Fantastic experience: James booked 2 cruises for me and my partner. He is always really friendly and gets us the best deals possible. We booked 1 cruise and told him how much we love musical theatre and he rang me a few months later to advise they had got a deal on a musical theatre themed cruise and we booked on straight away. Nothing is too much trouble and we will always ask for James going forward. We have been in many times and James has always gone above and beyond and is a huge credit to this store. I will always use Tui Bolton going forward after using another agengy that doesn't open on a Sunday. But so glad we found Tui Bolton Market place.

Fantastic experience: We book all our holidays in this store. Went in today and was served by Jo, she was very helpful in helping us choose a special holiday for our 25th wedding anniversary. Nothing was too much trouble for her including different destinations/hotels and flight times. All the staff are great and have a wide range of knowledge and expertise to assist customers.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience when booking my holiday to Qatar at this Tui branch. I dealt with Akbar who made everything so easy with no problems. Akbar recommended all the great places to go visit which made it easy for me to do a itinerary, he was amazing as I received different emails regarding my booking and he made sure I knew which one was most important for when I arrive at the airport. After this experience I was even more excited to go on holiday and the exchange rate was one of the best! I highly recommended coming to this branch or even giving them a call and I assure you won’t be disappointed! In future, Tui will be where I go to book my holidays!

Fantastic experience: I had a lovely experience at the tui travel shop in Bolton Market Place. I went to get some euros and was served by a lovely man, who I started to discuss my holiday with, and I expressed a couple of things I was unsure about. He was amazing and put my mind at rest finding out all the information I wanted to know. He also printed out my boarding passes which I was very grateful for because my own printer had ran out of ink. Another member of staff even offered me a cup of tea! I can't remember the man's name, but he made my experience in store a breeze and made me more excited for my holiday. I would definately recommend the TUI Travel shop in Bolton to anyone wanting to go on holiday or just to the travel exchange. The exchange rate was one of the best I found too!

Fantastic experience: I have used this store for all my holidays for over the last 15ys, Jason & Karen both absolutely amazing and always remember your little holiday related oddity’s nothing is to much trouble they are beyond helpful, recently also booked with Jack who Is just a gem so nice and friendly. This smaller store is such a lovely environment and the people that work here are a fantastic team, cannot recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend booking your holiday with Tui Bolton. (Market place). I had seen a deal online for Lapland but couldn't get into the store (prefer to book directly then i have a personal interaction and support should i need it), so I called and spoke to Karen. She was amazing from start to finish. She booked my dream holiday, and her customer service and knowledge were excellent. She clearly explained everything to me and was very efficient. All questions were clearly answered. Confirmation of my booking then quickly came through via email. Prior to flying, i messaged the store to confirm if the itinary may change due to being away over Christmas. Karen rang me back that same day and advised dates for the itinary to be confirmed and advise me of the Tui Lapland app, which has all the itinary information plus more based on your accommodation. The holiday was absolutely perfect. The magic began at the airport, where my daughter was greeted by an elf and given a sweet and stickers. They played games on the plane, told Christmas jokes, and all staff worked exceptionally hard to make everything perfect. The tui excursion was perfect. We got to do a Husky Ride, snowmobile, see the reindeer, decorate cookies, and of course meet the big man himself. I really can't fault any aspect of my holiday and would happily recommend and book with Tui Bolton again. Thank you, Karen and the team.

Today I have booked mine & my partners wedding with her to Greece, Zante. Amy really helped us to find the best location, short transfer and all other requirements we wanted. Amy spent time searching, googling different hotels that I liked, found more information about them which helped me narrow down too find the perfect location & hotel I was wanting. Negative experience: Not so good. We arrived sort of knowing what we wanted. The shops open until 5:30pm but because we got there at 4:55 we were told we can't book anything as they can't accept payment in any form. Complain to head office if you like? However they can help us with where we want to go if we have an idea. We did and we mentioned one of the places and he immediately recommended hence the two stars. However, just minutes later at 5pm he said he couldn't help further as he had to do the banking. Didn't even get chance to sit down. There was another agent, with whom we were not offered the chance to speak to. Why are they even open if they can't speak to customers? I felt we were not the type of customer they wanted and told them so. Maybe customer policy to blame but I was just a dad wanting to treat his kods. Two giddy kids left disappointed. Time too precious to be bothered complaining to head office as he suggested, so we went for something to eat and I looked on the TUI app. We found what we wanted for the dates, but as I couldn't book or even chat with TUI to find our holiday in-store I thought I would do a bit of digging myself and tried the same holiday elsewhere and got the exact holiday cheaper with EasyJet (and that besides a TUI discount). So thanks to the shoddy service I managed to save over £200 sorting it myself. Dad and 2 kids off to Leonardo Laura Splash Club, Cyprus Yippeeeee !!! Is it any wonder high streets are dying?

Fantastic experience: Visited the store on Sunday to book a family holiday for the school holidays, we were very back and forth about which hotel to choose but our travel advisor Karen was very knowledgeable about the hotels and area so we felt confident in our decision. Fantastic experience: First of all, all the staff at TUI Bolton are so friendly and approachable, a warm welcome is always given when entering the store. Special appreciation to Cleo, myself and my partner have booked twice through Cleo now, with both times of us having no idea on where to go, but every time she gave us the perfect holiday!
