Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received from Sackville Travel during an already stressful and distressing situation. My flight was cancelled in the aftermath of Hurricane Melissa in Jamaica — the most severe hurricane the island has experienced — and instead of receiving support or guidance, I encountered what I felt was a shocking lack of professionalism. In particular, my interaction with an agent named Flloyd was deeply upsetting. In my experience, he did not provide any meaningful assistance and, instead, responded in a manner that I found unhelpful and unnecessarily hostile at a time when I urgently needed clarity and support. This only added to my stress, at a moment when I was simply trying to find a way home to see my family. Based on my personal experience, I would strongly urge others to think carefully before booking with Sackville Travel if they expect reliable, respectful, and professional customer service during emergencies or unforeseen events. Situations like these require compassion and competence, and unfortunately, I did not feel that I received either. I sincerely hope the company reflects on how critical proper customer care is — especially when clients are dealing with traumatic circumstances. Sackville Travel can and should do better.

Negative experience: I am very disgusted with the poor service I received today on the phone with Sackville Travel staff Nadine, who was extremely abrupt when I asked a question for my mother that she did not understand with regard to an I.94 travel document that is required after you have been approved by ESTA .This is another travel document required before you can book your flight to enter in to the United States. ESTA had already approved my mother but then my mother received an email this morning about the I.94 which I simply just asked Nadine about since I was now ready to book the flight for her. But instead of being helpful she became so rude when I said I thought you could help us or explain this for my mother. I had to end up hanging up due to her disrespectful manner. There is a saying in life ( It's not what you say it's how you say it). You Nadine need to be taught customer service because you are lacking in every way. I remember when Sackville Travel first opened in Stockwell /Brixton because I myself use to use them for a lot of my travels and back then they had nothing but great customer service. I have now come to understand this is a Travel/Departure Card that this is required with every waiver visa holder with ESTA approved document that the United States require when entering the country this was kindly explained to me by another Travel Agency ALHaram Travel who I ended up using to book my mother's flight because they went above and beyond to help me when I asked them the same question. They even went as far as to send me the link. Now that is what you call real customer service. This is my reason for giving a one star review. Customer Service is very important.

Negative experience: SEPTEMBER 2023 I BOOKED A TRIP TO DOMINICA FOR £1300..I LEFT ON THE 16TH OCTOBER 2023, TO RETURN OCTOBER 31ST 2024..I ASK THE AGENT HOW MUCH WILL IT COST ME TO CHANGE MY RETURN DATE WHILE AM AWAY,TO COME BACK BEFORE OCTOBER 2024...I WAS TOLD £200..LAST WEEK I CONTACT SACKVILLE TRAVEL TO DO JUST THAT..AND I WAS TOLD THAT MY TICKET IS VOID CAUSE I'VE MISSED MY RETURN FLIGHT..SO I CHECKED MY TICKET AND I REALISED IT SAID RETURN OCTOBER 31ST 2023..WHICH WOULD GIVE ME 12 DAYS IN DOMINICA..I MUST ADMIT I DID NOT NOTICE THAT ERROR WHEN I BOUGHT THE TICKET.OF COURSE THE AGENT WILL NEVER ADMIT SHE MADE A MISTAKE BY PUTTING 2023 INSTEAD 2024..SHE ALSO MADE AN ERROR ON THE RECEIPT STATING THAT I'M TRAVELLING VIA ANTIGUA WHEN INFACT I WAS TARAVELLING VIA BARBADOS .THEY WERE SO COLD SAYING, "YOU HAVE TO BUY A RETURN TICKET". Negative experience: Emailed them 15 days ago for a quote for a flight and they couldn't even be bothered to respond so they apparently don't need my business. They also need to get their website updated because it's useless trying to check dates for flights. I'm really disappointed with Sackille because I've booked with them before and had no issues though it was some time ago. It seems that their once quality customer service has become rather hit and miss now.

Fantastic experience: I have used sackville for many years to fly to the Caribbean. I hope that this service continues to offer customers the option to pay down for flights as this really helps in the current state of the world. Also, the changing of a flight is an easy process. Fantastic experience: Had to leave a review after speaking to and booking with Justina at Sackville Travel. She was super friendly, extremely professional (checking a range of dates in order to advise me on the cheapest date to travel) and built a plan to support me paying off in 3 payments!!!! I cant believe it!!! Her professionalism was the difference between booking with Sackville and anyone else! Negative experience: Very poor service. Unprofessional and slow to communicate. Still waiting on refund for cancelled flight (almost a year now...). I would advise that people look elsewhere and do not risk booking with Sackville . Very quick to take your money but poor handling any issues ... They should not be allowed to operate until they resolve their poor after sales service

Negative experience: Very unprofessional staff. I Reserved a ticket with them,these people send all my booking information not just to me but also to my wife who had nothing to do do with my booking. When i called them about it instead of owning responsibility and apologise they said it was my fault because I didn't tell them not to send the email to my wife. Negative experience: I am so disappointed in the customer service. I wanted to support the local travel agents, but the staff are desperately in need of training. I went in to enquire about a package holiday for three months time as I have the week booked off from work. The staff member just shook her head and said she didn’t have anything. I was confused as it was reasonably far in advance, and in off peak season. She then clarified that it was very expensive. Again, I was confused as I hadn’t told her my budget, and I am well aware of the prices as I have been to the Caribbean multiple times within the past couple of years - including Christmas. Therefore, it was clear that she made an assumption about what I could afford. After I said I wanted to know prices. She said she didn’t deal with package holidays and had to wait 15 mins to speak with someone else. If she couldn’t book package holidays, then what was her purpose working in a travel agents?. To anyone reading this, please just go to caribee in Tooting. You’ll get a friendly advisor who book a holiday to suit your needs.

Fantastic experience: Very good service. Joan particularly was very helpful. Our flights to JA was cancelled twice. Once due to the lockdown and the other due to change in the destination airport i.e Montego v Kingston, both times the flights were moved to alternative dates without any fuss or confusion. The option was also available to have our money refunded. Prices are also very competitive, we got and excellent BA offer to Jamaica, which was too good to pass. Well done Sackville always my go to travel agency.

Positive experience: Good for when you don't have enough money to buy straight from the airline. For a sma deposit you can secure your seat and pay up until 2 months before the flight leaves (this may changes since I last used them sime years ago) obviously you will pay more than buying direct. Staff were friendly and offered advice about hotels if it was needed. Only drawback is that there was not much flights to some countries I was interested in visiting but, if you want the Caribbean then you're ok.
