Fantastic experience: Excellent service I have just returned from my first trip to Cuba and it all went super smoothly. I was anxious as I travelled via the USA and the visa rules were unclear but a lovely gentleman at Cuba Visa explained everything to me and walked me through the process. Fantastic experience: I have never travelled to Cuba before so was not sure how to get the Visa and whether I had accessed a legitimate site. Especially as the Cuban Embassy site had some irregularities when I tried to get a visa through that route (unrecognised phone number, my bank warned me bank details were unable to be verified, etc). So I asked a friend who had visited Cuba 4 times and he recommended this company. Sorted within something like 48 hours! And at the same cost the Cuban Embassy was quoting. All in all was simple and straight forwarded and they told me the timeframe I now had to follow for the travel entry form I now had to completed before I fly.

Fantastic experience: All I can say is amazing. Stupidly I did not realise I needed a visa for Cuba until I checked in my flight online the day before leaving as I had booked independently. I called Called the office at 2:35pm and was emailed 20 mins later saying both Visa's will be ready at noon the following day. Fantastic experience: What a great company, found out through Tui on Friday morning (we were due to fly the Monday) that a visa was required for Cuba (we had been before but always went with Thomas Cook who dealt with the Visa for you). I absolutely panicked as there wasn't enough time to get a visa posted out. However after a couple of emails I was assured that if I could make it to London they would issue me with a visa upon my arrival. A 2 hour train journey later and my Visa was ready for collection. Positive experience: Was fairly straightforward, though the instructions for the source city / airport and travel date could be clearer. I was leaving London to Madrid on one day, travelling to Cuba on a separate flight the next, so wasn’t exactly sure what to put down.
