Fantastic experience: Andrea was extremely helpful in sorting out my flights to and from America. I went via Dublin, so that I could clear US Immigration in Dublin and not have to worry about long queues in America. I was having trouble completing my ESTA and Andrea very kindly helped me. She also sorted my boarding pass going out and coming back. I would certainly book holidays and flights with Andrea again.

Fantastic experience: This was a shot in the dark holiday....neither of us knew Malta but we were attracted by the weather in October and by the history of.the Island. Andrea was so helpful once I made contact with her...she obviously had detailed knowledge of Malta and advised me on a suitable hotel in a perfect location for my mobility issues. I was guided by Andrea every step of the way with dates, flights, etc. She even sent me a small guidebook with a map to prepare for the holiday. Andrea was happy to check us in online, thus removing another source of stress. She made sure that my walking aid was also booked in for the journey and was waiting for us when we deplaned in valetta. We had some.concerns owing to my health issues but Andrea reassured us with her suggestions and actions.... all in all, it was a.hugely successful holiday at a time of year's when it was really good weather in Malta. We loved it....thank you so much Andrea and colubris travel!!!!

Fantastic experience: Andrea organised our recent 'trip of a lifetime' to Tanzania and Zanzibar. The process started with several phone calls to ensure the itinerary met all our destination and experiences hopes and dreams. Andrea's attention to detail ensured we were well prepared for all safari eventualities, and it was lovely to know she was on hand during our trip, should we require any assistance. The hotel in Zanzibar she recommended was perfect for a few days rest and relaxation after our safari. The whole trip exceeded our expectations and we would not hesitate to use Andrea in the future. Fantastic experience: I went to Andrea with a seed of an idea about taking my 14 year old son away for a week but I did NOT want to fly. I had thought that a cruise was my only option, but Andrea immediately suggested going by rail. We then started chatting and it became apparent that my desire to NOT fly could easily be coupled with my son's love of WWII history and so the planning began. within a couple of short conversations Andrea had created an amazing trip that took in Amsterdam (so we could visit the Ann Frank House) and then on to Munich from where we could visit Dachau, complete a Third Reich walking tour of the city and then ( and this was my son's Must-See) a day trip to The Eagle's Nest in Berchtesgaden. The trip then ended with a stopover in Brussels, which was beautiful en route to the North West. Brilliant trip with everything planned and booked by Andrea. She was amazing at holding my (slightly anxious ) hand throughout the process, from initial conversation right through the trip. Amazing knowledge! I will be back.
