Fantastic experience: An excellent experience from the moment I walked into Premier Travel, St Ives. For the third year in a row. Travelling alone for the first time at the age of 60, I was put at ease and given all the help I needed. Once I had been given various suggestions as to where to travel to, the booking process was straightforward and price matched online packages. From there on I was contacted keeping me updated with travel plans and tickets and the holiday was everything I hoped it would be. A great experience, all started with Premier Travel, St Ives. Fantastic experience: We have used this travel agent many times. We have just walked in and within a short time have a holiday sorted. The staff have always been helpful and do a lot of research into the area we wish to go to. Croatia was excellent and would visit again. Information given by this travel office about Croatia and the hotel was spot on. Jet 2 were also excellent.

Fantastic experience: Lovely place to stay, the all inclusive was excellent however we found the hotel too large for us as we prefer smaller places to stay but that is just our preference.

Fantastic experience: We used Premier Travel to arrange a special holiday for our 40th wedding anniversary. Kelly and the Premier staff were absolutely fantastic, they couldn't do enough to help us and to make the holiday one that we will remember for many years. Premier liaised with the hotel to arrange for some special extras and the hotel made a cake and left a fruit basket and bottle of wine in the room. All of the staff at the hotel were delightful and all the arrangements that Premier made for us went very smoothly. We will definitely be using Premier again for our travel arrangements.

Fantastic experience: Our stay in Palma was exactly what we hoped it would be, thanks to the recommendation from the Travel Consultant. We were looking for rest and relaxation in a city break somewhere warmer than England in November and not too far to fly. Lots to see and do, most very much within walking distance of our hotel. And not forgetting the cuisine.

If you want the hassle taken out of booking flights, hotels and transfers Premier Travel is an excellent starting point. We were very pleased with our latest trip to Madeira.

Fantastic experience: Excellent trip to Inverness all arrange by Premier Travel in St. Ives. A delay due to bad weather flying out but otherwise all was well. The hotel in Carrbridge was very good with excellent food and entertainment. The guide and coach driver both added to the enjoyment of the holiday.

I know we could have probably booked some of this ourselves but from our original booking there were flight changes and locations etc so very glad to be able to a have a professional organisation looking after us. The times we went into the agency everyone was very friendly and helpful, always keeping us to speed with what was happening about the holiday. Madeira was very beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We have used Premier travel for several years and have always had the greatest confidence in that they will look after us.

Fantastic experience: We had a fantastic holiday at the Aldemar Knossos Royal resort. Beautiful hotel on the beach with five excellent restaurants three of which were Italian, Greek, 1 gourmet and the beach restaurant al la carte ( don't have a big breakfast if you book the beach restaurant because portions are big). The service is 5 star and the staff are excellent.

We have just returned from an amazing 18 day holiday taking in Miami, Key West, Key Largo and cruise around the Caribbean. The hotels selected by Samantha Cox were excellent and all well located the resorts to give us a thoroughly special and memorable holiday. Fantastic experience: Recently returned from Azul Beach in Mexico. Booked through ST IVes office, great service and advice which we are pleased we took. Hotel very comfortable, staff lovely, swimming pools excellent. Our grandchildren loved it. One slightly strange thing in my opinion was although there are six restaurants, they closed in rotation , meaning that some nights there were 90 min waits for Tables at the 3 that remained open. Food quality was very good.

Fantastic experience: Having not been on a proper holiday since December 2019, we asked Premier Travel to look for some cost effective cruises to get us back in the holiday mood. Felicity undertook research for us and offered options for early July, the time we wanted to travel. We eventually opted for a two week P & O cruise and were really pleased with our choice. The booking process was straightforward and they also checked us in and printed the necessary documents which was a bonus. Very helpful and lovely people, and we will look to use again shortly.

Fantastic experience: Home 3 days ago from wonderful 5 night break in Quebec City, Canada. Our Premier Travel agent Sian was incredibly efficient and even sent my daughter a birthday card (holiday was a birthday treat). We asked for most inexpensive trip to Quebec possible and were amazed by the superb hotel in a location within an easy walk of the old town and river. On arrival we discovered our room had been upgraded to a magnificent view of the old town and St Lawrence. We'll treasure the memories.

The internet cannot provide the insight, support and personal service of a travel agent and Premier Travel are simply the best. Fantastic experience: Can’t recommend The Phoenicia Malta enough. From start to finish the whole holiday experience was amazing. Inc staff at Premier Travel, Jet2 and the hotel.

Fantastic experience: Despite being seasoned travellers, we will go back to Tara at the St Ives branch, who listened to what I was looking for, provided top tips and advice, and did not try to upsell us. The result was the best family holiday ever for us, to Kefalonia - wild, natural, free and honest, with amazing loggerheads in Argostolli harbour (which was another tip from Tara). We have recommended this branch to all our friends.
