TUI Holiday Store

Negative experience: Disappointed, I contacted the shop regarding a holiday for next year. Gave them the dates and where I wanted to go even sent me an email confirming dates again but then nothing, no further contact. This was a long haul two centre holiday so not cheap. Anyway I've booked with someone else now.

Fantastic experience: I had a problem with my booking & called in today to speak with someone. A lovely lady Caroline, was extremely helpful and very friendly. Would definitely recommend :)

Fantastic experience: The staff at the Tui Store in congleton helped us to resolve a holiday flight cancellation to Turkey. Not happy with Tui initially but has it turns out it’s worked out better for us. Due to Tui offering an additional 10% of the original cost of the holiday as compensation we had booked to find an alternative holiday. We arevnow booked for Cyprus in a fantastic hotel and a flight on a Boeing 787 Dreamliner All good and thanks to the staff at the Congketon Tui store

The staff are always so very helpful. Gives us the best deals , it takes the stress away from us as it’s all sorted at the time. They are all so knowledgable which helps when choosing where to go. We need to use our High Street stores or we will loose them, you can't beat face-to-face interaction and I know I can pop in at any time and any of the girls will help - not stuck in a robotic queue on the phone for hours on end.

Fantastic experience: The team in-store were really helpful, walking us through booking from start to finish. They offered additional advice about the resort and the flights, which helped us make a couple of decisions. Whilst we could have booked online, they price matched for us and took away the pressure of completing all the forms. We didn't manage to catch Caroline, who we had originally spoken to and our booking was handled by Lucy, who was fantastic. A really nice touch was a follow up email, thanking us for booking in store with them. This really does support the High Street and keep shops open for people that don't like buying online.

Fantastic experience: We dropped in without an appointment to TUI congleton branch. Kerry welcomed us in and was very helpful & friendly with lots of info on holidays we were interested in. Kerry answered all the questions we had and after we’d left she forwarded details over email and replied promptly to our reply emails. We returned later in the week to see Kerry again and secure the booking for our holiday next year. It’s great to use a local travel agent as there’s a real person then for you to talk through any queries. Kerry did a great job of making us feel confident in our booking and offering a great service with a smile. We highly recommend you visit this TUI branch and keep the travel agent on our high street!

Fantastic experience: We went to Tui Congleton today to book a holiday. We knew we wanted to go to Bali but we needed help in deciding how to plan it. We were helped out by Kelly who went out of her way to give us all the options including making phone calls for a possible stop over in Singapore. Kelly was extremely patient while we were going backwards and forwards trying to make a decision and nothing was too much trouble for her.

Fantastic experience: We called into the shop looking for a very short notice deal, with restricted dates and budget, about 30 minutes before closing. All three girls, Lucy, Donna and Kerry jumped onto the request and within half an hour we were booked onto the perfect break for our family, with everything that we asked for. The girls were patient with the children and Kerry made extra effort to keep them quiet & made them drinks.

Fantastic experience: Such a great travel company, initially spoke with Lucy on the telephone very polite and helpful about our new booking, visited the store to be greeted by Kerry who kindly booked our holiday for us, lots of advice, information, lucky as she has been to the same destination on several occasions which really helped put our minds at ease, what you do get booking in store is all the advice and tips that an online holiday store does not truly provide, especially as new rules had been recently added to our destination! although other people were waiting your not rushed in anyway, we give Lucy, Kerry and the store 100% for customer service and advice do not hesitate to go in and book direct with them, location is in Congleton Town so very handy for shopping too :)

Unfortunately we needed to bring the date of our cruise forward, and I didn't think it would be possible.
