Fantastic experience: We went in to pay the balance of our holiday today and spoke to Jo. She suggested booking a trip and, as we wanted to go to the Kennedy Space Centre, Jo sorted this out and printed our tickets for us. She could not be more helpful.

Fantastic experience: Went into the branch today and had a amazing time! All the girls in store are so knowledgeable and fun, I booked my Naples holiday in no time! I couldn't recommend this shop enough, I'll be back to book my next year soon!! ✨

Fantastic experience: We booked our 2025 family holiday with Jo at TUI Watford and we couldn’t be happier, from the warm welcome entering the shop to the payment, the whole experience was excellent and we felt our custom was valued. Initially we were a bit vague around our requirements but Jo helped us to narrow down our choices until we had picked our ideal trip to Turkey. Fantastic experience: Having tried to book a package (our first) with Tui online (we usually book flight only) we encountered some challenges with the website, so the next port of call was your customer services. What a relief.... Jay was an utter delight - calm, professional, knowledgeable and so courteous! She sorted the IT glitches, ensured all the details of our booking were clear (said no transfers on the website but they are infact included, AND the hotel had changed it's name but no word on your website!?!). The other issue we had had, or rather the main one, was to be able to use our Holiday Voucher (our flights were cancelled last minute last September) which the online system rejected. Jay managed to apply the voucher and booked the whole package whilst on the phone with me. What a super travel industry expert - thank you Jay - you are a credit to your store, colleagues, Manager and Tui! Kind regards Kate

Fantastic experience: Amanda was extremely helpful as always when booking my latest holiday . This year was a difficult task as it was later then normal for me when booking a holiday and I would be going away with my elderly mum which would mean she needed certain requests such as a Hotel with a nearby Beach ,stone steps to get into the swimming pool rather than just the metal ladder which would be impossible for her to use .Amanda was so.good at looking at all our needs and we found a lovely place to go in Cyprus .Any questions we had Amanda was more than happy to look into to put our mind at rest .Thank you Amanda for sorting out another holiday for me. :-)

Negative experience: Went into tui this morning, to ask about potentially planning a wedding and going on safari. I felt so unwelcome and the looks that I got made me feel I wasn’t able to book anything. I will not be returning here due to the hospitality that was given. Very unwelcoming and unhelpful.

Fantastic experience: We love this store all such friendly staff after helping us find our first ever holiday abroad as a family last year to Turkey (which was fabulous!) this year we were looking at Cyprus but it wasn’t matching what we were looking for so Fleur listened to what we wanted.. spent ages to find everything we asked for and to say that she came back with everything we wanted and more is a complete understatement! We’re so excited for our holiday now and even though it isn’t where we thought we wanted to go it’s somewhere we could have only dreamed to be going and Fleur found the way to make it happen! Fantastic experience: Fleur helped us book our honeymoon. This was the best experience I’ve ever had working with a travel agent rep, and we had an amazing trip! I have some health challenges that meant we needed to find a location that could accommodate. Fleur asked questions to make sure she understood what I needed. Then she suggested options that could accommodate mobility challenges and dietary requirements. She arranged passenger assistance for me in the airport, which made the whole process seamless. And she contacted the hotel to let them know I would need to speak with the chef about food allergies. The hotel followed up with this and provided bespoke meals to ensure I was able to eat. I cannot speak highly enough of Fleur, this trip, or our overall experience!
