Fantastic experience: I booked a trip to Dubrovnik with my sister, through Not Just Travel Bob Grace and had an amazing holiday. The booking was significantly cheaper than I could find online myself, and the hotel was beautiful ( excellent amenities and walking distance to beautiful beaches). Transport to/from the airport and hotel was organized, making the travel experience very smooth in both directions. Bob communicated all details with us clearly and delivered more than what we could’ve wanted. It was my first time booking through an agent but I will definitely be booking through him again! Fantastic experience: Bob Grace at Not Just Travel arranged our recent holiday to Zanzibar and Tanzania. It was a complicated 2 stop holiday with a safari and 6 flights in total. Everything went amazingly well with every detail considered and planned. They even had time to arrange a 25 year wedding anniversary dinner and a birthday celebration whilst we were there !! Fantastic experience: Having just returned from a 4 night city break in Dubai for my partners 60th birthday, I’d like to thank Bob at Not Just Travel Bob Grace for arranging the aforesaid break. The city, hotel, it’s location and hospitality of the hotel staff was superb…I shall never forget the neon nightscape of the marina, a truly amazing experience. Fantastic experience: Bob arranged for a 2 week stay at the Lady Hamilton resort in Jamaica for my family of four (two kids under 16). With two adjoining suites, that were very large and luxurious, located between the pool, the beach and the main complex, we were truly spoilt. Everything about the holiday was flawless, from the flights, transfers, how we were catered for at the resort, and every single aspect of the resort was 5*+. Bob listened to our requirements and over delivered on every one of them. We have been using Bob for a few years now, and hopefully many more years to come. He knows how to listen and more importantly, how to deliver. I strongly recommend Bob, he gets it right every time, and when it does go a little adrift (very rarely) he is there on the end of a phone to put it right and make it better.

Fantastic experience: Not Just Travel Bob Grace My husband and I contacted Bob Grace about a holiday to Mauritius. Bob was able to give advice and was very knowledgeable, about the island which gave us confidence in booking something with him. His price was very good too! We stayed at Beachcomber Canonnier and it was absolutely amazing! We had a private transfer from and to the airport which was so much nicer than getting the coach (what we would usually do on a tui holiday) We flew with Air Mauritius and could not fault anything. Our hotel was wonderful. We had an incredible sea view room. The staff were lovely, nothing was too much trouble. They always had a huge welcoming smile and were super friendly. The food was truly amazing. So much choice! The communication with Bob was great he was literally a call away and checked in with us to ensure all was good. We really feel we had a much more personal service with Bob as opposed to Tui which we would usually use for previous holidays! We both felt a lot more confident knowing Bob was literally a call away should we have needed to contact him (which we didn’t) A very professional service from Bob and we will definitely be booking future holidays with him. Fantastic experience: Thank you, Not Just Travel Bob Grace for arranging a short break in Paris to celebrate my 60th birthday. The elegant Hotel Claridge, just off the Champs Elysees, was a great location to visit the many attractions; Eiffel tower, Arc de Triomphe, Notre Dame and the Moulin Rouge, with it being so close to the Paris Metro. The flight times were perfect, and the taxi transfers arrived promptly on time. Your personal care and attention to detail has made this a trip that my partner and myself will never forget.

Fantastic experience: India was on my bucket list. Bob Gace from Not Just travel recommended a Titan organised tour. I have to say it was probably one of the best holiday experiences and would like to thank Bob for recommending and facilitating the trip. Bob though always goes the extra mile - there was a potential problem with the e visa at the offset. No problem. I contacted Bob for advice (on the Saturday) and he was happy to immediately look into the issue. India and the trip was so amazing, so I have a feeling I will be contacting Bob again for a future trip!
