Fantastic experience: We received excellent service from Linda when recently booking a four trip to Mijas. We were unable to use a £100 voucher when we tried to book online. Linda was able to resolve the issue when she made the booking in the shop for us. Also, the details about the resort transfers were not very clear online. Linda and one of her colleagues went to the trouble of making sure that he transfers did exist. Thanks, Ian & Anne

Fantastic experience: Me and my partner were looking for a holiday. We tried many other chains about offers but none of them seemed to be interested. First time ever in Tui’s but a very great experience! Linda the agent was funny, friendly and absolutely professional! She followed our requests and gave us a few very great tips where to go… I mean, yes! We only looked up options yesterday but can’t wait to go back and book it very soon! I highly recommend this place for everyone who wants a quality experience and welcome with professionalism.

Fantastic experience: Staff in Formby store, especially Lauren, really understood our requirement for this holiday. Lauren was happy to review other quotes from other holiday providers and she worked through the best options Tui could offer. Lauren was happy to discuss a price match offer with her manager and we were very pleased when they agreed to the lowest price. Fantastic experience: Linda was absolutely amazing. Her patience and guidance was invaluable. The girls in the Formby store are a credit to the company. Our criteria was difficult and the empathy and patience shown was unbelievable. I could have gone on line but honest I'd have never of booked, as without Linda's help and support to encourage us to determine what we wanted and needed, we just would never have got the well deserved holiday we now have booked. Fantastic experience: Called in to check for a holiday in June. Wendy was available to help us straight away and immediately recognized us from a previous visit. She assisted us and answered all our questions in great detail and then completed the booking for us. Assisted us with the seat selection for the flights. All in all a wonderful service, going above and beyond. Would highly recommend Wendy and the staff at Formby TUI to assist with holiday requirements.

Fantastic experience: I cannot praise Wendy in the Formby branch enough . We had booked on line for Gran Canaria, we are travelling in 10 days, and all the tripadvisor reviews are shocking people are suffering with sickness and D . Wendy managed to change our holiday to Egypt with no admin fee . She even booked our seats and did some room requests . I always book on line but from now onwards I will be calling wendy . Fantastic experience: Wendy helped arrange this trip and we loved everything about the cruise , excellent staff, great food and plentiful wine (especially in Latitude!!! )great shows and just everything about the whole holiday was perfect, will certainly do another . Anthony in customer experience was a star, I had to get a wheelchair and he arranged for me to hire for the week in Tenerife for the second week eventually to use off the ship well knackered knees in the end ( endless corridors got lost loads of times until I got used to the coloured carpets !! ) Thanks once again Wendy you did a great job for us xx

Fantastic experience: Today my husband and I went in to have a look for a holiday the lady that dealt with us was named Sarah. She had the patience of a saint we were looking at holidays for may, then November. Honestly nothing was too much trouble. Any questions she answered. We left after booking a holiday in November to Tunisia. Feel so confident in the service and any problems we can contact the shop. Honestly 5* service and would recommend this shop and staff. There was another lady (I’m sorry forgot her name) she was so friendly also offering advice and guidance on the holidays. Both staff credit to TUI.

Fantastic experience: My parter and I came in with no definite destination in mind nor what we wanted out of our holiday to celebrate our anniversary! However Hannah managed to help us decide what we wanted out of our holiday including a list of multiple options for us so that we had a choice because I’m very indecisive. Fantastic experience: We went into store as we wanted to book our honey moon, we went in with Hawaii being our top choice . Travel advisor Wendy couldn’t have been more helpful. She recommended a cruise around the Hawaiian islands ensuing us that this was the best way to see Hawaii and she was right! Not only did we see Hawaii but we decided to create a package traveling from California to Hawaii ending in new York! It was a trip of a life time and ran smoothly from start to finish thanks to Wendy’s fabulous planning! She’s a credit to the TUI brand. Much better than booking online.

Fantastic service! And booked Jamaica there and then! Brilliant.

Positive experience: Thought we would support the high street and book through the store. Gave them hotel details and dates. Staff seem very nice, but calls not returned as promised. Holiday substantially increased in price. They could have contacted us to say they were too busy and we would have booked it ourselves with Tui online. No holiday, Very disappointed. Following, my initial review. I’d like to thank Laura for contacting us, her understanding and trying her very best to find an alternative holiday. It was appreciated. Whilst there wasn’t anything suitable, at this time, I would consider contacting the store again to book a holiday in the future.

Her excellent professionalism and attention to details are what keep me returning time and again to the store. I frequently try to pop my head into the shop to check out any of the offers and sometimes just for a chat. Fantastic service and 10/10 will always recommend Victoria and her team to anyone and everyone.

Fantastic experience: Travel agents in Formby come and go but TUI Formby remains as good as ever. We have used the shop for over twenty years booking holidays and cruises often three times a year. The staff have always been most helpful but the current team are exceptional going to great lengths to meet our needs especially after Covid destroyed so many of our plans. It is almost unfair to name names but we have dealt with Wendy on most occasions. Helpful doesn't cover it. Her personality of boundless energy, product knowledge, and a knack of finding a holiday or cruise, that we could never have matched on-line, turns fruitless searches into a pleasurable experience. One leaves the shop thinking the holiday has started, even though it might be weeks away. We have never regretted paying for peace of mind and will continue to do so. Top marks for Wendy and her colleagues.

Negative experience: cancelled holiday april due to covid 19, been told today will have to wait 90 days for my refund.

Fantastic experience: Defo worth going old school and booking Instore rather than online. Not only did they price match but everyone in the shop where lovely and welcoming especially Wendy to helped us book the holiday. Wendy was amazing and so funny. It definitely added to the experience and we left even more excited and in the holiday spirit.
