Sackville Travel Services Ltd has been established since 1976 and is based in Brixton, South London. We sell flights worldwide (specialising in the Caribbean, Africa and USA).
Antigua boasts 365 beaches of pure white sand, one for each day of the year. Most of these rest on the side lapped by the calm Caribbean waters, and with such a selection available there is a beach for every taste. Barbados is a unique island that combines a beautiful landscape of beaches, coral reefs, tide pools and caves with the remnants of its colonial past. From the first settlement in 1627 to independence in 1966 Barbados was under British rule, and it is often referred to as the ‘Little England’ of the Caribbean. This wonderful combination of stunning landscape features, old colonial influence and the more flamboyant local culture mean that Barbados is perfect for both relaxation and exploration. To complete the experience of Barbados visit its capital, Bridgetown, to sample the local rum and experience the friendly nature and colourful dialect of the Bajan people.
Dominica is untouched, rugged and majestic, where you will greet nature in all its unspoilt natural beauty, and get a taste of the real Caribbean. Climbing the rocky emerald pools to reach the stunning twin Trafalgar Falls, taking on the 114 miles of the Waitukubuli National Trail through ancient Carib villages, across wooden river bridges into lush rainforest and past the secret slave passages. It’s little wonder that Dominica is known as the nature island.
Grenada is the perfect place to satisfy the senses, known as the Spice Island of the Caribbean and famed for its production of nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger and cloves. Fragrant trees and lush forest complement mountain lakes, while the capital of St George’s offers an attractive harbour from which you can enjoy stunning views. Grenada also boasts warm white sands met by clear waters, and from one of 40 glorious beaches you can relax in the sunshine to the sounds of tropical birds and steel bands. Take a moment to feel the gentle tropical breezes and plan a trip to one of Grenada’s Saturday markets. Grenada is at the southern end of the Windward Islands, and enjoys a pleasant year round average temperature of 30C (80F).
Guyana is located on the northern coast of South America. At almost the size of Great Britain one can find a tropical paradise called Guyana. When you look at a guyana map, you will see this tropical paradise borders Venezuela to the West, Suriname to the east, Brazil to the south southeast and the Atlantic Ocean to the north. Making the Guyana area one of rich cultural diversity. It is the only English speaking country in the whole of South America.
As part of our country’s geographical region ‘the Guiana’s’ can be found on the North by the Atlantic ocean. On the South by the Amazon river, and the West, by the Orinoco and Negro rivers. The Guiana’s can be divided among the eastern Venezuelan region of Guyana
Jamaica is the third largest island in the Caribbean. Jamaica being famous for its laid back pace of living is the ideal holiday location to relax and unwind. The rolling hills of Jamaica contrast with steep gullies and the towering Blue Mountains beg to be explored. Dunn’s River Falls is also breathtaking – both the view and the climb! The island’s strong musical culture is everywhere – Bob Marley’s legend and music really does live on here – do visit Nine Mile – his birthplace. Montego Bay is the best resort to be in if you like it lively with bars pumping out reggae onto the streets. Negril is more laid-back, spread out along a beautiful 7-mile stretch of golden beach. Ocho Rios is a world-class destination. Larger than Negril, its duty-free shopping is very popular and it’s well located to visit all the major attractions.
St Lucia is a beautiful Caribbean island which boasts beaches meeting both the Caribbean and the Atlantic for the perfect holiday. St Lucia has a host of rare wildlife and exotic trees including banana, papaya and mango. The history of St Lucia and its ownership is very interesting and you cannot fail to appreciate the influence that these different cultures have had upon this stunning island, even after a few days. St Lucia was first inhabited by peaceful Arawak Indians who were later conquered by their old enemies, the fierce Caribs, after which it was alternately French and British for the next 150 years, before being ceded to the British in 1814.
Trinidad is the culture capital of the Caribbean. This eclectic island is a fusion of ethnicities and cultures and one of the most exciting of all the Caribbean islands. Sway through the streets with the revellers of carnival, join the masquerade bands jumping up in their dazzling costumes and witness a steel band competition from the best seat in the house- right there in the heart of the action. Carnival in Trinidad is known as the biggest street party on earth, and is an unmissable blaze of colour, life and sheer joy.

Negative experience: I am very disgusted with the poor service I received today on the phone with Sackville Travel staff Nadine, who was extremely abrupt when I asked a question for my mother that she did not understand with regard to an I.94 travel document that is required after you have been approved by ESTA .This is another travel document required before you can book your flight to enter in to the United States. ESTA had already approved my mother but then my mother received an email this morning about the I.94 which I simply just asked Nadine about since I was now ready to book the flight for her. But instead of being helpful she became so rude when I said I thought you could help us or explain this for my mother. I had to end up hanging up due to her disrespectful manner. There is a saying in life ( It's not what you say it's how you say it). You Nadine need to be taught customer service because you are lacking in every way. I remember when Sackville Travel first opened in Stockwell /Brixton because I myself use to use them for a lot of my travels and back then they had nothing but great customer service. I have now come to understand this is a Travel/Departure Card that this is required with every waiver visa holder with ESTA approved document that the United States require when entering the country this was kindly explained to me by another Travel Agency ALHaram Travel who I ended up using to book my mother's flight because they went above and beyond to help me when I asked them the same question. They even went as far as to send me the link. Now that is what you call real customer service. This is my reason for giving a one star review. Customer Service is very important.

Negative experience: SEPTEMBER 2023 I BOOKED A TRIP TO DOMINICA FOR £1300..I LEFT ON THE 16TH OCTOBER 2023, TO RETURN OCTOBER 31ST 2024..I ASK THE AGENT HOW MUCH WILL IT COST ME TO CHANGE MY RETURN DATE WHILE AM AWAY,TO COME BACK BEFORE OCTOBER 2024...I WAS TOLD £200..LAST WEEK I CONTACT SACKVILLE TRAVEL TO DO JUST THAT..AND I WAS TOLD THAT MY TICKET IS VOID CAUSE I'VE MISSED MY RETURN FLIGHT..SO I CHECKED MY TICKET AND I REALISED IT SAID RETURN OCTOBER 31ST 2023..WHICH WOULD GIVE ME 12 DAYS IN DOMINICA..I MUST ADMIT I DID NOT NOTICE THAT ERROR WHEN I BOUGHT THE TICKET.OF COURSE THE AGENT WILL NEVER ADMIT SHE MADE A MISTAKE BY PUTTING 2023 INSTEAD 2024..SHE ALSO MADE AN ERROR ON THE RECEIPT STATING THAT I'M TRAVELLING VIA ANTIGUA WHEN INFACT I WAS TARAVELLING VIA BARBADOS .THEY WERE SO COLD SAYING, "YOU HAVE TO BUY A RETURN TICKET". Positive experience: Booked my holiday to Jamaica with Sackville Travel as I was recommended by my uncle to go with them. Got my holiday for a decent price, and also insurance for a good deal. Was looked after and my flights were booked with ease (!) Great customer service by most of the team. Another great thing I believe the company is black owned.

Negative experience: If I could give 0 star I would, the worst customer service in the world. I should have just done everything online. The staff have a nasty attitude towards customers they are just sitting down being lazy and talking to each other.
Negative experience: Emailed them 15 days ago for a quote for a flight and they couldn't even be bothered to respond so they apparently don't need my business. They also need to get their website updated because it's useless trying to check dates for flights. I'm really disappointed with Sackille because I've booked with them before and had no issues though it was some time ago. It seems that their once quality customer service has become rather hit and miss now.

I hope that this service continues to offer customers the option to pay down for flights as this really helps in the current state of the world. Also, the changing of a flight is an easy process. She was super friendly, extremely professional (checking a range of dates in order to advise me on the cheapest date to travel) and built a plan to support me paying off in 3 payments!!!! Negative experience: Very unprofessional staff. I Reserved a ticket with them,these people send all my booking information not just to me but also to my wife who had nothing to do do with my booking. When i called them about it instead of owning responsibility and apologise they said it was my fault because I didn't tell them not to send the email to my wife. Negative experience: They need to improve their customer service. I made several enquiries last week, and the man, on the phone, was snappy, not friendly at all We deserve better customer service even if the plane ticket was cheaper, I felt I could not book with them.
Negative experience: I am so disappointed in the customer service. I wanted to support the local travel agents, but the staff are desperately in need of training. I went in to enquire about a package holiday for three months time as I have the week booked off from work. The staff member just shook her head and said she didn’t have anything. I was confused as it was reasonably far in advance, and in off peak season. She then clarified that it was very expensive. Again, I was confused as I hadn’t told her my budget, and I am well aware of the prices as I have been to the Caribbean multiple times within the past couple of years - including Christmas. Therefore, it was clear that she made an assumption about what I could afford. After I said I wanted to know prices. She said she didn’t deal with package holidays and had to wait 15 mins to speak with someone else. If she couldn’t book package holidays, then what was her purpose working in a travel agents?. To anyone reading this, please just go to caribee in Tooting. You’ll get a friendly advisor who book a holiday to suit your needs.
Negative experience: Reaching out to them by the telephone was crazy imagine this right so I put my holiday they said that okay I put in my details my email all now from free four weeks ago unam still waiting for email to book my ticket to put deposit down or now so I didn't say anything I just went to a different travel agency and just book a ticket to go to Jamaica because they should listen to me clearly on the phone when I'm telling them my details and my email address and all now till now I haven't received no email so that's their fault

Fantastic experience: Very good service. Joan particularly was very helpful. Our flights to JA was cancelled twice. Once due to the lockdown and the other due to change in the destination airport i.e Montego v Kingston, both times the flights were moved to alternative dates without any fuss or confusion. The option was also available to have our money refunded. Prices are also very competitive, we got and excellent BA offer to Jamaica, which was too good to pass. Well done Sackville always my go to travel agency.

Positive experience: Good for when you don't have enough money to buy straight from the airline. For a sma deposit you can secure your seat and pay up until 2 months before the flight leaves (this may changes since I last used them sime years ago) obviously you will pay more than buying direct. Staff were friendly and offered advice about hotels if it was needed. Only drawback is that there was not much flights to some countries I was interested in visiting but, if you want the Caribbean then you're ok.
