Fantastic experience: Alhumdulillah - This was our first Umrah trip as a family and we are so grateful that we decided to book with Aleem @ Al Israa. Brother Aleem made the whole process so easy and stress free from the moment we booked until we left to fly back home. He was literally available 24/7 even during our trip and was always on hand to help with any questions or requirements we had. Additionally having both Sheikh Salim and Sheikh Abu Ibrahim, their knowledge enhanced the trip and brought it all to life. Fantastic experience: Me and my family had a an amazing time with Al Israa group. We arrived at the airport in Saudi and Alim welcomed us with the rest of the group. His organisation and personal touch is brilliant. The Sheikh's were very knowledgeable and a pleasure to be around. This was such an incredible trip for our first family Umrah, and we are incredibly grateful to brother Aleem for organising such a well-organised, educational, spiritual and fun trip; and to both Shaykh Saalim and Shaykh Abu Ibrahim for leading us with their deep knowledge, made very relatable for all ages. From the initial booking stages through to the moment we left Madinah, brother Aleem was very approachable, kind and always responded very quickly to any queries. He is deeply knowledgeable about the area, and shared many tips to make our time there easier and smooth. We didn’t have to lift a finger in terms of organising anything for Umrah, which made the whole process a complete breeze. All the places we visited both in Makkah and Madinah were carefully chosen for their historical and religious background, and the relevance and importance of each place was clearly explained by both Shaykhs. It was, SubhanAllah, amazing, to be able to visualise aspects of the Seerah through this visit - very aptly called the ultimate Seerah tour! Our children had the most amazing time, Alhumdulillah, and we couldn’t have asked for a more positive experience for their first Umrah and visit to Makkah and Madinah. Brother Aleem ensured the trip was child-friendly, and relevant for them too. They can’t wait to go back, and have Insha’Allah made new friends for life :) We would not hesitate to recommend booking with Al Israa; and are already thinking about booking our next visit with brother Aleem too! Fantastic experience: I recently visited Mecca and Medina, escorted by this group lead by brother Aleem. I am more than satisfied and I truly benefited from this tour. The best , well organised and disciplined tour. I have visited the ziarat places many times in my life but this time , I saw the exact places that one need to see with a thorough explanation of the importance and the history of those places. The scholars have a sound knowledge and a perfect way of delivery of knowledge. The hotels were excellent both in terms of ambience and been less than 150 meters from Al Haram. Fantastic experience: Excellent Service and Memorable Experience! Alhamdolilah, having completed umrah in Dec-24 with Al Israa, I cannot recommend them enough. Professional and responsive, well planned itinerary of historical places of religious importance. We we’re fortunate to be in the company of esteemed Shaykh Yusuf Dudhwala who guided the group throughout and provided regular informative talks. The group organiser is knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our umrah memorable. Transportation was comfortable, and the accommodation exceeded expectations. Hotel locations were not only close to the Haram and masjid, they were also located in areas where everything was accessible. Stress-free umrah especially with a family of 6, every thing was taken care of, the group organiser was always at hand to respond to any queries.

Positive experience: Al Israa was great to travel with in Ramadan 2024, they were reasonable price compared to other companies. The hotel was located not too far from the Old City and we visited a number of historical sites. The leaders were patient, calm and reassuring which was nice. It was a decent size group so made the travels and tours pretty smooth flowing.

Fantastic experience: Recently travelled to Fes, Morocco with Al Israa, and it was an amazing experience! The itinerary was well planned, offering a perfect mix of historical sites and cultural immersion. University of al-Qarawiyyin and other mosques were so beautiful! Accommodation was great and centrally located, making it easy to explore. We met and connected with other people in the tour group which was really nice :) and interacting with locals and experiencing traditional Moroccan hospitality was definitely a highlight. The tours are well organised and comfortable, they are very accommodating, we are treated like family making it such a good experience just being with the wider tour group. Fantastic experience: Splendid experience!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an amazing amazing time with Al-Israa travel company Ltd on our October 2023 Umrah tour under the guidance of Dr Sheikh Saalim Al Azhari. The tour group is led by Brother Aleem who in my daughter’s words is the BEST organiser and provided the best care to all of us. JazakAllah khairan! It was our first guided tour experience and we travelled with children aged 8 and 10 years old so we were a bit nervous but AlhamduliAllah it surpassed our expectations. All the group members were extremely kind, friendly, and supportive. The itinerary was well planned and the hotels were in close vicinity to haram in both Makkah & Medina which made our stay much more comfortable. The main reason to choose a guided tour was to get an understanding & knowledge about the history of the Ziyaarah places that we visited and AlhamduliAllah we learnt a lot during these 8 days as the guides were well-experienced & knowledgable & made sure to give us the important information in interactive story format which made it even more fun. The talks by Dr Azhari were really informative & interesting and we learnt a lot Alhamdulillah. We visited a lot of sites in Medina including Masjid Quba, Masjid Fajr, Salman al Farsi date farm, Battle site of Uhud, Masjid Areesh, Al-Rawha, History of Battles of Badr & Khandaq (trenches) etc In Makkah, we had a coach tour arranged for visiting Cave Thawr, Mount Noor, Arafaah & other places. Brother Aleem, Brother Riaz & Brother Imran made sure that all the group members were comfortable. We were treated several times with delicious food, ice creams & cold drinks during this time. Jazakallah for all your efforts & for making this Umrah journey memorable for our family! My kids say they had an awesome time & thank you for all your efforts & kindness. Fantastic experience: Thank you to the Israa Tours Limited head up by their chief Aleem. The Tour was amazing for our first trip to Umraa, was lovely with plenty of experienced people at hand such as Brother Riaz and Brothet Imran who were very equipped with great knowledge and experience. Had fantastic time visiting some iconic areas such as Battle of Badr and Mount Arrafat. Really smooth, great company and met some great people on the trip. Special mention to Aleem who was incredibly calm , supportive, caring as Umraa trips are not easy but he did a great job. Reccomend you to approach Aleem on your next trip, as I am now planning Al Aqsa inshallah with the brothers. The hotels were top standard, the coaches for the tours used were high executive, seamless transfers and the reccomendation on food restaurants at Makkah and Madina were brilliant. Aleem was ever so kind to also get us food and tea on plenty of occasions and also had plenty of experience in Makkah and Madina. Not to forget the Sheikh Salim and his involvement was brilliant providing us was immense knowledge.

The brothers in charge were Very helpful, polite and courteous. I found it to be very organised. I really loved the special guest visit that was arranged for us. They took us to jerico the resting place of Musa as. Amazing breath taking views. Throughout there were talks by molana yunus and lots of historical facts and stories from brothers in charge. Holy land hotel is a clean, modern hotel. At least ten min walk away for a fast walker and atleast 20-25 min walk for elderly people. Food is not to everyone’s taste but lots of variety and tasty. Plenty of fruit and desserts etc as well. Very friendly staff and hard working. Everyone should visit. Al aqsa is a blessed land. Highly recommend al israa tours .

Fantastic experience: Alhumdulillah, an experience of a lifetime to the historical sites of Jerusalem and surrounding areas, amidst a much-awaited visit to Al-Aqsa. Our tour guide (Aleem) had this trip well organised in advance and delivered more than promised, whilst he was ably assisted by a highly knowledgeable Sheikh who made the tour even more interesting as he imparted gems of information. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were always visible and available to answer/resolve any of the groups needs. Aleem would always go out of his way to accommodate wherever he could - very approachable, very considerate, very much people orientated. An obvious recommendation of travelling with Al-Israa...In fact, we as a family have made intention to return with them again !!

Fantastic experience: Went Jerusalem (also visited Bethlehem, Hebron, and Jericho) with Al Israa, one of the best experiences, cannot recommend them enough. From start to finish, Aleem and Sheikh were very accomodating and made the whole trip 10x more enjoyable. Fantastic experience: It was my first trip to Masjid Al Aqsa. A very very spiritual, educational and enlightening experience. This really was a trip of a lifetime. From beginning to the end and the service and experience was out of this world! Praying Salah in the Qibble Mosque and under the Dome of the Rock, right next to the place from which the beloved Prophet (pbuh) ascended to Heaven was surreal! We as a group got along very well and I believe everyone had an amazing time MashaAllah. I just pray Allah grants me another chance for me to visit Al aqsa again. Unfortunately, Muslims throughout the world have neglected Masjid Al Aqsa and there is no presence of Muslims compare to the other holy sites like Makkah mukkarama and Madina Munawara so it is our duty to carry on visiting Masjid Al Aqsa to not only benefit from that blessed land but also to show our presence to claim our love and attachment with Masjid Al Aqsa I strongly urge every Muslims to make intention and consider visiting Masjid Al Aqsa as it is calling us. The group I went with was fortunate enough to have Sheikh Yunus Dhudwala join us. He really was the star of the show and bought all the stories of the prophets to life. It’s very apparent that Aleem has put his heart and soul into the work that he does. The whole trip was so easy as he facilitated everything from beginning to end. Nothing but great words to say - and absolutely 0 negative feedback. With many services there is always something that could be improved - I’m yet to think of one with Al Israa.

I did not know anyone we were made made welcome 3 of us and made a part of a family the group was wonderful the best experience I have ever had. Been to lots of tours in Saudia not the same. The tour was a revalation in that its religious significance in Islam and spiritually you are awake in knowing that 124000 prophets have preyed in masjid Al aqsa area and many more incidents or miracles in this blessed land our 3rd most important place for Muslims. Fantastic experience: This is the first time that I have travelled to Jerusalem. I found Al Israa to be an excellent tour operator. You travel with them as a group from the airport and they are with you until you return. They kept me informed throughout the journey. Very experienced staff on the ground with scholar-led informative tours. The hotel and the food were great. Overall a wonderful experience to visit the holy lands and blessed lands of the Prophets, the first qibla of the Muslims. It was also nice to visit the other quarters of the Old City too, the co-existence of three faiths, beautifully preserved in history. I would definitely recommend Al Israa if you are planning to travel to Jerusalem and Masjid Al-Aqsa.

Fantastic experience: Recently returned from my second visit to Palestine with Al Israa. It was incredibly enjoyable both times, and it's thanks to all of the wonderful people who work to make the experience amazing for those who join their tours. The tour coordinators and the Shaykh they invite are all so helpful and knowledgeable, and nothing but great things can be said about the tour organiser, Aleem, who ensures every person who joins their tour is taken care of before, during, and afterwards. He makes sure everyone has a safe, educational, and spiritual time at Al Aqsa, Jerusalem, Hebron, Bethlehem, and Jericho (which are the tour stops). Visitation to many historical masjids, and even the Church of the Holy Sepulchre! The tour consists of everything except for flights. It provides group members with a lovely hotel walking distance from Al Aqsa (which serves buffet breakfast and dinner), travel, tour, and a few special surprises too! I will definitely be going back insha'Allah, and I urge and fully recommend everyone to visit Al Aqsa and to go with Al Israa! They're a 10/10 organisation and may Allah bless all of their efforts.

Fantastic experience: Salam, I’ve just come back from a week away with Al-Israa and I must say that this is the best trip I’ve ever been on. I’ve been on tours for Hajj and Umrah before and the tour guides haven’t been the best but the way Aleem treated us and the way sheikh Asif explained everything in detail and with the historical context added, it was just perfect! We visited all the religious places for the Muslims, Jews and Christians and I learned so much about Islamic History, it was amazing! Palestine is a special place and all Muslims should visit this holy land. The country, the people, the food - all beautiful. Don’t be put off by what you see in the media, it is safe. I will be going back next year again and will have a large group of friends coming with me. Palestine ❤️
