Fantastic experience: I booked last year to New Your with Lorna, and was happy with the help etc, so my husband and I decided on a TUI holiday and we have been speaking to Lorna again, we wouldn't want to speak to anyone else, I'm sure they are very good but the help Lorna goes to, to find us what we were looking for, explains all the ins and outs is perfect. We feel everything has been done for us and all we need to do is turn up, the fact that we can also book excursions before we go as well is a brilliant idea. She is definitely the reason why we use the shop and not the internet. Well done again Lorna and thank you!

Fantastic experience: Booked a cruise with Stephen. He was very helpful as this will be my first cruise. He went out of his way to explain the cabins and what decks might be suitable for us. Will be back in touch with Stephen when it’s time to organise our excursions.

Negative experience: We were trying to book flight tickets and spoke to Steven on the phone who was most helpful getting prices and dates. Unfortunately when we were ready to book it was his day off. He had left details on the system as he said he would. When we went to book the lady we saw was most unhelpful when we asked her about luggage allowance and whether luggage would go straight through to the final destination, she said we would have to find out ourselves when we checked in. We were disappointed that spending £5500 she couldn't find out for us before we confirmed. We decided to try another travel agent and luckily found another opposite who couldn't have been more helpful and found out all the information we needed before booking and actually made phone calls and spent time making sure we were happy before we went ahead and booked. Amazing how customer service can differ. Definitely won't be using Tui again.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I cannot thank "Lorna" at TUI Glenrothes enough for her patience and professionalism. Consistently cheerful, helpful and very knowledgeable, she could not have been more helpful. Her customer handling management style was an example for others to aspire to reach. She helped source numerous options, never once tried to force the issue and was continually upbeat. We left feeling content that she helped us secure a good deal for a holiday that we cannot wait to attend. Thank you Lorna and to be honest all the team including the manager at TUI shop who are so friendly and clearly a good team.

Fantastic experience: I'm absolutely delighted yet again, with the excellent level of customer service received from Lorna at TUI in Glenrothes. She's just helped me research and book our fourth holiday since 2023. She's very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and she takes the stress and worry away from booking the right holiday for our family. I never feel rushed or pressured into making a decision and she ensures each holiday meets our expectations. We've just booked today this time for a family holiday with our two adult children to celebrate one of their 21st birthdays. With her advice we've chosen The Haven in Khao Lak, Thailand. A beautiful hotel with swim up rooms, in a great location for the trips my daughters have chosen. Booking the excursions in advance with Lorna means we have no stress or worry in resort and can concentrate on having an amazing time. Our previous trips she's researched and booked for us are ;an amazing week all inclusive girl's trip to Turkey at a stunning 5* hotel, a relaxing and very luxurious family Christmas & New Year fortnight in St Lucia and finally a romantic getaway trip for my husband and I in Mauritius last Summer. Her worldwide expertise and attention to detail is outstanding and the reason we always call her when we want to book our next getaway. We're slowly working our way through our travel bucket list and without a doubt will be relying on Lorna and her aptitude to help discover yet more hidden gems around the world. Fantastic experience: Excellent service and patience shown by all staff in Glenrothes office, Katie in particular was marvellous and truly went the extra mile with advice and help with our booking, She is a credit to her branch and indeed her profession. Fantastic experience: All I can say is thank you so much to Tui Glenrothes & especially the manager Elaine who was so kind & compassionate after our cruise was cancelled due to flight disruptions. Unfortunately, some of these things can’t be controlled, we were absolutely gutted to say the least but Elaine went above and beyond to get me rebooked on tui’s new cruise. While in the shop I witnessed the tui staff receiving hurls of verbal abuse that was just uncalled for…it was not their fault & they did everything they could to ensure further safe travel for me & my family. Negative experience: Cheryl & Lorna have been fantastic when myself and parents booked our cruise. Unfortunately the cruise was cancelled after 14 hours waiting in the airport and both ladies done their best to help us out the following day. However, not impressed with the hard faced attitude of the Manager of the store Elaine. Terrible customer service towards my parents. Different story when you’re in with a complaint, obviously no commission or bonus would be involved and the hard faced attitude was very apparent and also patronising.

Fantastic experience: I have used TUI Glenrothes for many years for all my holidays. Staff are all great Claire who left recently was superb at helping us get the best holidays, Elaine the store manager is great and super travelled so has lots of good knowledge. Recently my go to person is Steven he is great really friendly and mega helpful, he also travels quite a lot so has good knowledge to help you find the best holiday from booking to travelling there and back. I personally would never go anywhere else to find my perfect holiday 5 star service from all the staff go see for yourself I popped in on Monday just to say hello and ask advice about Turkey got home and a short time later Steven emailed me with a cracking deal for a hotel in Turkey short time later it’s all booked. Like I said go see them get your holidays sorted x

Fantastic experience: Last year we booked a holiday to Turkey online, a week before we were due to fly the flight company corrindon cancelled our flights. In a panic we went to the glenrothes tui store to see what our options were. Cheryl promptly looked into it and managed to change our holiday to Majorca to a even better hotel for the same date. We had the best service and an amazing holiday thanks to cheryl.

I have booked at least 10 vacations with them all have been hassle free!
