After finding an advert on the internet for a pre-owned timeshare available for purchase, I contacted Mark at confused about timeshare indicating that I was interested. Mark has been incredibly helpful throughout the whole transaction, initially helping me to negotiate the price with the vendor. He has kept me fully informed throughout the whole process and kept me updated and informed with the slow wheels of Marriotts transfer department. I feel he acted fairly for me as the purchaser, as well as representing the seller. Fantastic experience: We were owners at the Marriott Marbella Beach Resort since it’s inception in 1997 and visited there each year thereafter. Initially we purchased two weeks, but when our children grew up we sold one week back to Marriott, which was a fairly simple process. Now we are at an age when we do not wish to travel overseas we approached Marriott about selling back the Gold Week they still had. However they were very unhelpful and were not prepared to take back our week at any price. They directed us to agents in the open market and provided a few contacts. After reviewing these and making some initial contacts we selected Confused About Timeshare. They gave us an indication of the price to expect after taking account of administration costs which was disappointing and only a fraction of what we had initially paid 27 years ago. However they appeared to be straightforward operators and decided to go with them. The principal contact I had during the process was with Andrew Carter who I found a good , reliable communicator; responding consistently well to my enquiries during the process. A price, net of admin. costs, was agreed and they then took over all aspects of the transfer formalities with Marriott, which appeared to be fairly complex. A couple of unforeseen delays arose, but after about sixteen weeks from when we started final settlement of the sum agreed at the outset was received in our bank account. I was impressed at the patience, integrity and reliability of Andrew’s input throughout the process. In a market place where I suspect there are some unscrupulous operators I would certainly recommend Confused About Timeshare as reliable brokers to deal through.

We bought a timeshare in Madeira in 2018 from Confused, it was a clear and easy process and all without stress and Mark was great to deal with - especially a barrage of questions from us.. A recent change in circumstances meant we did not need it anymore and we asked Confused to sell it, which he did, in a very short timescale. Again a friendly and transparent process. I really cannot recommend Confused - and Mark - highly enough, great service, trustworthy and friendly. Would highly recommend for anyone buying or selling. 5*
