Fantastic experience: It was an absolutely beautiful trip. It was ran so smoothly and every bit of the trip felt enjoyable. There was amazing company and we all learnt a lot from eachother. The days were well planned and the tour guides explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Lots of questions were asked and easily answered. Fantastic experience: It was the first time I’ve travelled with Ziyara and the first time I’ve written a review! Our group leader Saj made sure to check in with me regularly to see if I had any concerns/issues and he made sure to attend to them asap if possible I was made aware that this is just what he does for the travellers on his groups. Our travelling Sheikh, Abdul Aziz, gave us insights into the various sites we visited which brought the experience to life , helping us to connect in a way more than just historical facts can. Fantastic experience: We travelled to Palestine, but our return flight from Tel Aviv to London Luton was unexpectedly cancelled by Wizz Air, leaving thousands stranded at the airport. Thankfully, Ziyarah Tours stepped in and handled everything for us with remarkable care and professionalism. They arranged border control and taxes for us to cross into Jordan, organised visits to historic sites, and even set up our stay in Jordan and secured new flights back home. Fantastic experience: I don’t even know where to start! Ziyara Tours went above and beyond for the trip organisation and ensured it was as smooth sailing as possible. Being a solo female traveller I was quite anxious but I felt as though I was welcomed into a big family during the trip. The tour guides Khalid and Medhat had so much detailed knowledge and Imam Nizaal enlightened us with his words of wisdom. Brother Kamil remained calm at all times and kept on top of everything especially our safety, making this a truly rich and rewarding experience. I’d urge everyone to go and visit Masjid Al-Aqsa in big groups. Such a blessed land with so much barakah, you will regret not going! As for safety, we had no issues apart from long waiting times getting across the border. I encourage and implore anyone considering going should just book with Ziyara Tours and think about it later. Fantastic experience: Assalamoualaikum. Alhamdulillah we had an amazing trip. Ziyara tours helped from the beginning to end of the trip. They have amazing people working to facilitate an Umrah trip. Highly recommend to travel with them. When at the hotel, keys are ready to be given to the guests and didnt have to wait for more then 10 minutes. Fantastic experience: Alhumdolilah have been umrah 3 times now, twice with ziyart tours, well all I can say is that they are fantastic, may Allah swt bless them all, they get everything sorted from their end, flight tickets, visas, hotel bookings, ziyart tours and transfers. Never any issues. I was in medinah, and I meet up with my mate who also came to do umrah, he was really stressed out, as the hotel he was meant to stay in was over booked, so they had to relocate him and his family to the other side of haram. He took the stress out of the personalised package he made for us. From flights to hotels and Ziyaras everything was included. The Umrah guide and bag provided was very helpful. Our contact in Makkah and Madinah, Brother Amir was also very clear with instructions and was the one organising drivers etc. I would definitely recommend booking via Ziyara tours, whether with a big group or a smaller one.

Fantastic experience: I’d 100% recommend Ziyarah Tours to those that are looking to book an Umrah trip, especially if it is your first time. Right from the beginning Saj was always at hand to answer my questions/queries and was transparent when there was a change of personnel too. Ziyarah Tours organised a seminar beforehand with Shaykh Burhan and this was extremely helpful as we went through the itinerary, and most importantly the steps on how to do Umrah as well as answering any questions we might have had about Ihram/Umrah etc. Hotels were within 5/10 mins of Masjid Nabawi and the Haraam. And was a good experience overall, Rash and Saj would always be available if we had any issues. Fantastic experience: This was my first time visiting Madina and performing Umrah. The amount of experiences we gained and different ziyaarat we completed we can only say alhamdulillah and encourage others to take the step of travelling to the Holy Land. Fantastic experience: My mum wanted to go to Palestine and as she is elderly and English is not her first language she asked me to book it for her. Obviously very reluctant to do this with the current situation. She heard of Ziyara Tours through a friend. When I say she couldn't have made a better decision i mean it. The process to book was so easy. they gave all the information i needed straight away and answered any questions straight away. before they left i was added on to the WhatsApp group which kept me upto date with everything they were doing so there was no need to worry if i couldnt get hold of my mum. I was part of a 130 person group and it was organised flawlessly by Ziyara Tours. Flights, hotels, food, coaches all sorted. Didn't stress about a thing as everything was well looked after. Fantastic experience: Where to start from and where to end. I think it's fair to say that I haven't come across a Tours company as organised as Ziyara Tours. From the very start of the process in the UK, to the clear itinerary and vision for the trip being mapped out, to the organisation of everything on ground in Iraq was 100/10. Fantastic experience: I booked to go to Iraq with Ziyara tours. The logistics and planning was fantastic. Everything worked so well. The number of people on this trip was about 130 and they had 4-5 Imams and Nasheed artists. It was organised really well. We saw 100% of the sites that were on the itinerary and had very good local guides. At each place we were given the history and it was explained really well. I learnt a lot during this trip as it was literally a journey through history. There was lots of opportunities to talk to the Imams and ask questions. They were very accommodating. No judgements. Humble and tolerant. I really met some great people on this trip and I have made friends for life. Price wise I think the trip was 100% worth it as flights, travel to and from airport, Iraq tours, visas, and food was all included. The guys in charge: Saj, Rash and Kam were all kind, caring, patient and helpful. They went out of their way/above and beyond to help me and others especially the people who needed to support. This tour was highly memorable and beneficial for me and my spirituality. It went sooooo good. Alhumdullilah. I will definitely recommend and go on another tour with Ziyara Tours again.
