Fantastic experience: I have used Bookalet for around 5 years for our holiday let apartments. The system is easy to use and the syncing with other booking sites means I do not have to worry about double booking. I've only had to ask for help a couple of times, and on each time it was fast and efficient. I would definitely recommend Bookalet to other property owners.

Fantastic experience: We have used Bookalet for a year and just renewed our subscription as it is invaluable. It takes so much pressure off by prompting you when payments are made and avoiding errors and double bookings occurring. we use it to manage 3 B&B rooms and 2 self catering units and it does it seamlessly. The only minor observation we would make is that the Booking Summary calendar that you see as a manager can be a little confusing to view. But overall excellent and well worth the investment.

Fantastic experience: In a constantly changing world where we have become so reliant on technology, it has become difficult to keep up with it all. We felt we had reached a complete dead end with trying to get our business recognised on Google as for some unknown reason our profile had been suspended despite several changes and attempts to reinstate it, still it was declared suspended due to non compliance. Our site is hosted by Bookalet which offers a brilliant platform for anyone looking to advertise rental accommodation. It was purely by chance that I had told the Bookalet support team of the trouble we were having with Google when they offered to help resolve it for us. I was surprised as this wasn’t an issue that directly involved Bookalet though I was pleased and grateful for their assistance! Within a few days the Bookalet team had us back online and visible again on Google..a miracle! What’s more there was no charge for this service..just an act of kindness that deserves this mention! With my faith entirely restored in humanity I whole heartedly recommend this company, not only for their brilliant technical ability to promote your rental listing on their incredible platform, but more so…because they are very nice people! Thank you Bookalet!

Fantastic experience: Excellent intuitive software backed up with intelligent support. We run Woodstock Glamping Cornwall. I sat down one Friday evening and by bedtime had direct bookings set up on our website. A few tweaks later and everything runs like a dream - especially direct bookings - still a cause for much celebration! Looked at a few other platforms but nothing comes close.

Fantastic experience: I'd been using Lodgify for about 4 years but decided to use an alternative product because of ongoing issues with downtime. I've teamed the Bookalet system with a Squarespace website. The integration is seamless and very easy and significantly better than what I had before. Bookalet is very easy to set up and maintain and has never failed. I can't recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: I like this product a lot. I run a business from my farm in Somerset letting seven holiday cottages and It does (most) of what I want it to do very well. It's easy to use and set up, and the support is good too if you have an query or "how-to" question. If I was asked to make a suggestion as to how to improve it, I would suggest developing an interface with Quickbooks, Sage accounting or both. Having to input bookings into Bookalet, then create invoices manually in Quickbooks is an unwelcome extra step, and duplicates a lot of customer information - a worry in these days of data protection. I don't know the costs involved obviously, or the technical difficulties that this would introduce, but it would be a huge selling point for the Bookalet Sales team. Just a thought. In summary, a great product that fits my needs. I would highly recommend it.

What really stands out is their superb support team. Fantastic experience: Rookhow Quaker Meeting House & Bunkbarn (rookhow.org.uk) has been using Bookalet's booking system and website builder for 3 years now and we've been really happy with the 5 star service we've received. If we've had a problem, there's always a helpful person on hand who can give a quick, individual and supportive response. The bookings system works well, tying into our website for availability and booking. We can access clear reports helping to view our bookings income month by month and % occupancy. The website builder has been simple to use and we can update it any time we need to ourselves. I would definitely recommend Bookalet. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: We have used Bookalet for many years now, and love it. We use it to manage our holiday rental, Lodge Nine - Finlake. It does everything we need and more. We have it as a booking tool on our website and facebook, and love the sms notifications when a guest has booked. Use use it to manage the book and love that it automatically manages the guests lifecycle from booking, deposit payment, through to full payment reminders, guest arrival details etc - once set up it does it all for you. We love the seamless integration to WorldPay for payments and Mailchimp for marketing. We would rate the chaps higher if we were allowed as the product is robust and stable, and the support and management team are always around to answer your questions. Big thumbs up for Bookalet

Fantastic experience: We have been using Bookalet now since 2018, both as tool to manage one single property, then going on to manage multiple properties via its agency package for South Devonshire Holidays. The over all package offered by Bookalet cannot, in our opinion, be beaten, not only on price, but the depth of the package from its booking calendar, guest management, sms notifications, reporting etc. The product has just undergone a refresh, and although it takes some getting used to, we can see that they have put a lot of work and effort into addition features, as well as its facelift. We love the relationship we have with Bookalet, and nothing is to much trouble or bother for the team. A special shout of to Ben Allen, Colin Cornwall and Mateusz Kochanowicz - all of whom have gone above and beyond countless times in the hour of need.

Fantastic experience: Really good booking system. Setup takes a little while but good practice for getting to know it. Templates for messaging are great. Responding to queries pretty good . All in all very pleased I switched from another well known system. This has all the features I need & I can get as much or as little info as I need. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I used Bookalet for hiring my campervans out. Although it is mainly used for the holiday homes, I found it also worked perfectly for my campers. The system is really easy to use and I was able to easily create a good looking website. The automated booking system saves loads of time with amin and automatically sends customers emails when it's time to pay their balance etc. Whenever I have phoned in, the customer service is great. It''s easy to get someone on the phone if you need help with anything. I would definetely recomment this service.

Fantastic experience: We have used Bookalet for 10 Years, They are a fabulous company to work with. The supply our booking system and website by Shyee it all works as 1 package. In the year's we have been with them, I have not known of any downtime and problems are reacted to immediately. Its not a call centre but real people you speak too.

Fantastic experience: Philham Water Cottage has used bookalet on its website for a few years and I like it a lot; especially since I upgraded to Bookalet Pro. All my queries (mostly at the outset) have been promptly answered/sorted satisfactorily. It required a bit of work to set up (as would any booking program) but was straightforward and has always worked smoothly.

Fantastic experience: Using Bookalet has taken a lot of the stress and hardwork out of the administation of renting out our holiday property. As we only have one property and simple requirements, we subscribe to Bookalet Lite. The system is very easy to use and simple to set up. What is really important, though, is the very responsive and helpful support that Bookalet provides whenever I have a question or an issue. I would thoroughly recommend Bookalet.
