Fantastic experience: Just booked our 25th Anniversary holiday for next year and dealt with Jess and Lisa who were amazing. Great knowledge, really friendly and couldn't have been more helpful or customer orientated. Thorougy recommend them if you're lookingvto get away somewhere.

Negative experience: As we agreed a price for our holiday £4850 the rep input passenger details and the holiday suddenly increased by over £200. I was fuming. Although staff made calls to see what could be done, they were informed I was to pay £2700 if I was to cancel. Even though we agreed a price much lower, and the MANAGER CHECKED AND AGREED it had increased, I had no choice but to pay nearly £200 more. I have been in touch with BBC Watchdog and another, and am waiting for a reply, however they have acknowledge my complaint. I think this is disgraceful that a price can be AGREED only to increase just before payment IS MADE. I probably will not book with TUI again as I believe this is another scam. which has cost me and my family.

The TUI Rep Mel was tremendous, she listened to our requirements, suggested many different holiday destinations and hotels, finally helping us to pick our perfect holiday. Can't thank her enough. Fantastic experience: I can't recommend the team at TUI Crayford enough! We recently booked a holiday to Tunisia and were extremely impressed with the level of service. The staff were incredibly helpful, guiding us through the process and ensuring we got the best deal possible. After returning from Tunisia, we were so pleased with our experience that we came back just a week later to book another holiday, this time to Turkey for Christmas. The team really went above and beyond by securing us a fantastic deal on parking at the Sofitel Hotel at Gatwick, where we practically got the hotel for next to nothing as part of the overall package. As if that wasn’t enough, when booking our second holiday, they gave us £100 off, making the deal even sweeter. Their customer service is truly exceptional, and they made the whole booking process smooth and enjoyable. We will definitely be returning for all our future holidays!

Had to wait a good 10-15 minutes to be seen but through no other fault other than branch being busy. Fantastic experience: Would give a 10 star review if this was possible. The lady that helped us went far beyond what I was expecting. She knew where to find the information and she even knew and has stayed where we are going to. She was even able to tell us where to go to get a good meal for a good price and where to go for jewellery repairs. I started asking questions about a particular trip I want to make in the future but through a different company only to be told that we just need to visit the TUI store and they can sort it all out for us including carrying my own oxygen supple on the flight even though it wouldn't be a TUI holiday. I would like to mention this lady's name but I'm not sure I'm allowed to do this.

Negative experience: Where do I start with this place . I booked my first holiday here as a surprise for my other half and thought it would be a good experience, but I was wrong . From the minute I left after paying in full for my holiday to the week before my holiday I had nothing but problems . It was almost impossible to get through to anyone as I was told I could only speak to the lady ( Helen ) I booked my holiday through . An untold amount of false hope regarding what’s included in my holiday , which then led me to paying a lot extra in the weeks up to my holiday . My flight got cancelled as well, and it took so long to sort out I had got a parking fine which Tui have told me it’s not their problem. Transfers and luggage I was lied to about and honestly for my summer holiday and future holidays i won’t ever be returning or going through the same lady that assisted me .

Fantastic experience: I visited the store in July 23 for some advice regarding a Skii holiday in January 24 and a trip to Disneyland Paris. This store is impressive. It is very clean and there is plenty of space. I did not have to wait long before I was seen by one of the helpful staff members. A lady called Nicole was extremely helpful, she provided me with all the information I needed for the Skii holiday. I will be visiting again soon to book the holiday.

I originally booked in bluewater and tried to change with them however they really were not helpful. I rang crayford to see if they could help and the lady I spoke to was so helpful! Then when I went in store to change the booking everyone was so lovely and changed it within about 15mins without any hassle! Amazing people at this store. Thank you so much x

Fantastic experience: Me and Kel visited TUI Crayford on a Saturday with no booking. As soon as we arrived, they had no issue with putting us with a TUI rep. Evren could not have been more helpful. Great sense of humour and also to the point. He won't muck you about with experience and out of range holidays. He went to our budget and we could not be happier. I will not deal with any other person than him. If I want a TUI holiday in the future, I will be asking for him personally.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I booked a Tui All-Inclusive holiday at the Crayford store and are due to fly-off to Turkey in July this year. Sam was really helpful with the booking and found us a really good deal. We then suddenly had an unexpected change to our flight and so went back to the store to see what could be done. We were looked after on that occasion by Shelley and store manager Nicole who worked really hard to help us resolve the problem and I am pleased to say all back on schedule. Fantastic experience: I can’t praise the Crayford branch of TUI enough! I have booked my holidays through them for more than 10 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff are helpful, friendly and very professional, and I feel looked after whenever dealing with them. I have recently had a major issue with P&O, which is now sorted, but the support and help given by the store was amazing! While all the staff are great, I would like to praise Lee, the manager, for his support, and Evren, who I book all my holidays with. Evren’s knowledge of places and resorts is unrivalled. And the interest he takes in the needs of his clients is outstanding. He will always advise if the place I choose will be suitable for me and what I usually look for, which is a service that can’t be bought. Priceless!

Fantastic experience: Visited the Crayford store this evening, saw a lovely lady called Melanie. I had been looking for a holiday for the last 2 weeks on line but wanted that face to face customer service and to make sure I was getting the best deal I could. Fantastic experience: We recently booked our Honeymoon with Tui Crayford and we couldn’t rave enough about how amazing our travel agent, Jessica, was. We had no idea where we wanted to go or what type of holiday to go on and Jessica was so patient and kind to us while we decided. Jessica gave us all the time in the world and we booked the most perfect holiday! It was so lovely to see how well all the staff in this shop get on and have such respect and humour between them! Nothing was too much trouble for her and she made sure we got what we wanted even helping with my little boy get extra leg room because of his hip condition and also if I ever had a question regarding my booking I would email her and she would reply pretty much straight away.
