Negative experience: Allhumdulliah myself and my family completed Hajj, but we were completely abandoned by the group during since we arrived in Makkah, whilst we did Hajj and when we went to Madinah, the group leaders the father and son were horrible people and I am appalled at how they behave especially as the duty they have been given by the people and most importantly to Allah to look after the Hajis. The group is run by a family, the leaders being the father and son, the sister and brother and brother in law all take part in looking after the group. My sister got ill during the Hajj and we were abandoned, even fed lies that we would be sent help and we waited for this and it never came. It got to the point that I feared speaking out of turn as they felt like corrupt people. I don’t want to speak too much negativity due to not discouraging future Hajis, but I would advise to not use this group. I don’t pray for the downfall of these people or the group, but I pray that they learn to do their job properly and have some humanity to do it properly or to stop running the group.

Negative experience: Poor customer service by Noori Travels. I booked my Hajj 2020 with them and due to Covid 19 it was cancelled. It is almost the end of the year and I am still waiting for a full refund. I keep getting told Saudi Arabia hospitality industry and organisers of hajj are 'still closed' hence why I cannot get a refund despite all others I know who booked hajj have got their money back! Noori Travels are quick to take your money but slow at paying back where it is due.

Positive experience: The following review supports my Hajj experience for the year 2019: Pros • Hotels in Makkah and Madina are NEAR to the harams - can easily walk •Food served in the hotel is of good quality •Whatsapp group chat is helpful when planning the Hajj trip •Laundry service is provided •Madina ziyarat was included in the package •Complimentary coach service to Mina •Hajj seminar given in Makkah was very helpful Cons •No Mufti or Muallim which is a MAJOR drawback - caused major confusions amongst the group members •Staff are quite arrogant and rude at times - because they don't like answering repeated questions, although the customer has clearly payed for their service •Highly unorganised during Mina, Arafat and Muzdalifah period regarding keeping the group oriented •Group members without a sim basically can't contact the team leaders because they don't have wifi, and therefore this means that no team leader knows whether one group member is lost or not •No reliability regarding timings - coaches & prayer times •The hotel in Makkah which was provided was highly disgusting as it breached health and safety due to poor washing facilities and an elevator which could only fit 2 people at a time

I can not thank you enough all. I opened Noori travels website last weekend as I was looking for Umrah visa only and was approached by Shoaib through pop up chat on their website. He dealt with my request straight away and response from him through phone call and emails was just brilliant. I have got my visa today in 4 days, thanks a lot again Shoaib brother and to the Noori travels. Keep looking after your customers, I will definitely recommend you to every one I know and will definitely be contacting you for my Hajj as well in near future In sha Allah.

Fantastic experience: Myself and my husband travelled with Noori Travel for hajj 2017. Alhumdulilah had a great experience - I would recommend Noori 100% to anyone thinking of visiting the holy lands. - Positives There are countless positive factors that Noori should be commended for. From the pre hajj stages all the way until arrival back in the UK - overall excellent service - have already recommended Noori to all family & friends without a question of a doubt - personal touches were magnificent for example names on hotel room doors - Noori management’s contributions of religious advice, naats and group talbiyah made the whole experience electrifying - additional aspects over and above duty were much appreciated- for example the small groups who were escorted to touch the Kaaba walls - life long memories to cherish Alhumdulilah - Possible aspects to improve : - More staff in Mina especially a women's representative with Islamic knowledge of stages of hajj - Extra travel costs during hajj should be in the initial cost of package - Standardised baggage allowances for all main flights in the welcome pack so that these unnecessary questions are not raised by people - there should be two separate groups walking to Stoning (I) fast paced group (2) slow paced wheelchairs /older hujjaj - ladies ihram - would be better if it was a full length abaya rather than the white head piece in goody bags -Hajj Seminars - proper lighting needed so that viewers see speakers face properly & would be good if it's done in PowerPoint slides which are later emailed to hujjaj. -WhatsApp - not everyone has got whatsapp so use phones in the rooms to tell about buses for such people -Food hall in Madina was too congested 2 or 3 groups were there and food quality was not too great -Rooms keys - every hujjaj should have his / her own room key. -Arafat / Muzlfah evening - plz provide proper food. -Food in Makkah - lighter breakfast should be offered , parathas/ naans were not warm enough. Overall the above were minor ways to improve. We’ve had an amazing experience and will be travelling with Noori again In Shaa Allah

By the grace of Almighty Allah, Aaqa (PBUH) kay karam say aur Maula Ali RadhiAllahu'anhu ki nawazish say, me and my wife both were blessed with hajj journey 2018. Noori team was our waseela and I just can't thank them enough. Shukar Alhamdulillah, every single step of the blessed journey was perfect. We both are doctors in nhs (we deal with public day in day out) and I can say with my hand on heart that the support, guidance and interaction we had from noori team was exemplary. I can't fault them a bit. I have witnessed medical staff go above and beyond the call of duty (over 23 years in medical life), noori team did same looking after hujjaj karaam. I have requested my immidiate family members (brother here in Uk and in Pakistan, both of them are doctors) to go with noori travel for their blessed journeys and In Sha Allah, I would personally request their help in future as well. Negative experience: Asslamalkum brothers and sisters all i want to say is if you value your haji pls i beg you not ever to book with noori as i have had the worst experience , father and the son are the most rude,impolite people i have ever come across they were there to make our haji easy when anyone had any problem they were never there never supportive and always verbally abusive in front of the whole group and made fun of us. Besides all this they have no muallim so there was no correct guidance. May Allah accept my haji No THANKS TO NOORI

Fantastic experience: Asalam Alakum, this was my first experience going for Hajj. We initially looked at other Hajj and Umrah Travel Agencies and their packages but Noori Travel and Tours had the perfect package that suited all our needs. We booked the three weeks Deluxe package, which was for two weeks in Macca and a week in Madina. This was a non-shifting package meaning that we did not have to take all our belongings from the hotel when we travelled to Mina, Arafat and Muzdalifah. Hajj Visa, Hajj Draft, Kurbani, Accommodation close to Haram in Macca and Madina, Full board ( Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner), Laundry and Air Conditioned coaches. Once the Visa had been approved, Noori contacted us to come and collect the passports and the extra things they were providing for our Hajj journey eg Ehraam for men and women, Ehraam belt for men, a crossover bag, backpacks, Thawaaf thasbee and digital communication devices. The hotels in Macca and Madina were not even 5 minutes away from the Haram. Macca hotel was a 2*, basic sharing room and a small bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin. However the staff were brilliant and we felt like they were part of our family by the time we left Macca. The hotel in Madina was a 4*, a big sharing room and a big bathroom with a tub/shower, toilet, Pakistani toilet and a basin. We were very happy with both hotels and a good service provided. The food provided was exceptional and of a wide variety all three times. The laundry service was brilliant and available daily. The tents in Mina were very comfortable and everything provided. The experience In Arafat and Muzdalifa was breathtaking. Ziiyarath was a pleasant surprise in Madina because it wasn’t part of the package. If I could improve anything it would be the WIFI in the hotels because connection was very weak and only available in the reception area but not the fault of the Noori team. I would have liked more input towards lectures and Islamic talk. I would have liked to have had the chance to be taken to Jabalay Rahmath. All in all an amazing experience provided by Noori Travel and Tours. I cannot say an enough Thank You to Awais, Ammarah, Kamran, Amir, Zia uncle, Zakir Bhai and The Cooks. They have become part of our extended family. In Shaa Allah I pray to Allah SWT to bless the Noori team with success in this world and the Hereafter. Ameen Sum Ameen

Fantastic experience: At first we didn't know about Noori Travel we were told by another Travel Company so we were not sure what we will get for the Package we bought, we just wanted to make sure that we were close to Haram in both cities and package was full board as we knew there will be long queues near haram food areas. Noori travel took care of everything so we could easily concentrate on our spiritual journey and spend time in prayers easily. The provided printed material and travel package was well thought and helped us during the whole journey specially the Arafat day duaas and what to do during that day. Also the Software used in mobiles had our tickets, travel documents and other printer material so we didn't have to carry any printouts. Both hotels in Makkah and Madinah were just few minutes from the Harams and easily accessible so even after every prayer we could come back to hotel and relax. Hotel in Makkah was 2* but we already knew it and only needed it to shut eye for a while between prayers. Buffet in both hotels were amazing and it was organized by Noori not the hotel, we were astonished with the variety provided, also after Hajj days they arranged to feed us the Qurbani meat in buffet which was a good gesture usually haajis do not get to eat Qurbani meat. In Madinah we got to see other groups came from the UK and how their agents arranged their meals and transport we were happy that we chose Noori as our process was much easier and quality of product was much higher than expected. The Ziyaraat was not part of the package but they took us to all major ziyaraat anyways with no extra charge. Noori's Staff who travelled with us and the other whom we met in Saudi were all very polite and well behaved, they made sure all our needs were taken care off. So if we get the chance to go again we'll surely choose Noori InshaAllah.

Although Madina Ziyaraat wasn't part of the package but they still took us to all the special historical locations in Madina. We would definitely choose them next time, inshaAllah
