, below is feedback on our trip that you so kindly arranged for: 1. Transfers: 5 Stars – Good comfortable, clean cars with friendly drivers who arrived on time and knew exactly where to take us – vehicles: Mercedes, Audi, and Toyota (Luxury version). 2. Train Rides: 5 Stars – nothing exceptional to report. 3. Hotels: 5 Stars for the location of the hotels in ALL Cities. Service and quality, 5 stars for all except Hotel Turin Avenida in Lisbon that get 2 Stars for the room that they could not change, even though the booking voucher that clearly stated that it should be street-facing. 4. Tours: a. Porto 5 Stars: Small group in a station wagon and an excellent driver/guide. b. Portugal – seat in coach tour Between 2-3 Stars. Too many people in the Large bus that you can only see through the side window. Also, we felt rather hurried through the tour. c. Tour of Sintra: 4 Stars – although it was on a similar large bus, it stopped at various points to enable us explore Cape of Rock, Cascais, etc. d. Alhambra: 5 Stars – despite a large crowd, the tour guide did well in covering the varied elements of the massive citadel. Needless to mention, the advanced booking helped, as so many tourists were turned away as they allow a limited number of persons to attend daily. 5. Rickshaw Travel/Bhavin: 5 Stars - for setting up the itinerary, logistics, transfers, hotel bookings and arranging the tours.

Fantastic experience: Rickshaw has made our dream come true... It was a trip to Maldives. All we did was packed our luggage and flew.. Everything was taken care so well, from flights to transfers , the resort..!
