Meticulous planning combined with positive suggestions to supplement our own ideas, the team at Peakes really did help us create unforgettable memories. Multiple destinations and a travel plan that included flights, transfers, train journeys and a section of self- drive for good measure. Hand- picked hotels in the right locations and the whole thing with an agreed budget in mind. The local reps that Claire set us up with looked after us, organising some brilliant days out and they even checked us in at the airport for our return journey. It felt like nothing was too much trouble for Claire and her team and I have already booked our next trip with them. I always booked my own trips over the internet but never again!

Positive experience: Good local family run travel agent in the centre of Shrewsbury which gives excellent service. Wherever you want to travel doesn't matter how remote they will be able to help. They put together some great trips, a lot advertised in the shop window. They are experts at travel and have won many awards.

Fantastic experience: We approached Peakes to sort out a family holiday in Kenya to include a safari break and a coastal break. They did not disappoint. I usually arrange all our holidays on the internet but I know no matter how manner days/weeks I'd spent online I would not have achieved the same level of 5 star service we received on our trip. There was somebody to meet us at every step whether it be at the several dirt air strips we went to or a 5 star hotel. We did not have to query anything. I would not hesitate in recommending their services to friends and family.
