Fantastic experience: *Highly recommend during Family Emergency travel* I would like to share my feedback on *Best Choice Travels Ltd and Rahul Gholap*. I had read about their travel agency services several times and saved their contact information. Although I had never called or booked a flight with them before, last night we faced a family emergency and were in a panic. We tried to book flight 2 times but both time money was deducted but tickets were not issued by other popular providers. We then called Rahul in the middle of the night to book a last-minute travel ticket. The flight tickets online were quote was around prices ranging from £2,000 to £2,600 per person. However, when I spoke to Rahul, he assured me that he would help us with the tickets. Impressively, within just 5 minutes, he managed to book a ticket for £1,360. Fantastic experience: Extremely great and prompt service from Best Choice Travels!!! My in-laws, aged 75 and 73 years, were to travel to the UK on a last minute decision and it seemed impossible given the current situation, both in India and the UK. But Best Choice Travels made it possible and with such finesse, that they were on their way within 12 hours without any hassles. The seating arrangements were such that each of them had an entire row to themselves with no one next to them which made the travel so safe and comfortable in these Covid times and just for you’ll to know the flight was pretty full. We had requested wheelchair services which require a 24 hr notice but of course it was made available and my in-laws were literally wheeled in and out of both the airports in no time. Also the guidance about the formalities that are mandatory to enter the UK was extremely handy and they faced no challenges during immigration at the Heathrow airport.
