Fantastic experience: I asked Caroline to help with flight and accommodation bookings for a trip to the Singapore Grand Prix for my son's 21st birthday present. We had an initial call where she asked about our requirements, budgets, locations, etc. and within a day she had come back to me with flight options and three hotel options. We made our selection and everything was quickly booked and confirmed. Unfortunately, about three week before we were due to fly out, the hotel cancelled our booking as they were closing. Caroline found us an alternative hotel which I think turned out to be even better than the original. She kept us informed of what was happening throughout. I highly recommend asking Caroline to help with your holiday bookings. She's friendly, responsive and efficient and I'll definitely go to her for future bookings. Thank you Caroline.

Fantastic experience: Found Caroline by chance on the Web as we were trying to get a hotel and flights to Europe for 3 of us without success and the flights we found were very late taking off 3.35pm and not arriving back until 1.20am. Rang Caroline and in less than 24 hours we were sorted with great flight times, brilliant hotel and everything sorted with the Airlines for our daughter who has learning difficulties. Very pleased, can highly recommend.
