Fantastic experience: Lauren from the waterlooville shop was amazing, very helpful and made us feel welcome and at ease no time pressure. She found us what we wanted in our budget. Package holiday, travel insurance and hotel near the airport and parking for the week we are away. Would definitely see her again.

Fantastic experience: I’m currently sat in my Hotel in Greece which was booked for me by Molly in Waterlooville, shows how much effort someone can put into it that you still find the time to remember and thank them for everything to make this happen. I walked into the branch no idea where I wanted to go let alone what I wanted to do, and she took the time and was extremely patient with me while we weighed up options. Before I know it I’m on a Plane to Kos and the hotel I couldn’t have asked for more and it was all because of her recommendation! If anyone is thinking of booking anywhere my first thought to you would be go see Molly. Thank you again.

Fantastic experience: In 2025 we will be making our granddaughter’s dreams come true with a family holiday to Disney World Florida. Replaying a dream holiday we enjoyed in 1993 with our young sons, all very exciting. Huge thank you to the TUI Waterlooville team, Hayley, Rianna, Lauren, Natasha, Molly, everybody, a wonderful team of dream makers.

Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful experience with Christina in store today who helped us rearrange our holiday which was sadly cancelled while we were at Gatwick due to the global IT issues yesterday. She went above and beyond to find us a solution to the horrible situation which wasn’t Tui’s fault. Thank you Christina! ☺️

Fantastic experience: What an amazing team, why you won't to book on line when you can go into this store and deal with an excellent knowledgeable team. They are all fantastic. We have booked all our holidays here and honestly it's a great experience. We have dealt with most of the team at one time or another and they are all brilliant. Special mention to Hayley Natasha, Lauren and Molly who have helped us massively. There is plenty of free parking the store is right in the high street which makes it easy to get to. Pop in see them you won't be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have over many years booked our holidays with the TUI store at Waterlooville, and have had the pleasure of being able to always arrange our holidays with Gillian. We are of a certain age where it is preferable to speak to an understanding person who has always had the time to explain and advise where necessary. She is very understanding if we have and difficulties. She never hurries you and has always given us good solid advice. She is a very cheerful person and always greets us as if she has known us for years, which she has. All the time we can travel we will go back to TUI Waterlooville. Gillian is a credit to the store and an asset to to the company, if we could give ten stars we would. Mr and Mrs Blench.

Fantastic experience: This morning I went in and booked my holiday and was given 1st class service. I never felt rushed and the staff were very attentive throughout. As a team they all helped. Hannah was amazing as she had such patience as she was not only dealing with me but also with my sister who was booking a large party. Hayley equally was just as amazing with her help, expertise and knowledge of the the place where I was booking. Fantastic experience: Great friendly and fast service. Currency was ordered in for me and I was called when it was ready to be picked up instore. There was a slight issue with the delivery when it all came in meaning denominations weren’t quite right but the staff made sure that I had the amount I ordered whilst communicating with me to ensure I was happy with what they were doing to rectify! Definitely recommend getting currency here!
