Positive experience: Phoned to find out the price to india amritsar and was amazed at cost from Birmingham Heathrow, andi thought that travel agents give out cheaper rates.

Negative experience: Awful service from members who are extremely rude. I was told that I was okay to transfer the money for my covid test a few months ago when I had to go India last minute. I was then called by the main manager who spoke rudely to me and said he wont send my test as the payment was delayed when it was not. He made this call after the payment was made and less than 12 hours before my flight. I explained to jin that I had to leave for an emergency and had no other flight available for that week. The manager said he did not care and that it wasn’t his problem. After, he rudely hung up and claimed he would refund me my money. 5 mins later i get a call with the manager apologising for not seeing a text message that confirmed my payment. The entire team needs to be more considerate of the situation a person might be going through when dealing with any client. In my case it was even more necessary as I continuously expressed that I was leaving for a family emergency and that cancelling a test i was dependent upon out of anger was not the right thing to do.

Fantastic experience: Just superb service. I have used Oceans travel for a number of years and for a whole number of booking this year to India, Nepal and Algeria including bookings for a number of people all travelling at the same time. I am sure if you really hunt around online you may find a flight for £10 or £20 cheaper but what separates Oceans travel from any other agent is the level of support you will recive from your agent both with flights and organising any extras. I have had regular Whatsapp communication sorting out Visas flights etc and when the airline changed my flight details they made sure all my ticketing was re-sent through. A genuinely fantastic service which I will be happy to use on any trip I make rather than an online agency which has only a call centre service and no personal engagement in my travel. Well done - keep up the great service - a real rarety nowadays

Luxury hotel must be seen. I would highy recommend .. Me & my wife, Kids had an amazing time. Don't let the August weather put you off, it's definitely worth it... At the moment it isn’t just about booking a flight, it is the cumbersome process of tests, forms, documents etc as a result of COVID. Kamal made it so so easy, booking the flights, explaining all the requirements, conducting the tests and completing all the necessary paperwork, an amazing service.
