Negative experience: Worst Service ever. The guy booked a ticket for my nephew who turns 12 next month so would have had an adult ticket yet this guy booked a child instead then had the nerve to tell my brother it was his fault and not the agents fault for the mistake. I mean you are holding ppls passports so you should know the age gap o child and adult so my brother had to cancel the whole ticket then was told to pay £2300 for an adult ticket when another travel agent told us £800 for the same date and same flight. This guy is a complete rip off I would stay well clear if you are looking to travel abroad to Pakistan.
