The team at our Neath store are brilliant with lots of knowledge and most of all ... Friendliness with banter .... thank you for all your patience and understanding.

Fantastic experience: Amazing as always and far better than the Swansea TUI we had been to a couple of hours before who we had told our budget to and they said they couldn’t find any holidays. Should have gone to the local one in neath first. Girls are always very helpful and actually find you holidays to suite your needs and budgets. Third time I’ve booked through the Neath shop and will return to them in future as much better than other travel agents!

Fantastic experience: Booked an amazing holiday yesterday, thanks to the help of Andrea and all the brilliant staff at TUI Neath. Andrea showed us destinations and hotels before narrowing down our options and finding us the perfect hotel. Could not fault the service and the friendly atmosphere at TUI Neath. We were even given complimentary tea and coffee while we searched for our holiday.

Which I was worried would not be the case as quite late booking. The store was continuously busy throughout, but all staff remained courteous and unflappable.

Whilst in the Neath branch she was able to shortlist my hoilday requirements and compare with quotes I had received from different companies.
