Fantastic experience: Brilliant kind helpful a good listener excellent service thank you

Fantastic experience: I phoned Flight Centre for the first time in 15 years, as i couldn't dind a flight to meet my needs. Spoke to an agent called Jhoanna. She found me a flight and booked it within 20 mins (last seat to Cape Town on any domestic flight) when the Internet was failing. She was quick, full of helpful advice and really diligent. I'd definitely recommend Flight Centre and, in particular, Jhoanna following this recent experience.

Negative experience: It really depends on which branch you go to, but the best ones are closed down now, and the few left aren't as hospitable!
