I was dealing with Yajna for my passport renewal from filing up the form to appointment at VFS, every aspect was managed brilliantly. Negative experience: Since I had booked to fly to India in April 2020. Flights got cancelled and they have not refunded my money. Since hearing that other who booked later than myself they have had their refunds. They do not get back to you and are not willing to help. I feel that it's been long enough and customer service and care should be paramount..... Since this lock down I've had my refund after many emails and enquiries and they have had the audacity to charge me £50per person for administration... They charge for the booking at extremely high rates then we get charged for a global pandemic, yet they very possibly got a furlough from the government. They are not correct

Don’t use them they will lie so they can charge you more don’t trust them like I did they won’t refund you even after a few hours
