Fantastic experience: Beyond Beach are beyond fabulous We tried the new club at Stira Bay which exceeded expectations. Wall to wall sunshine and wind kept us cool and busy on and off the water; perfecting our dingy sailing and windsurfing, getting better on the wing - well one of us was! The hotel and facilities are superb with infinity pool, cute bungalow accommodation daily housekeeping and private balconies all overlooking the panoramic sunsets . The package with BB includes huge range of buffet breakfast items that powered us through the day, inclusive evening meals feature a BBQ on the beach to bond as much or as little with other guests as you like (we are temperate joiner’s inners). Unfortunately as a vegan and pescatarian we threw a spanner in the works but extra veggie options were prepared. The BB team all appear to have their own expertise that they share in formal and informal coaching sessions. They are all over Safety and wellbeing. We also enjoyed the non wind sports like PT led workouts, runs, wild swims and mountain bike sessions. The nearby towns of old and new Styra offered a wide selection of delicious eating places, a 20 min walk or €5 taxi. we didn’t try all! We’ve definitely turned our back on self led water sports holidays now we’ve had the VIP beyond beach experience!

Fantastic experience: We loved our one-week sailing course with Beyond Beach in Kefalonia. Everything was so well organised, right from the moment we booked, and I had every confidence that we would have a good time - and we did. As beginner sailors, we learnt such a lot and now feel confident to sail a small yacht as part of a flotilla. The days are generally 10am-4pm with an hour or so to swim for lunch, so not too intense, plus there's a day off mid week. Lixouri marina was small and private, with plenty of restaurants nearby and a hotel with a pool (or the BB beach club E10 by taxi). Our favourite night was out at anchor where we could swim back from the restaurant. Many thanks to the team, and especially Maddie, who made sure we had a great week. Highly recommend for a great family holiday.

Fantastic experience: Spent the first 10 days of June at the fabulous Lixouri Bay resort with Beyond Beach. The family hotel was lovely, so clean, well managed and the food was excellent. Lots of fun on the beach with Hugo and Ben managing the team really well and they were always ready to help with instruction or setting up equipment. The healthy options with Nel were a great addition to the holiday, yoga with the sound of waves and trees - lovely. Highly recommend the cycling, led excellently by Ellie, so many places to visit and explore and always done safely - she also took lots of photos of me riding which was nice. Felt more like a holiday with an extended family than with some big corporation!!!

Fantastic experience: As a last minute decision I decided to do the Windsurf instructor course at the end of last summer. And I could not recommend it enough. I learnt so much and met so many amazing people along the way. All the staff were very enthusiastic and encouraging which made it a great environment for learning. And it goes without saying what a beautiful island Kefalonia is.

Fantastic experience: Amazing week on Intro to Sailing with our skipper Maddie on Elsa. She was an excellent instructor. Very patient, very nice teaching style and great mix of teaching and letting us work out the answers ourselves. Great support before, during and after. Great family holiday for all to get involved (we had a 13yr old and an 8 yr old with us). Super over night stop in a bay. Lixouri was lovely. Nice little fishing village. Nice restaurants. We followed up with a week at Paliki resort. Super water sports and instruction. Hotel itself a little tired but we stayed in the Villas which were amazing.

Fantastic experience: I spent a 4 night fitness break with Issy staying at Lixouri Bay and can honestly say it ticked every box. The rooms were smart and spotlessly clean with gorgeous views. The food and hospitality were excellent and the fitness sessions with Issy were a fantastic start to every morning. Instructors were on hand if you wanted to use any equipment and they pretty much taught me the basics of sailing in just 4 days. Lovely family hotel run by helpful, courteous team. Could not have asked for more.

Fantastic experience: Over the last 10 years I have sailed with BeyondBeach (previoulsy Trek-Adventures) three times. They are indeed a very special company. James one of the original owners has always been so friendly and helpful. Professional guidance before booking and fantastic training and support on site. My first adventure was to take the family on a two week holiday. First week on land with dingy sailing ( two grandsons 8 and 10 who had never sailed before) the second week on a yacht learning to sail. A fantastic experience and this choice was guided by James. We returned a couple of years later and booked a two week land based holiday. The boys had great fun and I found people to sail with and when the winds picked up you would find me out on the Hobby Cat on the trapeze, or flying a spinnaker on one of the other yachts. I am still in contact with some of the friends I had made. The third time I took a yacht on one of the flotilla holidays. A bit of a jump into the unknown as the young man I took with me in his 30's had never sailed before. I had my licence but it was rather daunting. James said we will give him tuition for the first couple of days until you feel confident. So that was one of my really dream holidays, responsible for my own yacht but with the back up of professional, knowledgeable and very friendly staff. Plus all of the good things I love about Greece. The friendly people, the lovely weather, and the really good food. If you have not tried this you really must give it a go. So lovely to see this amazing company progress.

Fantastic experience: I have done many blitz fitness Kefalonia holidays and they have all been outstanding. The Beach clubs are excellent - well equipped and well organised - a great place to learn to sail ( all watersports) or improve your skills. You feel encouraged to try everything and receive friendly teaching. The hotels are family run places - where the staff want you to have the best time and really care about you. Fantastic experience: We’ve had amazing holidays with BeyondBeach. We are a family of 5 (3 teenage children) and we have done the Learn to Sail, Flotilla and beach club and we can recommend all very highly! Everything is well organised, and the UK office is extremely helpful with booking and answering any questions. The learn to sail was a great way to get your qualifications while having a lovely holiday in such a beautiful place. We had a fantastic week on flotilla - the lead yacht crew were super friendly and guided us through everything. We stayed in some beautiful places and the daily suggested routes and anchorages gave the perfect mix of great sailing, independence and time relaxing on the boat and swimming in the stunning waters. Our second week each time has been in one of the beautiful villas (managed by lovely Kosta) at the Paliki beach club. Although we were in a villa, we ate most of our meals in the main hotel restaurant - the food is delicious and good value, and Babis and the rest of the hotel staff are like a lovely, friendly family. The water sports activities at the club were very good and we all enjoyed the various different options available. The beach team couldn't have been more lovely and helpful. The local town, Lixouri, is definitely worth a visit - the atmosphere in the evening is great and there is a large choice of restaurants. Thank you to all the BeyondBeach team for such unforgettable holidays!

Fantastic experience: Great service from Trek before we travelled to our Beach Club and Learn to Sail holiday. At both locations in Lixouri the staff, instructors and facilities were great. Excellent value all round. Probably the best holiday ever!

Fantastic experience: Ski Holiday in Vaujany. Chalet Saskia is absolutely lovely and in a prime location, just a short walk from the ski lift, where you can store your ski / board kit in a heated locker at the ski hire shop. Free of charge!!! From the start the experience was very relaxed with all our needs being catered for by the fantastic Alan and Beckie who looked after us at Saskia. For 5 of the 7 evenings we were served an evening meal was chef cooked and to a high standard. A number of fellow guests had particular dietary requirements, which were catered for. The skiing and boarding in the area was fantastic. The apres ski was spent in the local bars and restaurants. These tended to be more relaxed serving local beers, wines and produce. Very friendly atmosphere. We really didn’t have to think about anything. It was all served on a silver platter. Big thanks to all at BeyondBeach, it was a great break and your efforts were appreciated. Mark and Adele x.

Fantastic experience: Just returned from an Introduction to Sailing week in Kefalonia. Absolutely amazing!!! Great location, but most importantly fantastic training and support from the Team. Shirley was a patient and wonderful teacher with so much experience and she gave us the confidence to go further! Hoping to book a Flotilla next, thanks to Shirley and the whole team in Lixouri!!

Fantastic experience: Holiday at the Lixouri beach club using the lovely Lazaratos Hotel where the food is excellent and the family team are super friendly. The beach team were fantastic with a fun and easy going attitude but also the best attention to safety I have seen at similar operation. There was always a safety boat on the water and Ben gave them an update whenever anyone launched. With a sign on and off the water a very well run and safe operation. Jake sorted the only issue I had and he along with all the rest of the instructors and team were great throughout the week. Would I go back? Yes due to the friendly relaxed vibe and great food at the Hotel. Perhaps I will go for a dinghy course next time.

Fantastic experience: We were on the Learn to Sail course with the intention of earning our IYT Day skipper license. On the down side I would have appreciated a better communication of the hours of tuition and the sailing conditions under which we were allowed to sail. We were caught on the edge of the cyclone that did so much damage in Libya but although we had some pretty gusty weather, and sailing conditions were far from perfect I am sure that both boat and our extremely competent skipper were more than capable of dealing with it, and yet we didn't sail so I assume that it was to do with insurance limitations. Obviously weather conditions do affect one's decision to sail and I do not question the decisions made; but some discussion around this at the time of booking would be great ! ( having said that I also probably didn't read all the small print so if it was in the Ts & Cs please accept my apologies) Now for the Good Stuff - everything else! I cannot compliment our instructor enough. Cool, calm and collected her instruction was excellent! Thank you Maddy! Our boat was in great shape and handled beautifully, and was extremely well maintained. It was well equipped with every thing we needed. The safety talk was great! The Trek mechanic repaired a couple of lights etc immediately . Nothing was too much trouble! The course content was good and well presented, and we all passed so clearly well taught! We also had the use of the Trek office bathroom for additional ablution facilities for which we were extremely grateful I love the fact that Trek is a small company and every one knows their work mates. From Marks handling of our booking all the way through to our final goodbyes to Maddy we couldn't fault the team. ' Think the flotilla holiday (with Trek of course) might be the next step in our sailing adventure!

Fantastic experience: Just back from a wonderful week at Paliki - all the Trek staff were so helpful and really reassuring for the nervous! Loads of availability for equipment and some great opportunities to join in some fun activities. The kids learned to windsurf, my husband rediscovered sailing and I just loved kayaking with the sea turtles. Our rep Alex gave great advice, the hotel and all the staff there were so welcoming. Couldn't have asked for a better holiday - would recommend to anyone!

Fantastic experience: An absolutely brilliant company. We went on the learn to sail week. Communication from Trek Adventures was excellent throughout the process; they provided all the information we needed, responded to our queries, helped when we needed to make changes and kept us informed from booking, through theory study and exams right up to our arrival. The sailing course itself was excellent. Maddy, our instructor, was brilliant. An excellent teacher and skipper, she explained things clearly and gave us good ways to remember things. She helped us build our confidence whilst making us feel safe and ultimately we passed our course which was an enormous buzz. This is a really great holiday and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone wanting to learn to sail.

Fantastic experience: Paliki Beach is a fantastic place. Perfect for teenagers. So much to do and a very safe, friendly vibe. Adults are also well catered for. Both my 16 year old son and myself mastered windsurfing with some guidance as complete beginners. A lovely island and perfect resort. Not touristy, very Greek. We will be back and we never normally return to places even when we have a great time.

Fantastic experience: We had a fabulous holiday at the Lixouri Beach club. We were a family with a 12 and 13 year old. It all worked perfectly, so much to do if you wanted but in a very relaxed vibe way. The hotel and beach teams are both excellent.

Fantastic experience: Our 2nd year at the fabulous Lazaratos Hotel with Trek, great watersports, staff, rooms, food (although would prefer it slightly warmer), beach, loungers, pool and stunning scenery. 10 euros each way in a taxi to Lixouri for good choice of restaurants, shops and the ferry to Argostoli. Beach bites is a must (didn’t happen last year due storms). The hotel family make you feel like part of their family. Thank you Kefalonia is a beautiful island with so many stunning beaches and towns to visit, staying for an extra week or so is recommended to explore further afield. Turtles in Argostoli and Petani beach sunset a must! We will be back, Thank you for another fabulous week.

Fantastic experience: Amazing family holiday doing Intro to Sailing with Shirley. She was a fantastic instructor and kept our teenage boys amused and engaged throughout. It was down to her calm expertise and teaching skills that we had such a great time despite the searing heat. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this holiday to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic holiday! We stayed at the Lazaratos Hotel who host the Lixouri Bay beach club; a really great family-run hotel with tremendous hospitality and a real care for making sure their guests always feel happy and at home. The Trek Adventures team ran the entertainment and all the sailing and beach club activities - these were equally fabulous. Loads of great sailing, windsurfing, kite boarding, kayaking, and beach games. The range of water-sports (and equipment) available was really good, and the team there were such a great bunch of people who just couldn't do enough to make the whole week tremendously fun. From helping our kids learn to sail new types of boats, teaching them wing-boarding, running 'wacky races', or hosting evening beach parties, everything was done with such fabulous lighthearted enthusiasm the week just flew by! It was a superb holiday - one we'll remember for a lifetime! Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: We've just returned from a fantastic Intro to Sailing week. Excellent support was given throughout the week from Shirley, Maddy and Babis. We had the pleasure of being instructed by Barry who generously shared his knowledge and experience, building our skill and confidence through the week whilst ensuring we enjoyed our holiday. We'll be back for flotilla with Trek!

Fantastic experience: We stayed the week at the Lixouri Bay Lazaratos resort. Firstly the family run complex was excellent, the 4 inclusive meals were great. The Family couldn’t do enough to help you, rooms cleaned every day bedding and towels changed very regularly. The lunches were local produce homely cooked. Moving on to the Trek Adventures part of the holiday, can only say that the team and kit were excellent. All staff were keen and very able, the variety of watercraft was fantastic. There was always kit available to take out, even when staff were running courses. Trek team ran activities for guests into the evening on occasions. Both my sons were experienced sailors but have come home beaming about trapezing a RS500 or catamaran. Really enjoyed the wing surfing and windsurfing, kit for all abilities. We will be back.

Fantastic experience: Had an amazing time with trek in kefalonia - at club luxouri Bay. Cannot recommend it enough. Not sure where to start! Amazing staff - the Greek family who look after everything for you and nothing is too much trouble and they cook the most beautiful delicious food... pool is lovely and refreshing... no shortage of cool water sports to try. Heaps of recommendations of great sightseeing nearby... We saw sea turtles...! it's a slice of paradise and i didnt want to leave!

Fantastic experience: If I could leave 6 stars I would. This was our second year with Trek, and we were first attracted to it by the reports that it was great for teenagers. That proved to be the case both last year and this year! Happy teens = happy parents. The beach crew are fantastic - friendly and knowledgeable and the family run hotel is so welcoming. This year we did the Intro to Sailing and got our ICC. We had a fantastic week sailing, with Maddy as our instructor who was brilliant. We will be looking to book again next year!

Fantastic experience: A truly wonderful holiday with Trek Adventures. Yota and the family at Lazaratos Hotel were warm and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They made every guest feel special and very welcome. The hotel was immaculately clean and the food was delicious and plentiful! The Trek beach staff and instructors did an amazing job of making the holiday fun and safe. A fantastic experience for our 9 year old who learned to wing surf and met lots of children his age to hang out with. I would definitely recommend Trek Adventures to anyone especially for families with children, all the children including the teenagers were happy and entertained all week. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: Had a fantastic time at Paliki. We stayed in Kosta's villa, which was a small distance from the hotel. Lovely villa with a nearly private beach right on the doorstep, with umbrellas and equipment. The hotel had a lovely large pool with comfy sunbeds. Best part was the easily accessible watersports equipment, managed by wonderful friendly and helpful staff. It was so easy to take out boats, windsurfers, SUPs etc, and you felt well looked after by the safety boats. Our teenage kids were able to join in organised events by age group so had a brilliant time messing around with their peers. Nice restaurants within easy reach of the hotel. We had a car which helped, but most people walked. The whole holiday was fantastic - I really recommend it, we had a brilliant time and would love to do it again

Fantastic experience: Customer service from start to finish was exceptional both in the UK & at Lixouri Bay Beach Club. The beach & hotel teams were amazing and were, like all Kefalonians, super friendly. We had a truly fantastic, fun holiday; met great, like minded people & are already planning our return trip with new friends!! Our 10 year old said it was better than a Disney holiday so what’s not to like? There is something for everyone plus some and the Beach Bites night is not to be missed…

Fantastic experience: Just back from a fantastic week learning how to sail with Sea Trek in Lixouri. Shirley, our skipper, provided wonderful tuition and conversation and even convinced my non-sailing partner to take the helm just in case I ever fell overboard! Through Shirley's instruction and patience I now feel I have the confidence to take the next step and move on to a flotilla holiday.

Fantastic experience: What a great time we had on our learn to sail holiday. The yacht was lovely and very well maintained. The instructors were excellent, Barry, Mick and then of course our instructor Shirley. What a lovely lady we had so much fun and laughter with her. Shirley has a wealth of experience and knowledge, she really knows her stuff and is a brilliant teacher. From the time of our initial enquiry to the office in the UK prior to booking the staff were very approachable and helpful. We can't fault our complete experience with Trek Adventures and definitely intend to go back. We would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for the very best learn to sail holiday. --

Fantastic experience: Excellent half term week with the wonderful Lazeratos hotel & Trek beach staff at Lixouri Bay Beach Club. From fantastic home-cooked Greek vegetarian meals to organising our transfers Yota & her family at this small and friendly hotel couldn’t have been more helpful & accommodating. The Trek team under the guidance of Gary, Alissia & Jake were efficient, helpful & excellent. The watersports team were universally brilliant, patient & excellent mentors. My children gained massive confidence in their sailing ability. Huge thanks to Ben S, Ben P & Kieron for their sailing coaching. Rupert & Luke on work experience were fantastic & had a great affinity with the kids. As did Jack, Megan & James. The adults had some great training and workouts with Niko and the incredibly gifted Trek Yoga instructor. My children loved the kids activities. An excellent week & we are considering a return! Fantastic experience: Customer service has been fantastic from point of booking to checking out. Shirley and team have been brilliant and we have had a wonderful time chartering Constance for the week. The team here are friendly, knowledgeable and are on hand for anything you need. Fantastic experience: Just back from another sailing holiday with seatrek Lixouri. Wife and I both had a fantastic time, boats were really well turned out and well maintained. Maddie came with us for the week and we all got on so well, She is a brilliant skipper and her knowledge of sailing second to none. Possible we may return in September on flotilla. Fantastic experience: We had a fantastic stay at Lixouri Bay Beach Club in Kefalonia. All the staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and very willing to help with the water sports. The Trek admin guys were great, the communication was excellent, they answered queries quickly and effectively. I would 100% recommend.

Fantastic experience: First time holiday with Trek Adventures in Lixouri Bay Beach Club. We were a group of 4 and had a lovely time. This is a small family run hotel and the owners and staff couldn’t have been better. Watersports facilities were brilliant too. Plenty of choice and always available. Plenty of places to explore around and about too. It’s a lovely island. Things to note, but weren’t an issue for us. There is a 5 minute walk up and down a steep road to the beach and Watersports No local buses, so taxis were required to get into Lixouri and back. I would definitely go back.

Fantastic experience: Excellent two weeks of sailing, wandering around Lixouri, eating some very different and delicious food, finding some of the best coffee we have ever had, lying under the sun snoozing away the calories, and meeting some wonderful people. The Trek sailing instructors are so organized and knowledgeable. The guys on the 'big boats' were brilliant, their teaching superb. The team at Lixouri Bay Beach Club were fantastic - so organized and skilled! The staff in the Lazaratos Hotel were amazing and the food they served - awesome! We will be back.

Fantastic experience: I’ve only ever sailed dinghy’s and on the sea I was always a little wary. With the training from Shirley this week my confidence has grown massively. I’ve enjoyed every moment with my mates and had some great banter with our Captain. I can't now wait to get on a flotilla with you as I believe I can now do what’s needed and be safe! Fantastic one of the best experiences of my life!

Fantastic experience: Just home after a simply marvelous week learning to sail with Trek Adventures. The whole experience was way above my expectations. Our skipper Maddie was a pleasure to sail with and patiently dealt with my obvious shortcomings. The other skippers, Shirley and Mick along with our fellow budding sailors joined in to make the week thoroughly memorable. We will most certainly be back to experience a flotilla week in the not too distant future.

Fantastic experience: Another fantastic holiday in Lixouri! The family that run the hotel are amazing, always available to help, and the food is plentiful and tasty. Jake and the watersports team were excellent, running lots of teaching sessions as well as organising games and fun for the teens and kids. Our last holiday with Trek in 2019 was brilliant but this was even better.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service from Trek . Excellent communication answering any questions promptly. Our beach club hotel was beautiful, run by a friendly family where nothing was too much trouble. The food was fabulous. If taking part in the sailing perhaps a couple of lessons at home would be advised but all the beach club instructors were patient and kind. The beach club is small enough to get to know everyone and we had a lot of fun ! We were 3 sixty year olds , there was something for everyone whatever age! --

Fantastic experience: We took this holiday to learn how to sail with no previous experience. Great bunch of people to work with. We learnt so much . Everyone one we met was kind and helpful . Fantastic experience: We have just returned from a fabulous week at the Lixouri Bay Beach Club staying at the Lazaratos Hotel. We stayed in a small family suite on the first floor overlooking the pool with the sea and beach beyond. The view from our balcony was wonderful. The accommodation was excellent for our family of four, comprising a separate room with a double bed and two single beds in the main room that also contained a small kitchen area, fridge , coffee making equipment etc. The Lazaratos is a lovely family run hotel which feels really authentic. The welcome we received was second to none! Akis who runs the hotel is so helpful and always smiling. As a family they really go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. Yiota, Akis's daughter warrants a special mention. She is always there to help, breakfast, dinner, beach bar, reception! We had our breakfast and the evening meals (4 nights) in an open dining room ' Top Deck' and the view from this area was fabulous. The food was plentiful and very tasty, in a buffet style format, with amazing variety and great vegetarian options. We stayed at the Lixouri Beach Club which is north of Lixouri town, a short 10 Euro taxi rise ride away. The Beach Team at this resort was led by Jake with Zoe also playing a leading role. The whole team were super friendly and we received some great watersports tuition and tips as we all progressed throughout the week. Our two children, in their early 20s, made great progress with their windsurfing. Special thanks in this respect to Jake and Zoe. Jake leads this resort's team with enthusiasm and positive energy. The combination of the lovely family run hotel and great beach club facilities makes for a very memorable family holiday. The breakfast buffet is also delicious, with fabulous homemade cakes and bread. Prior to our week at the Lixouri Beach Club we had a week based in Argostoli and we hired a car and explored Kefalonia. A great combination and we look forward to returning to both Kefalonia and the Lixouri Beach Club again!

Fantastic experience: Just returned from a wonderful family holiday with Trek Adventures, and it couldn’t have been better! One week flotilla from Sami on a nicely cared-for Bavaria 37 yacht followed by one week in a gorgeous 2-bed family suite with a stunning balcony and sea view with lots of fun water sport activities at the delightful Lixouri Bay Beach Club. The staff were great - just the right mix of friendliness and professionalism, in particular, Petros lead boat skipper, Ely and the ever-smiley and helpful Yota at the Beach Club. Food at the beach club was varied, plentiful and delicious. There was lots to do for our family of 4 with two uni-age “kids”, and we came home with huge smiles on our faces. So a big thank you to Trek Adventures - we will recommend you, and look forward to returning for another of your great holidays again one day.

Fantastic experience: This was our second Learn to sail holiday, the first one my husband did the Skippers ticket this time it was my turn. Barry was our instructor and it was amazing I learnt so much from him. The course contact is perfect and although we couldn't sail the last day due to high winds it didn't matter (It's what sailing is all about) We spent the day at the Paliki hotel which is lovely. The whole team (Shirley, Maddie and Barry) are brilliant. I can't recommend Trek enough. Next year its Flotilla for us...can't wait

Fantastic experience: Loved our learn to sail week with Barry. Staff are great and really accommodating. Our flight was delayed into the early hours and the communication was exceptional and we were able to find our way in board easily because of this. The environment is stunning and an excellent place to learn to sail. Lots of bays to explore and harbours to practice parking! Lunch breaks were all great and at different locations. Instructions were clear and there was lots of hands on experience. There's a lot to take in but you get there in the end! We anchored off shore one night. This was amazing so peaceful and beautiful - worth waking up for the sun rise over the mountains. We are definitely hooked and having passed will now look forward to a flotilla holiday in 2023! We'll be bringing friends along too. Thank you for an amazing holiday couldn't have had a better week.

Fantastic experience: Yet another amazing holiday at Lixouri Bay Beach Club!! Mark in the UK office was brilliant pre arrival and happy to answer all my questions At the beach club, Bailey and Jake led a fantastic team. I really enjoyed being back on the water paddle boarding and I also tried winging for the first time - it was so much fun! Akis, Kostas and Giota were friendly and charming as always… nothing was ever too much trouble! I’ll be back again for sure!

Fantastic experience: We stayed at the Lixouri beach club. It’s a brilliant family run hotel with excellent rustic food and welcoming, friendly staff who genuinely want to ensure that you have a great time. The customer service in the Uk was great too and helped us to choose exactly the right holiday. The setting was beautiful with clear, safe water and plenty of choice of watersports and friendly instructors. The other guests were all like minded, friendly, active families and our teenagers loved having a chance to hang out with others in a safe but fun environment. We are already discussing when we can go again! Thank you for such a great week.

Fantastic experience: Family stayed at hotel Lazaratos near Lixouri and had a great time. Hotel staff were so friendly and helpful with amazing food in relaxed environment. Fantastic experience: My family and I (with two teens 17 and 13) have recently returned from a week's stay at Paliki beach club. We had a fantastic time with something for everyone: lazing by the pool for me and non-stop sailing and activities for the kids, organised by the brilliant team of instructors who could not have been more friendly and helpful. The instructors were great at arranging a couple of ice-breaking activities for the teens at the start enabling my daughter (17) to make friends with other teenagers her age: by the end of the week they were all heading into town in the evenings (just a 10-15 minute walk away) and having a great time. The town of Lixouri was nicer than we expected and really lively in the evenings with a good choice of restaurants and bars so it was a big bonus to have this within walking distance. Would definitely recommend, especially to families with older teenagers.

Fantastic experience: My kids and I (15 & 12) had an amazing week at the Lixouri resort - great hosts (at the hotel and the Trek Adventures team), delicious food, beautiful beach, fun opportunities to sail, windsurf and paddleboard and a really relaxed vibe. We all made friends and had fun, just what we all needed! I would definitely recommend the holiday and hope to return!

Fantastic experience: Just completed the Trek Flotilla holiday 2yrs after doing their learn to sail/day skipper week. Great company to deal with. 50% cheaper than competition but no corners cut. Lovely staff, yachts in great condition. All round great product. Petros and James on the flotilla (Kefalonia, Fiskardo, Lefkas, Kalamos, Meganisi, Ithaca) made the week completely stress free.

Fantastic experience: We did the 1 week Skipper sailing course in Lixouri Kefalonia and absololutely loved it. We all managed to get ouer Skipper Qualification in the end so many thanks to Barry for helping us get there. We were 5 adults living in the boat so it wasn't the most spacious but we made it work. We were sailing 9-4 most days with it mostly going smoothly. I think we all learned so much from this experiance and I for one will definetly be furthering my skills going forward. Although you have cooking facilities on the boat, we opted to have sandwiches for lunch and go out for dinner in the evenings. The local bakery does gorgeous pre made sandwiches but you have to get their around 8am as they are popular. The local town is actually rather big and has a huge variety of restaurants to choose from so we were pleasantly suprised as we could choose a different restaurant each night! At the end of the course we were all shattered but had the most amazing time. We will more than likely be furthering are sailing experiance this year and then booking a flotilla holiday with Trek Adventures next year once we have a bit more experience. Again big thanks to Barry and the team and we will hopefully see more of you in the future.

We were seriously impressed with the staff and equipment - the staff were enthusiastic, knowledgeable and great teachers, and there was a range of kit to suit all abilities. The staff at Lazaratos Hotel really made the holiday as well - so friendly and welcoming, and the best food! We're already wondering when we can come back, so thank you!

Fantastic experience: Amazing holiday with Trek organised by Mark! Amazing customer service supplemented by the exceptional service at Lixouri Bay hotel. The staff went above and beyond, were super patient when it came to the watersports and went out of their way to accommodate you. Can’t recommend enough!

Fantastic experience: We had an amazing time at Lixouri Beach. The facilities, range of equipment and above all the staff were exceptional. There is a wide range of sessions from beginner to advanced for all ability levels. The staff were enthusiastic and knowledgeable and encouraged our family every step of the way. The sailing area is constantly monitored, and it was lovely seeing the younger family members of all the guests being free to explore and experiment on the water, feeling totally independent, but knowing that assistance was only moments away if needed. The hotel is for use exclusively by Trek Adventures holiday makers, giving a cosy family feel making it easy to get to know the other guests really well, and the hotel team were so friendly and helpful. I really can’t recommend it highly enough - an amazing holiday, and we hope to head back soon!

Fantastic experience: The relaxed yet enthusiastic staff & set up created a perfect holiday atmosphere! The beach provided so much space so you feel you could join in at any point or just relax and watch the children learning their new skills …. Sailing, windsurfing, winging, kayaks, paddle boards .. everything for the perfect variation for a week on the water. The family run hotel combined with the Trek crew made the best combination. The food was lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Would 100% recommend and 100% revisit!

Fantastic experience: Everything with Trek was so well organised, professional and above all fun. The instructors and equipment were perfect and the setting absolutely ideal. Would go back in a heartbeat!

Fantastic experience: What a find. We are a family of four with an 18 and a 15 year old and there was something for everyone. The hotel and the beach teams worked really hard to make sure that our holiday was perfect. The hotel was very comfortable with nice cool rooms and great food. The top deck dining room is spectacular. The hotel has a lovely pool area with seating in the shade for lunches, which are delicious and reasonably priced. The beach team, led very competently by Jake, make sure everyone is kept safe, whilst encouraging you to have a go at the wide selection of kit. We loved the Cats and the single handers. I finally learned to use a SUP. There is an excellent programme of lessons at all levels, from beginner to advanced. The team are very friendly and help you to access and launch all the equipment. The beach was very quiet during our stay and except for the weekend was the almost exclusively used by Trek Adventures' guests. Lixouri is a short taxi ride away and it is a bustling little town with great restaurants and ferries to Argostoli (the capital of Kefalonia). We had a hire car for our stay and so we were able to explore a little bit more of Kefalonia. Our highlights were visiting the picturesque Assos and watching the sun set into the sea at Petanoi. Finally a word about the other guests, because the hotel is quite small you get to know the other guests which I believe adds to the great atmosphere of the whole experience. Thank you Trek Adventures, I hope we can come back soon.

Fantastic experience: This was my second time on the BlitzFitness trip and it didn't disappoint! We had a fantastic few days in Kefalonia thanks to Trek Adventures. The whole trip was so well organised from start to finish, there was so much to do yet it was very relaxing too. The watersports and hotel staff are so friendly and welcoming, the Lazaratos hotel really is a very special place to stay. I will definitely be booking again! Fantastic experience: Everything we had hoped for! Highly recommend the Trek Flotilla. Small & personal groups. Loved the destinations and routes. We were very lucky with the wind and had the opportunity of sailing every day. But most of all the highlight was our top class instructors. Fantastic experience: Fantastic flotilla sailing holiday with Sea Trek. The communication & organisation beforehand from Mark was first rate which was very reassuring for first-time flotillers. And the flexibility to arrange a refresher day prior to departure helped a lot. Once on the flotilla we had an absolute blast - Shirley & James were helpful, informative and good leaders with a relaxed style. The week exceeded our expectations and we will be back! Thank you.

Fantastic experience: What a superb family holiday. You managed to keep a super enthusiastic 15 year old, a less than keen 13 year old and their over active parents very happy. We left the UK pale, pastey and stressed but returned tanned, happy and relaxed. This didn't happen by magic. Keep doing what you do Trek!!

Fantastic experience: Thank you Sea Trek for introducing us to sailing! We have had a fantastic week learning to sail with you and we are very grateful to Richard for both his knowledge and his patience. Two years ago my wife said no when I suggested a learn to sail holiday as she has never been confident around water even though she can swim reasonably well. But I am very pleased I persuaded her to give it a go, even though she was shaking like a leaf the first day! Along with our two teenage sons, we have thoroughly enjoyed the experience. My wife's first swim whilst anchored in a bay was attached to a fender, her last time she managed to swim to shore and back! And the excitement of reaching 5.2 knots completely tipping to one side was amazing when we were sailing on our own without the instructor. We now have 2 qualified skippers and 2 competent crew! I would highly recommend it to anyone who has had doubts and we can't wait to do it again. Now we are enjoying our second week in the beach club.
