Negative experience: Just popped in to query exchange rate young girls hopeless refused to make transaction on board and when recalculated argued that she didn’t do it yesterday and really quite rude when I was trying to help

Fantastic experience: Popped in to see Amy during the week and she gave us some great holiday ideas. We went away with the brochures and researched the destinations. Today we went back to see Amy and booked our holiday .. Massive thank you AMY you are a super star. ⭐️ We would be still faffing about if it wasn’t for you !! Thank you so much !!

Positive experience: The Staff memeber i met seemed uninterested and almost bored. I know very understaffed and they'd been shipped in from another branch. Didn't feel supported in my holiday decision so went elsewhere. Shame as heard good reviews about company but this branch let's them down. UPDATE - I've had a lovely conversation with the assistant manager who was very appolagetic and reassured me this is not the standard of service she would expect any customer to experience. She is going to investigate the matter. I appreciated the contact and hope this was an isolated issue. I may consider trying again when booking next years holiday. I have upgraded my stars from 3 to 4 as felt they were genuinely concerned about my experience

Negative experience: Just seen an advert for this travel agent. Don't bother. Waited for 20 minutes to speak to an agent. To busy chatting with her mate So we walked out and went to peaks travel. Fantastic staff. Booked holiday amd paid 5000 grand out for a brilliant holiday.. Shame your agent lost you all that sale. Maybe little customer training may ne needed. I
