Negative experience: The agent that sits behind a desk and thinks he has taken over the world just because he is running a small business is very rude, unprofessional and Not a good place to go to for sending money abroad. He is not helpful at all! he took my money and cancelled it with western union and now wants me to chase western union for the money when really, he is the one who made the mistake of sending the money to a different country instead of sending it to where i wanted it to go! and then he told me to get lost and dont need to come to his shop?! Corrupted people like him will surely get nowhere in life.
