Negative experience: Very poor customer service. Reported major error on our return from cruise. No acknowledgement of error. No follow up communication. Definitely no apology. Very disappointed. Hey oh on we go.,.

Negative experience: I asked jetz 2 if they could help me move my holiday as my daughter got diagnosed with cancer and hadn't long to live ,I was told it was to late to move it as it was only 2 weeks off so I lost £2,500 ,plus my daughter in law ,however my daughter booked with tui and got hers moved no problem at all hence I will not be booking with jetz 2 again ,we should have flown in today so thanks jetz 2 for all your help my husband had a stroke last year and on the beach got most of our holiday refunded these are the places I will be booking with from now on ,there wasn't one bit of compassion at jetz 2 leigh

Fantastic experience: Myself and my husband went in on a busy Saturday morning for a quote for a holiday. We got an amazing deal and the staff were ever so friendly and helpful. Sarah helped us when we first went in for the quotes and 2 hours later when we went back in the book, Sarah was busy but made time to pass all the info over to a colleague who then took our booking. Excellent customer service and knowledge.

Fantastic experience: Back from a fabulous holiday to Costa Adeje, we stayed in the Sabila Hotel, it was perfect in every way, I usually book myself but decided to go to here on recommendation, Heather was fab, everything was sorted and I could just relax, thanks so much Heather, we will see you soon to book our next one.

Fantastic experience: Wanted to book a suprise trip to Reykjavik for me and my partner but had so many 'must see's' on our bucket list i didnt know where to start. I contacted Joanne, who listened to what i needed (i have moderate mobility issues) and what we wanted to do and she arranged the best package for us with a fantastic tour provider so i had nothing to think about myself except be on time for our transport too and from the arranged pick up. She checked us in on the day the seats went live and printed everything off for me (boarding passes ect) We even got travel suitcase labels like the good old days I can 100% recommend Joanne at Jetz travel and will defo be knocking more bucket list places off my list with her in the near future xx Thanks Joanne From Lisa xx

Fantastic experience: I personally can't thank Joanne enough she is amazing, I sent her a screenshot of a holiday I had seen online she then worked her magic and I ended up with the same holiday I wanted a 5* all inclusive holiday including private transfers and baggage etc for £190 less than the price id seen online from a competitor. I paid a small deposit and the holiday is booked within a 20 min conversation. I will be booking in the future and I will be looking forward to dealing with Jo again :)

From booking our honeymoon in 2021 when covid made everything so worrisome, she helped my husband and I feel so at ease and helped us plan everything. From finding us the perfect destination, hotel and making the whole process flawless. Couldn't have asked for better. So this week I had to go back to Lesley with my Mother in Law to book our first family holiday and we are so excited! Fantastic experience: Went to JETZ TRAVEL in Leigh looking for a holiday and checking out the special offers. Wow what a team !! We explained what we were looking for and asked for advice. The l lady who dealt with us, Heather, is their cruise expert and what she doesn't know about cruises isn't worth knowing. She found us just what we had asked for and advised us of the best cabin, best deck and meal options. Of course we booked but not only that we booked our dream cruise for next year as we'll. Whilst there we were offered copious amounts of coffee, Ice lollys and told on occasions they have nibbles and prosecco on offer. The team are like a big happy family who make you feel very welcome. Fantastic experience: We have recently booked a holiday with Nicki from Jetz travel. She was very approachable and couldn’t help us enough, giving us recommendations and advice on hotels and resorts. Nicki took the time to look at all the amenities for each hotel and how far they were from resort centre and the beach. We eventually found a hotel we liked the look of, and Nicki looked at it thoroughly for us, she booked it and told us about her experience in Side, Turkey and gave us some great recommendations in the area. Nicki also gave us a number for a private transfer that she highly recommends, we have since booked this and look forward to trying it out. Jetz travel also book you on the plane when the slots open to save you a job. We will definitely book with Jetz travel again; it was a very pleasant experience.
