Fantastic experience: A very professional experience, I popped into the store and was greeted by a lovely friendly smile and a " good afternoon, how may I help you". I sat down and Zoe introduced herself and away we went, I explained to Zoe the place where I wanted to go and we went through the whole process of booking the holiday with ease, from the hotel to flights to transfers, it was a really smooth process and Zoe was extremely professional throughout it. This is why stores like this should be kept open, because of the friendliness of all the staff and the customer service experience when you go in.

Fantastic experience: I have been into TUI Epsom for several years now. The staff’s expert knowledge and first hand experience is fantastic. Offering suggestions of sightseeing experiences and local restaurants, very often from personal experiences, that are off the beaten track. This is something you cannot get from booking online. They deliver all this in such a friendly and professional manner.

Fantastic experience: few days ago, I visited the TUI Travel Agency. Once again. Despite the large number of customers, I managed to quickly meet with one of the women working there. I received the precise information I needed. Miss Hatty was very patient and knowledgeable about TUI's offers. Thank you very much, and I'm sure the offer will be as satisfying as every previous one. Positive experience: Consultant was very helpful, but I was not happy about having to come into the store to book my holiday using a gift voucher. It would have been much more convenient to do it online or over the phone, which I was told was not possible. Consequently, I will never ask for a gift voucher again…. No reflection on TUI - just a really annoying issue re gift cards

Fantastic experience: We originally booked a holiday to go to Egypt with TUI. However, due to the ongoing situation in the middle east, we decided we would like to change our holiday to Turkey. We went into the TUI office in Epsom and were seen and assisted by Zoe. We found Zoe to be very helpful, friendly, empathetic and efficient. She calmly and efficiently reorganised our whole holiday for us and spent at least a hour of her time telephoning around to make all the arrangements to rearrange our booking/holiday for us. We would thoroughly recommend Zoe who is a asset and credit to TUI and we will definitely use her again in the future.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited the Epsom branch and was attended to by Hatty. I had a long list of requirements owing to accessibility issues. Hatty went above and beyond to really research the hotels accessibility and where they were located. I was really impressed by Hattys understanding of what was needed. Unfortunately for personal reasons we could not take the holiday but would definitely contact Hatty again to arrange future holiday plans.

Fantastic experience: We have returned from a holiday to Cambodia and Vietnam. We wanted to find some winter sunshine and thanks to Zoe, we ended up going on a holiday of a lifetime. We visited stunning temples in Cambodia, went on a 7 day cruise along the Mekong river, visited floating villages, local markets and the Royal Palace at Phnom Penh and finishing in the bustling city of Saigon. Zoe for listening and delivering what we wanted for our Greek holiday in terms of sun, sea and easy access to a town centre. The scenic excursions to nearby islands were wonderful, and the staff at the hotel we stayed at were warm and welcoming. So yes, a big thank you for introducing us to Kos! And also, thank you to Amy for arranging our travel itinerary and money details. Our boat trip to Pserimos and the Blue Lagoon was wonderful! We will most certainly be booking again!

Positive experience: Store in Epsom verybeffectivr and helpful. Visited on Saturday which is a busy day but the staff dealt with the customers as quickly as possible. I was assisted by an agent called Abi who was very helpful in choosing a suitable holiday and helped me over the phone later in the day to confirm a holiday selection. So much easier that hacking through hundreds of hotels online. Well done.

Fantastic experience: After a visit to Epsom’s TUI to book a holiday along with my friend, there is no doubt in my mind that this is the only place one should go if they have a trip in mind! We had a multi-destination Europe trip in mind, albeit on short-notice (within a week), we entered the store and were warmly welcomed by all the team staff members Ellie, Sarah and Abbie. We sat down with Ellie and described what we had in mind, immediately it was clear that Ellie had the utmost interest and care for us and our trip. She was so lovely to sit with, she took absolutely all of our preferences into consideration and made us feel assured we were in good hands. Within the same day, she had emailed us a full itinerary of hotels and flights for our trip, we were delighted with how she exactly matched our trip to our plans and desires, such as flight times, hotels and a ridiculously amazing price! I am certain there is no possible way we could have organised the same trip for a matching or lesser price, let alone in the time! We are absolutely thrilled with the proposed itinerary and were so ecstatic to confirm we would love to take that trip. The itinerary most certainly reflects the extensive amount of thought and consideration Ellie took into making sure we got our ideal holiday at the best price. Returning the next day to confirm and finalise the booking, all the ladies greeted us warmly again, showing interest and excitement in our planned trip, I can’t stress enough how comfortable the ladies make the environment in TUI Epsom. The experience of booking at TUI Epsom completely made us confident, excited and feeling that we were in great hands. Whilst there I asked the lovely Sarah if she could help price a holiday for Orlando for 2024. As usual she was very helpful and only too willing to do so. I have booked my Orlando holiday for 2024. I and my friend always book our holidays in Tui Epsom, because they are a great bunch of knowledgeable girls working there and can never do enough for you.

Fantastic experience: Always a friendly welcome whenever we pop in to plan our holiday. Popped in earlier in the week where Zoe went through possible holidays in sunny climbs. An email was sent to us with holidays discussed in store so we could look through in the comfort of our own home. Back in today where Zoe finalised our holiday plans and matched prices from earlier in the week which had increased over a couple of days. Zoe went through the Tui App so we could access all details for our trip along experiences run by Tui. Insurance, car hire, travel money were also discussed. Really recommend the team at the Epsom branch to book your holiday.

Fantastic experience: We have booked 3 holidays in the past 2 years, most recent this years trip to Italy with Sarah from TUI in Epsom she couldn’t be more helpful and knowledgeable, no question is too silly to ask. Sarah will go above and beyond to help with anything you need to know about your holiday. I would also say the same applies to all the team in the Epsom branch they have been so friendly and helpful when Sarah hasn’t been in store. We even saw Ellie on our TUI flight home who instantly recognised us as customers and was a fantastic member of the cabin crew.
