There is not a thing we can complain about..The communication and organization is so smooth too.. We as a family would highly recommend them. Me and my family (Hussain’s and Mughal’s) chose sky direct travel because they provided information via what’s app, help in choosing a package, support and guidance and assurance of our Hajj package being a very good package. The team were very organised at every step and provided a lot of support via what’s app. In person, they held a seminar and invited us all to speak about hajj and ask questions and of course the what’s app group was available. Whilst on the pilgrimage they were constantly on hand to help and were very attentive in person and via what’s app. They superseded all of our expectations and were open honest and truthful every step of the way, whilst maintaining a professional conduct at all times towards us, the Saudi provider Al Bait and everyone undertaking the pilgrimage. Even at out of office hours. They will be honest with the details, costs, timings, etc, no hidden surprises later. They will answer all your questions.

Fantastic experience: The only travel agent I use to book my holidays or my travel visa.. Service is always above and beyond and always there to help. Highly recommended for any kind of travel.

Negative experience: We just came back from Umrah in Ramadan which we had booked with Sky Travel. The experience at the hotel in Makkah Olyan Ajyad ( previously called Masa) was the worst I have ever encountered. The room was dirty and dated, the carpet was disgusting . The lighting was very poor, no window in the room. The room hadn’t been cleaned properly. Beds were falling apart and were not actual beds but occasional use guest beds. No kettle in the room. The bathroom was covered in mould. Dirty, the shower was practically a leaky tap which just gave out a trickle of tepid water. We were on the first floor and would often use the stairs to go to the room because the lifts were so busy all the time, it was disgusting and littered with cigarettes ends, food and paper cups. The food was catered for by Sky Travel, there were not enough seats, the restaurant area was dirty, no air conditioning. There was a constant battle for a table/chair with other guests. No tongs for the bread, the drinking water was warm , we never touched the ice because the tongs were always in the ice. When I complained to Sky , they advised that Makkah was busy. They sent someone to clean the room, he mopped the bathroom with dirtiest water I had ever seen in a bucket, sprayed air freshener in the room and gave us a box of tissues. There was no regular room service. 2 items of clothing went missing from the laundry and we received 2 pillow cases instead! After a few days we checked into another hotel at our own expense. We paid a pretty penny for a rubbish room and service. Never book with Sky Travel again. Contact me for videos/ photos.

Fantastic experience: I used Sky Direct Travel to book our flight to India and I must say their service was excellent from my initial enquiry of airlines/price through to booking and etickets. I also found booking my flight with them was most competitive and the savings I made booking through them compared to my local travel agents, paid for our Covid tests required at the time. Note I live in Leicester and everything was handled by telephone and email and I was nervous not dealing face to face but to anyone worried about distance dealing, I would say try them for your next travel booking, I certainly will be. Fantastic experience: I have been dealing with him mainly taking a taylor made package with him for last ten years almost every year. I found him very trust worthy. I have not been with him for Hajj. Therefore I am unable comment about his Hajj package. He is a bit layed back but he always get things done in time. I have never been disappointed with him. I have recommended many people and no one have so far been disappointed with his services. The hotels used by company are near to Haram depending upon ones affordability.

They even provided airport transfers to and from my hotel at both locations. I can't fault sky direct travel as there was nothing more they could have done for me as everything was perfect. Whilst at Saudi Arabia we had a great time and everything was delivered which was promised. We did encounter an issue with the hotel room and the reception staff were not helpful. One call to Sky Direct and we got upgraded to another room. Sky Direct remained in constant contact whilst this issue was being resolved. EXCELLENT communication and service.
