Negative experience: My visa application with them turns to be a total disaster. they made three mistakes in my application and things went crazy... Not professional (at least in visa service) and I don't recommend at all.

Nevertheless please be advised that embassy appointments are provided directly by the relevant embassy and we don’t have any say in their availability. I’m sure our colleagues have recommended the vip service as usually there is more availability on this service. Furthermore the cost of the visa appointment is charged directly by the embassy and so it is of no difference to us if a passenger applies for the normal service or vip. Fantastic experience: Booked for a flight by Turkish Airlines. Once I was notified that the airliner has changed the departure times, I requested that my flight with Turkish Airlines to be cancelled and instead book me on Qatar Airways. Fantastic experience: “Farid saved the day”. My wife holds an Iranian passport and she made plans to travel back home for a month. We bought the ticket online but the day before the flight we couldn’t check in because my wife didn’t have a German transit visa. After confirming what was happening, I contacted Shiraz Travel and spoke to Farid. The suitcases were in front of us getting packed and all the presents were bought and wrapped and it is now 4:55pm. Farid stayed back after work and found us Turkish airline tickets and issued them just in time so that my wife could travel as planned the following day to Tehran. Negative experience: Shiraz travel I always book with you guys but I am completely disappointed. I have spoken to a male advisor today and he was SO RUDE ! SO RUDE! I called in the afternoon and I was completely shocked and this isn’t the first time he has been rude therefore I have had enough. I have been so upset and I hope he honestly hope sorts his attitude out as he is making a bad name for Shiraz travel seeing as his manner is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Negative experience: Overpriced! 0 customer service! £350 for a £160 ticket for Turkish airline from Birmingham to Istanbul. Scamming an elderly person 72 years of age. Me as a family member tried to seek service from Shiraz travel the person was rude and told me to go to the airport desk, but he could have done it him self. Not recommended at all. Avoid this agency as you better of to buy tickets online yourself.

Due to data protection of our customers if you are not named on a reservation we will not take instructions from you unless we have been authorised by the customer in writing. That is why you were asked to tell the customer to contact us or the airline directly. Furthermore I have listened to your conversation during which no price was quoted as you were not the actual passenger.

Positive experience: All the flight agencies are more expensive than online now days, it only benefits the ones who don’t know how to work with internet!! Base on politeness I would give 5 out of 5 however I didn’t get ticket from them so I gave 3 stars. Polite and Friendly staff ! But more expensive than online!

I asked for certain flights which I knew came with a extra cost for the change and they suggested (unprompted) slightly different ones which would save a bit of money. No hesitation in recommending.

Negative experience: The worst travel agency ever. Doesn't matter how many hours you try to contact them or how many emails sent to them. You don't get any answer. For few days I'm trying to call them and it's just ringing and no one answer . This is outrageous
