Fantastic experience: Had a wonderful vacation with friends at the villa we rented in Port de Soller. I was a bit nervous as it was my first time booking a vacation villa, but the property turned out to be even better than I had imagined through the photos! Concierge service was very helpful and patient with me throughout the whole planning process. Booking a boat trip, a rental car, private chef, car outing, paella cooking class, everything was very easy. The app they have was also helpful in sharing the trip and villa details with our group of friends. Once we got to the villa it was initially a bit confusing that there were two WhatsApp groups for communication, one with the concierge team and one with the local villa team. It would have been helpful if this was clarified beforehand, but it was not a big issue. The local villa team were also very helpful and responsive to any questions we had about the property.

Fantastic experience: This company is absolutely outstanding and hands down the reason our family reunion trip to Tuscany was flawless. From working through which villa rental made the most sense for our group to assisting in arranging car transportation, private chefs, tours, dinners etc they held my hand 100% of the time. Even after we arrived at the villa they were in constant communication about everything. I will forever look to The Luxury Travel Book to book all future European vacations. It cannot be overstated the level of personal touch and white glove service in helping me plan and book this trip. They are extraordinary.

Lena and Michael were wonderful hosts and struck the right balance of being helpful and leaving us alone. Special mention for the in house chef, Pzjem. Truly amazing food from an exceptionally talented cook. Would highly recommend anyone staying here to take advantage of his services.

Fantastic experience: Our extended family gathered for a week is Tuscany in June and Villa L'Orto was the perfect destination! The Villa was exquisitely maintained and the daily breakfast greatly exceeded our expectations. Everything was perfect, and the LTB team helped us tremendously, organizing activities, groceries, drinks, etc, for our group of 15 people. Fantastic experience: My family of 5 had the best week at the Villefranche apartment. It’s was a great location, easy walk into town and the public beach. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The A/C worked great which is rare in Europe. But our very favorite part was the balcony! The view is amazing!!

Negative experience: Lacking attention to detail , we booked a villa for a week in the Balearics unfortunately the villa was directly next door to a busy building site. We were discounted for the week prior to booking but told the worst building site was over a km away which was not true. Directly above us was a huge crane with loud building works every day from 8am-5pm . The road accessing the villa was also permanently blocked due to all the building works. The cleaning service at the villa was also poor and not up to a standard we are used to. I wouldn’t book again.

Everyone we dealt with at LTB was very attentive and they really chaperoned the booking, from helping with everything from our car rental, to dinner reservations, to booking our e-bike rental. Fantastic experience: We have used Luxury Travel Book for years. most recently we stayed at an amazing 3 Bedroom charming apartment in Rome near the Colosseum. We have used them for our stays in Barcelona and Lisbon and Paris. All were lovely, beautifully situated. Working with Jamie and his staff is a dream. They will help with bookings for tours, etc.

Negative experience: For what it claims to advertise and the clientele its supposed to serve, you think you would get a higher level of service. Instead their white glove service seems to refer more to their non-stop sales badgering you have no ability to opt out of. I asked about the heating which was never addressed in the director's many queries to me, on purpose it seems, based off another's review. The listing goes for over 2500 and lacks adequate hating. LOL. Why am I not surprised this company is based in the UK?

Fantastic experience: I'd never heard of Luxury Travel Book before and found the company through internet searches. As such I was slightly wary of what to expect, but Peter, Gioia and the team were excellent from day 1. Responsive, helpful and supportive. Everything was very well organised, they checked in pre and post trip to make sure everything was ok and generally made the whole experience very enjoyable. I will definitely use them again!

Fantastic experience: Our stay at the Halo villa was truly the highlight of our trip. Peter was amazing and the service was fantastic, which made our experience even more special.

Positive experience: We stayed at Via Giulia for four nights in September and overall, we enjoyed our time there. The location is great—central but not overly touristy. The apartment is quite spacious and has air conditioning and a washing machine, which were nice to have. We also appreciated the warm welcome we received. However, the "luxury" aspect of the apartment was not apparent. The bed felt more like something from a hostel rather than a nice apartment. The furniture and carpet in the main area were stained and not very clean. We were provided with only one roll of toilet paper and one set of towels, which seemed insufficient. The shower was warm but never got hot, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, there was construction on the street that we weren't informed about during booking, and the noise started as early as 6:30 AM, which was quite irritating. Despite these issues, we still enjoyed ourselves as we love to cook and tried to make the best of the space. However, it’s important to note that this doesn’t feel like a luxury apartment.

Fantastic experience: This is the second time we have used The Luxury Travel Book and the fourth if you include friends we recommended it to who used them. Our apartment in Venice and our friend’s in Paris were all great. This time we booked in Rome. All the dealings with both Luxury Travel Book and their local contacts were super, location was perfect on a small friendly piazza and space was as expected. Clean, new kitchen. Unfortunately there were some issues with water pressure and internet but in an ancient city that is expected. All in all a wonderful week.

Fantastic experience: Clients enjoyed the Pont Neuf 6e Two Bedroom apartment very much. Location was wonderful, close to the Seine for access to right and left banks. It was clean, linens were very good, fresh flowers and bottle of wine was a nice touch. Driver met on time and someone was there when they checked in. They would definitely stay there again. Always fun to live like a local and have more room than 2 hotel rooms.

He helped us find the perfect villa to accommodate our family, organized transfers for everyone, arranged for chefs at the villa, and took care of every detail to ensure everything was just perfect. Negative experience: We had a very unfortunate experience with The Luxury Travel book in early July when renting a villa for 8 called Villa Belut or known on other sites as Es Mirador. Be very careful if you are expecting any sort of air conditioning in over 30degree heat during the scorching temps in Mallorca. The owner finally arrived to tell us he slept in 24 degrees so should be good enough for us. It only ever got to 23.5 in bedrooms after a man came to adjust it because we couldn’t sleep. Additionally, we were quite unfairly charged(550 Euros) for a small scratch on a table, a slightly cracked wicker chair which I’m not sure we even were responsible for( it was cheap and poorly designed) and water marks to an outdoor table you were unable to put cold drinks on for fear of leaving a mark. We were never told not to and besides who rents a house with an outdoor table which isn’t sealed!!! I guess the worst part of this is that the lTB felt no need to try and make the customer happy even though they knew it was incredibly unfair. Their client being Villa Belut, was clearly much more important and I get that they need to prioritise their villa owners. That’s where they make their money, but how short sighted not to have tried to compromise with us on price. I might add that I have rented through CV Villas, The Thinking Traveller, Cote D’Azur Villas and many others and have never encountered this type of service or lack of professionalism. Never again. Oh and make sure you have someone to check you out of a rental property . No one ever showed up for us and we were left with a big bill.

Fantastic experience: We just arrived back from our incredible holiday in Palma de Mallorca in an amazing villa that We rented using The Luxury Travel Book company. The rental process from start to end was flawless, using their app was incredibly helpful. Arrival and departure handled professionally. Fantastic experience: We stayed in the Luxury Travel Book’s Vienna apartment - Lindengasse during the Christmas holidays (2023) and it was truly a magical experience. The apartment was even nicer and larger than we expected. Our hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to make sure we had everything we needed. The property was clean, luxurious and very centrally located. Since so many places are closed during Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, it was so nice to have such a well stocked/functioning kitchen to cook in for some wonderful meals. There’s a terrific grocery store just across the street and of course farmer’s markets all over Vienna. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Despite having visited Lucca annually for 30 years, we also followed your advice on restaurants and made excellent new discoveries. A very positive experience. We previously booked a villa in Positano and canceled on us a month before our travel. I came across Luxury travel book where Freddie and Gabriel found us this villa in Amalfi in such short noticed and made our stay more than we hoped for. They organised a car to pick up from Napoli and drop us off to the airport, had exceptional communication and also had an app for our villa with everything on it. Next holiday we will 100% be going through Luxury Travel Book.

Fantastic experience: My family had a wonderful Florence experience, and the apartment from Luxury Travel Book was a huge reason why. The apartment lived up to the pre-arrival hype and was as advertised. Sara was a pleasure to work with, and the space was in a prime spot. We were able to go back often, regroup as a family versus heading to individual hotel rooms. I personally loved the outdoor space and began and ended each day with a few moments on the terrace. It exceeded expectations, and helped us make memories.

Fantastic experience: We really enjoyed the apartment. It was very quiet and the cleaning company did a fantastic job. I was delighted to have clean fluffy large towels and fresh sheets every day. The location was amazing, near the Marche des Enfants Rouge and not a sign of the bedbugs reported to be in Paris. It turned out that I ended up being there alone for part of the time and felt completely safe. All of the codes to get in as well as the super secure locks on the door and the metal door. I loved the beautiful coffee maker and the coffee. The umbrellas and yoga mats came in handy. I even found a pilates workout within a 4 minute walk.

Fantastic experience: I worked with Freddie from the Luxury Travel Book to book this incredible villa in Sorrento. We were a group of 20 and the villa has 12 beautiful and modern bedrooms each with king beds and hairdryers and full sets of towels and linens. Freddie worked with us every step of the way to make sure we had an incredible vacation. This villa was incredible! The pictures do not do it justice! The location is in the hills of Sorrento but there is a 30 minute walking path down to the port or you can take a taxi or use the hotel next door. The villa is managed by the hotel and we were considered hotel guests. We used the gym, shuttle busses, concierge, and anything else the hotel offered. We were allowed to charge everything we got from the hotel to our room. Just make sure the hotel has the correct room number and names for each couple. We had the chef services from the hotel come cook for us for 3 nights. We were able to choose the menu and wine. Freddie set up our dinners as well as some of our excursions. Freddie booked us 2 incredible boats to sail around Capri for a day with an incredible stop for lunch at Lo Smeraldo. We were also able to book taxis and excursions directly from the hotel. We went in early October and the weather was perfect- we were able to use the heated pool and the crowds were less than summer time. Taxis were expensive everywhere we went. It cost 120 Euros each way for a taxi to Positano- but it was worth it. This villa was one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed and I highly suggest Freddie at the Luxury Travel Book.

Fantastic experience: Great experience at Hydra View on Hydra island. Well apportioned, spacious 5 bed villa with pool on three levels. Fantastic views down into Hydra port, watching the coming and goings of the boats. We appreciated the bedroom air conditioning and generous kitchen for relaxing meals on the terrace. Look out for the local cat that has adopted the property! For info, the nice view means it is a 15 minute climb up around 100 steps to reach the villa after evening meals in the port. Hydra has no motor vehicles and luggage is moved by mule.

Fantastic experience: The property was beautifully situated overlooking the picturesque bay and Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat. The condo was very clean and well equipped. The pool is a perfect size and a great place to cool off and get some sun. When we arrived we were met by the caretaker who walked us through the apartment and made sure we were comfortable. All amenities were a short walk away. Great place to relax or base yourself from for any day trips, etc. Highly recommend!

Positive experience: Generally the stay was great. The house is lovely and very convenient, the stuff are super friendly and professional and the view is spectacular. There was a problem with the electricity in the first 3 days and therefore the ACs, lights and even the water in the baths did not work well.

Fantastic experience: An impeccable experience. Can Fenalitx on the beautiful island of Mallorca is an exquisitely appointed house in the countryside with lovely gardens and a pool that beckons. Its rural setting is most welcome, and is close from many lovely towns that are worthy of visiting. Leaving this lovely bit of paradise was quite hard. I look forward to returning again and again.

Fantastic experience: This was our second family holiday (8 adults) organized by The Luxury Travel Book and I cannot recommend them highly enough. We stayed in a beautiful luxury penthouse palace on the Grand Canal in Venice with the best views in the City. Jamie could not have done more to help in the planning of our visit - especially as we wanted to avoid any crowds or “touristy” areas. He organized, with the support of ECCO Concierge in Venice, all our water taxis, gondolas, guided city tours, visits to Murano and Burano and recommended several fantastic and varied restaurants including a wonderful fish restaurant on Burano and a Michelin starred restaurant in the city - Zanze (superlative testing menu). Fantastic experience: 5 stars for a 5 bedroom duplex apartment with an outside patio. Perfectly located walking distance to all the main sights in Florence but on a very quiet street. Great restaurants across the street and in the surrounding neighborhood. Spacious living room, dining area, bedrooms, and kitchen. We were on a 3 generation family trip and would highly recommend it for a multiple day visit to this beautiful city.

Fantastic experience: My son and I are on a trip to Italy and when looking for a Rome apartment found the luxury travel group. We had a beautiful apartment near the Piazza Navona. Tastefully decorated, quiet - a very classy place and I am picky. Everyone on the team was responsive and helpful, from helping us get an early check in to arranging a taxi to the airport. Even to delivering a torta for my sons 18th birthday! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. First class.
