Fantastic experience: Went in and had amazing service from Sarah, she was so helpful and knowledgeable and and I could not fault her in any way. She found the holiday that we wanted and explained everything so clearly and made the whole experience amazing from the moment that we sat down with her and during actually booking and also took care of my insurance fore as well which saved me the worry of having to do it myself online. I could not recommend Sarah enough and if you do go to book a holiday in Cwmbran TUI and get a chance to see Sarah then I definitely would, and I will always make sure that I go in when she is working to book with her in the future. Fantastic experience: I called into Tui Cwmbran last Sunday with a view to book a cruise. As I was booking for myself and a friend who doesn't live near me I had to make sure all the details were correct. I needn't have worried , I was helped by Lucy, she located my friend's P & O details andshe managed to book the cabin we wanted. The booking was dealt with smoothly. All sorted within less than 30 minutes. Lucy gave me the information I needed to confirm the coach transfers and everything was sorted . I'll certainly go back to book my next cruise.

Fantastic experience: Called into Cwmbran TUI today due to having to alter my holiday booking as building works were taking place at the original hotel I had booked. We were met by a lovely young lady, Manda B, who dealt with my disappointment in an empathetic and professional manner. I had an idea of a replacement hotel when we arrived however she worked tirelessly to ensure that all my original requirements and hotel features were met. She managed to save us a considerable amount of money compared to the original booking and was able to then book excursions I had originally wished to do. She spent almost 2 hours working to ensure I had the holiday I wished for and I cannot thank her enough for her professionalism. Thank you very much Manda B :)

Planning a trip for a large group can be overwhelming, but Jessica made the process feel easy and stress-free. She never made me feel rushed or pressured, even when I asked her to search multiple options or revisit the same topic more than once. What really stood out was her, professionalism, knowledge, and sound advice. As a result, I was able to secure a stay at a great hotel with fantastic amenities and a great location, all within my budget. Fantastic experience: Popped in to the Cwmbran store for some Euros and ws greated by the lovely staff, some in their pyjamas raising money for charity. I was served by the lovely Sonia who has been there forever it seems and was training new staff member Brooke. Both were engaging and friendly and Brooke was a wiz on the computer, and sorted my currency in no time at all. ...a great rate too.. I can't recommend the Cwmbran store enough for your holiday. Or currency needs or even just a chat.

We have been booking holidays with TUI Cwmbran for many years, and mostly thanks to Liz she is always incredibly knowledgeable about various destinations and packages, and what type of holiday we like. This makes the decision making smooth. Her expertise is evident as she guides us through all the options available to suit our holiday requirements. Fantastic experience: Tui Cwmbran store is amazing, I wouldn't book my holidays anywhere else. We have booked 6 holidays in the past 2 years there . We usually book with Sam, and its always a pleasure to chat with him about new destinations. He's always upbeat and friendly and greets everyone with a smile. Nothing is too much trouble. I would also like to mention Andrew who was really helpful and thorough in dealing with a slight hiccup we experienced. He sorted things out quickly and without any problems.
