Fantastic experience: Shame there is only a 5 star option as I would have gave 10 star. Me and my daughter visited the store and spoke with Paula who was brilliant. Paula listened to our needs and gave us options and tried to get us the best price possible. We went on a cruise last year and absolutely loved it!!! TUI took care of everything. Thank you TUI BURTON!

Tasha was endearing, helpful, calm, patient and reassuring throughout and helped us pick the right hotel and upgrades to suit our budget and at no time did she pressurise us into any decision without giving us the time to consider our options. Fantastic experience: A would highly recommend TUI branch in Burton on Trent, just booked a holiday to Zanzibar, Sian was very good & helped us sort out our insurance even though it wasn't a TUI insurance. Today we were in & saw Paula who helped us with visa & the extra insurance you need for Zanzibar + everything else we needed.

We are very difficult and indecisive when booking holidays but Sian was absolutely brilliant. She's incredibly likeable, honest and brilliant at her job. Fantastic experience: Have had a few dealings with the Burton store this year and have had nothing but positive experiences! Usually deal with the young chap, Toby, who is friendly, polite and informative. When we unfortunately had to cancel one of our trips the whole store and management team, Becky & Selina, were incredibly supportive and thoroughly understood our needs. Could not recommend this team and store enough, we couldn’t imagine booking our holidays any other way!

Negative experience: Purchased my travel currency from here, I didn't realise at the time but they gave me a lower exchange rate than I had been quoted. When I called to ask for the difference refunded to my card I was told they couldn't and that their systems can't do refunds. I was told I had to go in branch to resolve the problem. I live a 25 minute drive from the store and am working until my holiday so can't go in, 9 phone calls later I was told I would receive an email with a link to process my refund. At the end of the business day no email had been sent, I chased it and was told they were too busy in store and prioritize in store customers v over the phone customers. Am now on phone call 11 trying to get a resolution, very poor show indeed.

Fantastic experience: Writing this review from a sunbed in Turkey, after book the holiday 5 days ago! We went in late on a Sunday, with no idea where we wanted to go, it just had to be near a beach and have a 2-room family room. We had trawelled the internet with no luck so came to our nearest travel agent. Sian was so good in finding what we wanted at a price within our budget. Very happy the hotel and everything is as described. Sian and the lady at the cash desk were great, and even though we were there past closing time as we finalized everything, it didn't feel like we were a burden. Would highly recommend
