Fantastic experience: Booked Umrah with Arif Skylight Travel. Very competitive price and excellent service. Hotels in both Makkah and Madinah on door step to Haram were excellent. Ziyarat drivers were very informative. Had a very slight blip when driver received miscommunication on pick up time. However contacted Arif who sorted out very quickly. Inshallah will use Arif again for future trips.

Fantastic experience: very good customer service. The director personally goes out of his way to make sure you have a safe trip. Will beat any price quoted by other travel agents. I would recommend this travel agent to all my family and friends.

Negative experience: Charging over price for hajj airline tickits bought it for 350 the travel agents and they sell it on for 775 over 300 pounds profit
