Fantastic experience: We went into the TUI branch in Beverley to book our holiday to Nerja in Spain. Everyone in the branch said good morning when we entered and we sat down at the nearest desk where Jon helped us with our booking, he understood what we wanted and being old fashioned we asked for a printed copy of our booking details which Jon gave us before we left, and we can pick up our boarding tickets from the branch a few weeks before we are due to leave.

Fantastic experience: Amazing help thank you nicki for everything had some issues with our seating and couldn't have been more helpful in getting it all worked out and even getting arw boarding passes all printed and done too making it all the more easy for us Thank you so much

Lisa was very kind and helpful when booking my first cruise answering all my questions and giving me lots of information about the Tropical Shores Exotic island/Marella Discovery cruise putting my mind at rest and giving me lots of useful tips and information. Fantastic experience: Went into the store last week to book a cruise. There were a couple of things we couldn't confirm on line so decided to go in store and ask if they could find out for us. Spent time Kayleigh who listened to our issue and took matters in hand. She was so helpful in securing our cruise, rang us back and held it until we returned to the store later the same day to book it. All the staff were so helpful. Price in store was matched to that on line. So in future if booking a TUI or marella holiday we'll use the Beverley store. Thanks

Fantastic experience: We met Hayley at the store as we were after a tailor made holiday for our honeymoon. She listened very carefully to what we knew we wanted and gave some great advice for what we were unsure of. She got the measure of us straight away. She delivered a great itinerary that perfectly fit everything we had talked about and turned it round very quickly and at exceptional value. She was very helpful in assisting us with quotes for trips and things to do, as well as insurance and all that. Incredible service, would definitely reccomend and would never consider booking a holiday another way!

Fantastic experience: In the Beverley shop on Wednesday 23rd Aug with Haley who did an amazing job finding us a fantastic week away for a wonderful price. Haley went above and beyond to give us just what we wanted from our list of "wants" taking time to explain what was required at each and every stage. Fantastic experience: Sorry we’re a bit late doing this Kayleigh aha, but we’re finally here to give you a good review. We’ve booked with Kayleigh twice now (hope i’m spelling it right) and both times she found us the best holiday, which have given us some of the best memories to remember. Lisa was fantastic and took us through all the things we needed to know in order to get the best deal for us. The Beverley store and staff are always first class at doing their job and nothing is too much trouble. As a passenger who needs assistance they always go the extra mile to ensure what we get is right for us. First class service which is why we always use this store.

Fantastic experience: Booked a holiday with Jess pre covid which unfortunately got cancelled, however Jess was amazing in getting us re booked to cyprus and we ended up having one of the best family holidays ever. Jess is extremely knowledgeable about all destinations and the best thing for me is she does what she says she is going to do, which means alot. Positive experience: Nice agency but wrong destination suggestion since id already been in Greece 3 times and had to face a 40 minutes drive through windings roads to get to a hotel which not even a telly. It was provided 2 days later after we complained to management. And only a French channel which was ok since my husband and I are fluent on it. Kefalonia NOT ever again. But still adoring other parts of the country. Poros, Hydra, Aegina, Mikonos and Kos.
