Negative experience: Will not go there again,the room was cold especially in the nights, when we booked our break we specified we needed a walkin shower as the wife was in a wheelchair,but we had a step up base shower, no handrails at all. At the entrance of the hotel there were steps so we had to ask in reception to get a mobile ramp so we could enter and leave, but they were usually very busy so we ended up doing it ourselves. All inall a pretty miserable Turkey and Tinsel break. Won't do that again.

Fantastic experience: A fabulous five day coach holiday to Bruges, Ostend, Ypes & Ghent. Hotel Ibis was a central location when staying in Bruges. The couch park was approximately 10/15 mins walk just outside the city for any day trips.

Fantastic experience: Been to Scotland with Edwards,.. trip was called "castle's, trains & boat.".... it was a new style holidy & overall was fab...(7days, 6nights.)...the driver, Cliff was superb...10/10.

Fantastic experience: Just got back from disneyland paris. Drivers were great, both really helpful and sociable. Drivers were available if we needed anything once checked in, which was great. Will not hesitate to book again. With edwards coaches. Ideal having somewhere you can leave the car when at the depot.

Fantastic experience: Great experience travelling through France, Germany and the italian dolomites. The food was ok, we could have had more choice, ( No Veg at all, too much pork) But otherwise fantastic holiday.

Fantastic experience: Great 2 night stay at the Hilton Metropole in Edgware Road, London. Very large clean rooms, with excellent breakfast each morning. Couldn't be closer to buses and tube links. Ideal. Great driver as well, Wyn, who also acted as tour guide pointing out various places of interest on the way up and back. Comfortable coach with air conditioning too which was needed on the Sunday as it hit 30 degrees in London.

Positive experience: First class coach travel, great driver, (Damian) Show we went to was Andre Rieu at NEC. Didn't like the stop at Bull Ring the next day. Have contacted Edwards and suggested a revision of the Sunday timetable

Negative experience: A lovely hotel enjoyed the trip. But the journey home was a disaster. Went via Hollyhead and then an 8 hour bus trip to Swansea. Was told the Roslaire crossing was cancelled and it was wrong. The ferry from Roslaire run to time. Would not use Edwards again.
