Fantastic experience: We took our Granddaughters to Lapland (Rovaniemi Finland) for a 3 night stay. TUI were superb from start to finish, and the holiday reps at the Winter Wonderland Lodge were great, nothing was too much trouble, and they made it very magical for the children that were there. They put on a Christmas show on the last night, which was great for the kids. The Northern Lights even paid us a visit! Many memories were made over those few days, and we got to see the real Santa! Fantastic experience: I recently went in to TUI in shrewsbury for some advice on a cheap holiday. The person who helped me was Menna. She was so polite and said everything with a smile, she answered every question I asked and even helped with the whole holiday, not just booking the flights and hotel but also helped me with ideas for fun activities and places to visit while I was there! I honestly could jot have booked it all as well planned out as I did without her! It's probably needless to say but thank you for all of your help with the process and I hope that others are just as lucky to meet you when they walk through that door!

Fantastic experience: My partner and I visited our local Shrewsbury TUI store to book a holiday to Madrid for a concert we are attending in 2025, we were greeted at the door by Menna, she was bubbly, friendly and couldn’t have done more for us. We had a few hotels online which she matched for us and even found local touristy spots around for us. Meanwhile while we were there we also booked a second holiday, again Menna found us the best deal for the hotel we had found online. I couldn’t recommend TUI and especially Menna enough, I will definitely be booking again.

My husband and I recently returned from an amazing 2 weeks in Turkey(TUI Magic life Jacaranda).Prior to going we were having trouble trying to check-in online (Sun Express)flight. After several attempts and a couple of phone calls Katelyn managed to sort it for us which put our minds at ease for our holiday the next day. We returned home on15/10/23. We were so impressed with Katelyn that we returned to TUI Shrewsbury on 28/10/23 and she booked our Asia cruise for March 2025. She is extremely helpful, friendly, patient, knowledgeable and explained everything we needed to know about visas, travel insurance, currency etc. Nothing is too much trouble and we always get offered a drink upon arrival. We have booked many holidays over the years with TUI and the Shrewsbury store has such a great atmosphere and warmth from the minute you walk in. All the team are lovely and professional and would highly recommend.
