Fantastic experience: My wife and I popped to look at a city break away. Ryan was brilliant start to finish. Communication was fantastic. He listened to what we wanted and can honestly say he over delivered on his promises. Probably the best few days away we've ever had. Great experience from the first point of contact with ryan to the flight home 100% recommend these guys Weve just booked another holiday with them. Thanks again

THEY HAVE TREATED ME AND WENT OVER AND ABOVE WITH ME WITH MY BOOKINGS MICHAEL EVEN TOOK TIME OUT OF HER DAY TO OPEN UP & PRINT MY DOCUMENTS FOR MY BOARDING PASS AND MAKING SURE THAT I HAD EVERYTHING DONE WHEN IT WAS COVID TIME WHEN YOU HAD TO FILL FORMS DO TESTS AND SHE WAS A GREAT HELP IN MAKING IT SO MUCH EASIER AND RELAXED HOLIDAY FOR ME I DO HOPE THIS MAKES A BETTER REVIEW AS YOUS DIDN'T DESERVE MY LAST ONE YOUS DO DESERVE THE 5 STARS SORRY AGAIN.

Fantastic experience: Got holiday and upgrade for just under budget .superb will use again

Negative experience: Worse experience ever with this company special holiday booked to Tenerife for me and my sister to celebrate my retirement after 50 years in nursing. Even paid the holiday a few days before it is due and almost a week later after parting with our hard earned cash no official confirmation that we have paid and jet2 website still showing a full balance due. They don’t seem to have a clue what they are doing and when you call to ask what is going on nothing but waffle and rudeness will never use this company again we are stressed to the max in case we lose our holiday as we cannot get a good reason as to why we cannot see our holiday as fully paid appalling
